Prepare For A Tidal Wave Of Evictions

Via ZeroHedge

A tidal wave of evictions could be ahead. More than eight million Americans are behind on rent payments, and the CDC’s series of eviction moratoriums has long since expired. In other words, the government safety net to keep people off the streets is gone.

With no federal eviction moratorium in place, 8.4 million Americans, or about 15% of all renters, who are behind on rent, are at risk of being evicted. The new figures were part of a Census Bureau survey conducted between June 1 to June 13 of households and was first reported by Bloomberg.

The survey found that 3.5 million households were somewhat likely to leave their rented spaces (homes/apartments) within the next two months because of an eviction. Most of these folks are of the working poor class and situated in large metro areas from New York to Atlanta, where the cost of living, including shelter, food, and fuel, has skyrocketed.

About 6.7 million households said their rents increased, on average, $250 per month over the last year. The increase doesn’t sound like a lot but remember that many of these folks are being crushed under the weight of the highest inflation in four decades. Their credit cards are maxed out, and savings are drained as wages fail to keep up with soaring consumer prices.

This shocking revelation is a reminder that today’s current economic backdrop, which some say is stagflationary, could quickly morph into recession and surging jobless.

So who will the Biden administration blame for the coming tidal wave of evictions? He can’t keep blaming “Putin.”

If the moratorium have long since expired, where are the evictions? In court?

What are the number of mortgage deferments? I know my sister took one. Not sure if she’s started to pay again yet though.

Who can Biden blame?
Hmmm, let’s see here…
What were the dates of the moratorium? From when to when?
What actions necessitated a moratorium?
What were the dates of those actions?
What branch of government instituted those actions and the moratorium?
Who was in charge of that branch during those dates? Hint: Warp Speed!

What the country needs is capitalism. We’ve had years and years of various federal, state, and local governments come up with shit like “tenants’ bill of rights”, “rent control” and other limits on landlords’ ability to make a profit, zoning restrictions that prevent multi-family dwellings being built, square footage requirements, Section 8 apartments that put mentally ill people next door to families with kids, and on and on. This has all been inflicted on society for our own good, of course. In this environment, nobody in his right mind would invest in rentals. And so nobody in his right mind has.

My real estate agent friend told me half of his business over the last five years has been one Chinese company. They are buying single family homes as fast as they can (with money they’ve made from us.) There is apparently a lot of competition for the attention of these Chinese agents, so my friend (I’m not sure I think of him as a friend any more) actually provides room and board for this Chinese agent when he’s in town. He doesn’t want to risk another real estate broker getting to him.

China is buying our country one house at a time. If you’re a renter, your next landlord may be Chinese.

We can only measure a man’s value by the amount of money he makes. Of course you’re a good Capitalist creating lots of capital in muh free market , because men with big mullah always know what’s best for rest. Hey’ brother can you lend me a dime?

Under the freedom of trade the whole severity of the laws of political economy will be applied to the working classes. Is that to say that we are against Free Trade? No, we are for Free Trade, because by Free Trade all economical laws, with their most astounding contradictions, will act upon a larger scale, upon a greater extent of territory, upon the territory of the whole earth; and because from the uniting of all these contradictions into a single group, where they stand face to face, will result the struggle which will itself eventuate in the emancipation of the proletarians.

Engels, To Free Trade Congress at Brussels (1847)

“I do not believe that this primal difference between gentile and Jew is reconcilable. There will be irritation between us as long as we are in intimate contact. For nature and constitution and vision divide us from all of you forever . . . I have no doubt that when Germany and England and America will long have lost their present identity or name or purpose, we shall still be strong in ours . . . We have joined your capitalistic world in deliberate emulation and rivalry: yet Jewish socialism and Jewish socialists are the banner bearers of the world’s “armies of liberation.” . . . But you feel our disruptive difference most keenly, most resentfully, in our deliberate efforts to change your social system. Seen in the dazzling lights of your desires and needs our ideal is repellently morose . . . Because your chief institution is the social structure itself, it is in this that we are most manifestly destroyers. We Jews, we, the destroyers, will remain the destroyers for ever. Nothing that you will do will meet our needs and demands.”

