I am in W TN, about an hour from Memphrica. Johnson City area (not necessarily the city itself) is where I would move if the better half would leave the kids/grandkids. Hilly terrain, fairly good weather and the demographics are pretty good, as well Farragut & Maryville are also in nice parts of the state.
Stay away from Nashville (too many yankees moving in and the traffic is horrendous), Chattanooga and Most of TN west of the TN river. Once you get on the east side of Nashville, things are much nicer.

Since AIDS didn’t live up to its bioengineered expectations, the WEF/Davos group had to go to plan B, which turned out to be covid (both viruses tailored in Wuhan, at US taxpayer expense). The fear-monger machine was turned up to 11 to justify the masks, distancing, lockdowns, and finally, the coup de grace, the “vaccine”. There are reasons why the original jab (directed against the now extinct first “variant) is still used. It took years to engineer in all the short, medium, and long term causes of mortality, which are manifesting themselves currently. TPTB will continue to push this deadly concoction until they have poisoned as much of the world’s population as possible. Those who do not succumb to the jab will be rendered sterile. When the number of humans left reaches their goal, our would-be overlords will be dancing with glee and be rich beyond even their wildest dreams. Time for the public to wake up and end this stealth genocide.
I remember when people who were saying that this “vaccine” was a sterilization program over a year ago were called conspiracy theorists. It also seems to be killing a lot of people and causing all sorts of severe side effects.

In nut shell powerful group is trying to depopulate planet with vaccine that sterilizes people.. the argument they used to convert the conspiracy minded character was that it was more humane..after overpopulation hit certain point resources become limited and famine, hunger,war,death etc etc follows, BUT if you sterilized population before that point happens everyone can go on living their usual prosperous life style everyone has been accustomed to , only thing missing would be kids, but no starvation , wars, conflicts etc etc.. would be the more humane thing to do ….
