Given the fact that I’m 63 and she was 8 years younger than me, I thought that a rare thing.
What I’ve learned since then is that shit happens. It happens all the time all over the place and none of us are “special”.

One guy gets elected, runs for president 3 times, writes several books, keeps a consistent message for his entire career in congress, speaks time and time again against the state, and you are upset at HIM because the rest of the congress and the American people didn’t stand with him. And frankly his son LACKS the principles he has (not sure how that happened….maybe the typical “compromise” that every other elected GOP makes).