“The Nazis came to power in Germany on 1933, at time when its economy was in total collapse, with ruinous war-reparation obligations and zero prospects for foreign investment or credit. Yet through an independent monetary policy of sovereign credit and a full-employment works program, the Third Reich was able to turn a bankrupt Germany, stripped of overseas colonies it could exploit, into the strongest economy in Europe within four years, even before armament spending began. “

“ World War II ended the “depression.” The same Bankers who in the early 30’s had no loans for peacetime houses, food and clothing, suddenly had unlimited billions to lend for Army barracks, K-rations and uniforms! A nation that in 1934 couldn’t produce food for sale, suddenly could produce bombs to send free to Germany and Japan!… Germany issued debt-free and interest-free money from 1935 and on, accounting for its startling rise from the depression to a world power in 5 years. Germany financed its entire government and war operation from 1935 to 1945 without gold and without debt, and it took the whole Capitalist and Communist world to destroy the
German power over Europe and bring Europe back under the heel of the Bankers. Such history of money does not even appear in the textbooks of public (government) schools today. ”

Throughout the history of mankind from the beginning until now, men have sought after riches, power and control. He who holds the money holds the power. It’s not free market capitalism that’s to blame. It’s the nature of men that is to blame. You can quote whom ever you want, human nature will always corrupt even the most honest and fair monetary system.

The reason, men fail to stand against the tyrants among us, allowing them to become what they are, tyrants. It’s the strong ruling over the weak. In the current condition men find themselves in, there will always be a dominant force seeking to rule over mankind. capitalism works as well as any system when the playing field is kept in check. Don’t mistake centralized banks for capitalism nor should you confuse corrupt Government for capitalism either. They are by their very nature corrupt be it Germany or America, Jew or Gentile or any other collective or State Governing institution. Why? because people are involved. The opportunist will always seize opportunity, even at the expense of others.

This is achieved by a Hegelian dialectical process of creating adversaries (thesis-antithesis) and achieving a synthesis which corresponds to their goals. In the process, potential opponents are eliminated.

COMMUNISM-CAPITALISM

In the Red Symphony revelation, insider Christian Rakovsky showed how Communism and Capitalism were part of this dialectical process. . In each case, the Illuminati Jewish banking cartel controls all wealth and power.

“In Moscow, there is Communism: in New York capitalism. It is all the same as thesis and antithesis. Analyze both. Moscow is subjective Communism but [objectively] State capitalism. New York: Capitalism subjective, but Communism objective. A personal synthesis, truth: the Financial International, the Capitalist Communist one. ‘They.’ ”

In the USSR, the State owned the corporations and the bankers owned the State, i.e. State Capitalism. The US also has Communism objectively because the same bankers control most of the corporations.

gaither.jpgOf course, this is consistent with the famous 1954 quote from Rowan Gaither, 1909-1961, (left) President of the Ford Foundation: “We operate here under directives which emanate from the White House… The substance of the directives under which we operate is that we shall use our grant-making power to alter life in the United States such that we can comfortably be merged with the Soviet Union.”

CONCLUSION

We are in the final stages of a long-term conspiracy by Cabalist Jewish bankers and their Masonic lackeys to erect a world police state and to control us by fraud and force (their watchwords.)This has been achieved by a contrived “dialectical process” best exemplified by World War Two and the Cold War where they fabricated and financed the adversaries.

https://www.henrymakow.com/geneva_versus_peace.html?_ga=2.54814697.354991604.1656207245-633119061.1641314936

Here Kahn states that the cabalist central bankers also use Jewish nationalism (Zionism) to dissolve national identity, “unite” the world, supplant God and invert reality.

He admits that their goal is destroying the nation state:

We [Jews] are a League of Nations which contains the elements of all others. It is the fact which qualifies us to unite the nations around us. We are accused of being the agent which dissolves them. It is only at points which are impervious to that synthesis of national elements, of which ours is both the example and the means, that we act as dissolvent.”

