There is Nobody Coming on a White Horse to Save the Day

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

I found the comments of Senator John Hawley of Missouri on point. He commented on Mitch McConnell who was shamefully elected leader of the Senate GOP once again. Hawley said: “I think Sen. McConnell’s view is that [former President Donald] Trump is largely to blame” for the party’s poor midterm showing. Hawley added: “I think that frankly, that lets the party off too easy. I think that Republican-leaning independents, that is, people who don’t like [President] Joe Biden but don’t identify as Republicans. I think they look at this party and they’re like, ‘Man, I don’t think they’re doing it for me,’” the Missouri senator said. “That’s why they stayed home.”

“They don’t like what’s going on in the country. They looked at Republicans, and Trump wasn’t on their ballot but looked at the Republicans who were. As a group they were like, ‘We just don’t think you guys do anything for us.’ I think that’s a huge problem.”

Let’s get real. The two MAJOR issues that swept Trump into the White House were (1) term limits and (2) draining the swamp. That is why Mitch McConnel and the elite Republicans were always against Trump from the outset. Why? Because the swamp is both parties and nobody on Capitol Hill wants term limits. They staged a campaign to slander Trump at every possible moment. Mitch McConnel is still blaming Trump when the people see Capitol Hill as not just a swamp – it has become a cesspool.

The Democrats hated Trump and they were told every lie possible by RussiaGate and so forth because the Democratic Elite like Washington just as it is. The real career politicians in the Republican Party NEVER supported Trump for the very same reason. Sure, Trump would be crude. But he was always on the side of the people against Capitol Hill. That is why they are desperate to bring criminal charges against Trump which has NEVER before ever been done to a former president no matter what. They are transforming the USA into nothing different than a Banana Republic. Even Zelensky imprisons his political opponents.

If someone would actually impose term limits and end corruption on Capitol Hill, I think you would have a lot of Democrats cheering on that person as well. We will run our political models for the Present in 2024. I can tell you now – there is nobody from either party who will save our nation from complete collapse.

Why do pundits keep saying republicans didn’t show up? 53% of people voted in Republican primaries this year, compared with 47% who voted in Democratic primaries in the 40 states I studied. Without rounding, GOP turnout exceeded Democratic turnout by about 5 points.

Because if they admitted that repub turnout was strong they would have a harder time gaslighting us on the results.

Where’d those numbers come from?

2022 midterm primary turnout exceeded 2018. What does this mean for November?

In my analysis, I first looked to see if the state’s board of elections or its secretary of state had disclosed the number of people who chose a party’s primary ballot. If that was unavailable, I looked at the statewide race with the most votes cast in either the Democratic or Republican primary. And if that was unavailable, I tallied up the statewide total number of votes for the US House of Representatives, which was only used if there was a race on the ballot in every district in the state…

Using my method, 53% of people voted in Republican primaries this year, compared with 47% who voted in Democratic primaries in the 40 states I studied. Without rounding, GOP turnout exceeded Democratic turnout by about 5 points.

So it was a wildly successful presidency?

You forgot the fucking wall being completed and Mexico paying for it. They’re STILL laughing about that…as they walk into the US unchallenged…and armed.

It was work in progress until you know who stopped it cold.

Methinks that fraud may have played a big role in the outcome of the midterms.

I cannot recall DJT speaking about term limits during his campaign at all. The major issues were: illegal immigration, drain the swamp, reworking trade deals and no climate deals (Paris in particular). That the opening lines seek to fudge the truth does not bode well for the author – credibility is in question right away.

One thing I can agree with is, there’s no one coming on a white horse to save us. We either save ourselves or we go the way of the dodo bird.

I suggest brushing up on the dodo calls, so far the saving yourselves has amounted to zip, nada.

Actually, the root of the problem is ever having wished for a white horse/hat/knight in the first place. We have to lead ourselves and never enthrone any man who is, after all, merely one of us.

Plenty of white horses, all the other colors of the rainbow horses, too, have been coming your whole life, the whole of your parents lives, & their parents lives, etc, all the way back. The colors & the faces & the names change, but the hollow-bodied Trojans don’t. And the people that keep dragging those wheeled self-sabotages into their midst don’t change either.

Because change, as it’s been sold by Levittown personal developers is a myth.

And so that planned community façade that toadstooled the already barstooled country post ww2 (in that particular iteration of this age old process of regress) was just cosmetics. Behind the paint was the alcohol, cigarettes (doctor recommended), barbiturates (ditto), spousal & child abuse, marital affairs, the rat race, all that good stuff that never doved the tail with all that was “promised.” Even the Shirliest Temples could feel it, the contrast. More self-medication, stat!

Then, for a bit, came those rebel youths, speaking truth to power (“either you raise your fist or you say hallelujah” – I like it, it’s got a good short-snap beat, & you can sell to it) long hair, tie-die, free love, all that good stuff.

And even more “consciousness” raising self-meds & personal primal screaming development.
Until all of that was “captured” & turned into just another part of the Levittown products & services mix.

Want to scream wake TF up!? Spare your vocal cords. Can’t wake those pretending to be asleep. Nor the comatose, neither.

Symbols & somnolence prevail.

There is Nobody Coming on a White Horse to Save the Day

We should all be screaming this from the rooftops at conservatives. Too many still believe voting GOP or Trump will save the day.

I go to Party meetings and there are no republican grass roots; everything is tightly controlled by the RNC and that is obviously all NWO shit being forced downhill on us. I get requests for money all the time from the Party and I give them the same cold shoulder I give my woke alumni. The republican Hqs doesn’t want honest elections or they would fight for them; I don’t think Trump did a thing before or after to clean up the vote fraud. Nothing will be accomplished until vote fraud is abolished and the communist coup is routed out of the Blue Cities et all. It can be done because DeSantis did it in Florida after the 2020 National election was stolen.

Correct. No one is going to save us. Not Trump, not DeSantis, not Jesus.

After the collapse it will be the law of the jungle. Might makes right. You can only save yourself and perhaps a few of the people you care most about.