This passage explains the attacks on Libya, Iraq, Syria – all independent nation states are targets.

The rules were precise and invariable. Money attracted money, accumulating always in the same places, going by preference to the scoundrelly and the mediocre. When, by an inscrutable exception, it heaped up in the coffers of a rich man who was not a miser nor a murderer, it stood idle, incapable of resolving itself into a force for good, however charitable the hands which fain would administer it. One would say it was angry at having got into the wrong box and avenged itself by going into voluntary paralysis when possessed by one who was neither a sharper nor an ass.
It acted still more strangely when by some extraordinary chance it strayed into the home of a poor man. Immediately it defiled the clean, debauched the chaste, and, acting simultaneously on the body and the soul, it insinuated into its possessor a base selfishness, an ignoble pride; it suggested that he spend for himself alone; it made the humble man a boor, the generous man a skinflint. In one second it changed every habit, revolutionized every idea, metamorphosed the most deeply rooted passions.
It was the instigator and vigilant accomplice of all the important sins. If it permitted one of its detainers to forget himself and bestow a boon it awakened hatred in the recipient, it replaced avarice with ingratitude and re-established equilibrium so that the account might balance and not one sin of commission be wanting.
But it reached its real height of monstrosity when, concealing its identity under an assumed name, it entitled itself capital. Then its action was not limited to individual incitation to theft and murder but extended to the entire human race. With one word capital decided monopolies, erected banks, cornered necessities, and, if it wished, caused thousands of human beings to starve to death.
And it grew and begot itself while slumbering in a safe, and the Two Worlds adored it on bended knee, dying of desire before it as before a God.

“Before some audiences not even the possession of the exactest knowledge will make it easy for what we say to produce conviction. For argument based on knowledge implies instruction, and there are people whom one cannot instruct.” Aristotle

One cannot have a sovereign nation and free trade too. They are incompatible.

The Devil Corrupts With Free Trade (How The Evil One Works, Part 7)
2.5 Free Trade Is Not Biblical – Just looking at what we have covered so far, a system just focused on making you rich, is not good or biblical. Indeed, it would lead to your ruin and your people’s ruin. A trade system that listens to the Bible would require guidelines that –

2.5.1 Keeps the peoples land, their land, not selling it to other nations,

2.5.2 That considers how the poor can be sustained, not just out competed and squeezed out,

2.5.3 A recognition that your wealth is not yours, it is God’s, and therefore can only be used according to scriptural principles,

2.5.4 And the trade would have to benefit your family, and family in general, not split the family apart like our modern system. These are the bare minimum requirements for a godly system. Another way to put it is boundaries.

5. Application – There are many practical ways to apply this.

5.1 As Christians we should trade and use our finances in ways that honour God, honour our nation, preserve the interests of our family, and even extended family, and we must consider the poor. We are not free to do as we want.

5.2 Disconnect from Babylon’s system as much as you can. Grow, trade, build, according to your ability. We need to stop structuring our lives like the pagans. Chasing things like the pagans.

5.3 Resist splitting and fracturing your family, as much as possible, just to chase prosperity or wealth. A humble life with lots of family is better than a rich life alone. Free movement of peoples has accelerated the death of Christian society, because those who would pass on the culture to our kids were either too busy, or too far away, to do so. So, we left it to the public schools, low and behold, here we are, a pagan nation again.

5.4 Remind our politicians through voting and advocacy, that they are stewards of the Australian society, not members of an international elite. How was allowing Asian prawns with white-spot disease to be sold here not deeply wicked? How is selling our resources to countries that can use them to build military equipment to invade us, not the height of stupidity?

5.4.1 The desire for trade often over-shadows bloody obvious wisdom.

5.5 Remember, nothing we have is ours, and therefore, we are not free to do with it as we wish, we are free to do with it as God commands. We might not be able to change how our whole society views money and trade. But we can be the lights God has called us to be, and as things get darker, we will shine brighter.

6. Conclusion – Free trade is a clever trick of the Devil, that he has used to thoroughly corrupt us, let’s be wise to this scheme and his other schemes, and not allow him to continue to run circles around us. Let’s pray.

What you describe is free trade and I don’t disagree with your rant. Again, people will not comply to the utopia your describing. There will always be the son’s of Seth and Cain. From the beginning, the quest for personal gain at any cost has been present in the nature of men. To gain wealth is not a sin, what one does with that wealth is the measure of the man. Trade goes back to the beginnings, usury has nothing to do with free trade markets. The honest man will pay his debt. A wise man understands the lenders conditions of his debt before entering into usury.

Labeling Christian nationalism ‘Utopia’ does note make it unobtainable.

You’re so called free market capitalism has nearly destroyed America , spiritually, culturally and economically.

Entire regions across America have been destroyed by avarice driven capitalists seeking more profit via cheap foreign labor leaving tens of thousands of communities economic wastelands.

Jobs which gave Americans hope, purpose and comfort where snatched away to be replaced with poverty, rot and addiction.

I’ve seen up close and personal what you shitty back stabbing greed masquerading as freedom has done to my country.

Your treasonous free trade has given US an economy in which American labor can no longer afford the consumer goods corporations import , not to mention a huge portion of the cheap shit we have came to depend on is now unavailable .

Americans need American jobs that allow them to afford domestically produced goods.

Regardless of your excuses, free market capitalism , i.e. globalism has been n a total failure.

Lying to others is a sign of dishonesty, but worse, lying to oneself is indicative of a rotten soul.

Here in Texas the short-lived rush to buy houses, plus ex-Californians with their bags of money from selling their high priced real state, drove prices out of sight. Appraisal districts use one measure of property value more than any other: “comparable sales.” So idiots with more credit than brains have bought houses for $50-100 thousand over asking price, and as a result the appraisal districts raised the market value of existing homes as much as 40% for some houses in my neighborhood. While the law allows raising the tax value to 10%, the city, county, school district, and other taxing authorities are drooling at their future revenue potential.

Curious where the landlords will find new tenants to sign a new lease and what “market” will be in those cases.
Seems like a bird in hand might be wise these days.

Even those evil institutions that have shifted into SFR rentals that were paying top of market all cash are going to be hard pressed to find people in a position to provide them with the cash-on-cash return they need – assuming they have to stick to their underwriting.

I don’t see evictions as the hammer here, but rather the continuation of wealth transfer from the cottage landlords to institutional paper owners that can just mark-to-market and make the pensions and lifeco’s eat shit while they harvest fees and raise “distressed” opportunity funds to rake up the wreckage for pennies. It’s the mortgage over the heads of the mom and pop landlords that will be the cudgel. All seems familiar for some reason.

The rental business sucks. Fix up a place and rent it to a maggot with no cleaning supplies. the maggot pays you for a while until the place is filthy and destroyed. Next, the maggot stops paying rent and you start the evection process. When the maggot is finally removed, you rebuild the place and find a new maggot.

You have to have rigid standards for minimum credit score and minimum qualifying income. No exceptions, lest you be credibly caught discriminating on an illegal basis. If you set a 680 minimum score, you have to deny your nephew if he’s a 679 – unless you have previously established a policy of, say, allowing a score down to 640 if they pay a double damage deposit. You can’t discriminate based on SOURCE of income (welfare), but you can establish a minimum income that (surprise) is slightly higher than a household would get from government sources.

If you can’t find qualified tenants after imposing those standards, your property is in a shitty area and buying it was stupid.

Housing is about unaffordable for most people. We have a rash of homeowners kicking their renters out and becoming a bed and breakfast. First and last month’s rent and a deposit are mighty pricey for most people, buy a tent and camping gear while you can afford it.

Not stated — nor, likely, asked — is just how many of those in the lower 2 or 3 income brackets are illegal aliens …

We should never discount the overall economic effect that having more than 40,000,000 illegal aliens in the United States has caused US for more than 50 years … and, what with Joe allowing more than 6,500,000 more illegals into the US every year at the admitted rate of 18,000+ per day … imagine just how bad it’s going to get …
