It’s not just these special events. There are “family” style for instance a micro-brewery where I live that allows children or families to picnic inside where one can also buy micro beer alcohol but also have theme nights. Like reoccurring nights i.e. “Tuesday Drag Queen Bingo!” or “Saturday Gay Pint Night!”. Kinda similar to “Ladies nights” of old, but updated to the new “Die-ver-sity” (aside, when I say “diversity” I always say it like Bullwinkle would). Except, I thought they did away with Ladies Night discounts as discrimination. While I can appreciate the heads up which nights this venue becomes all trans-gay bar weird, minors are still allowed there as the arcade section is pretty much the kids room. I would never have gone there except my millennial in-laws (and kids) wanted to go there for an ugly X-mas sweater get together. They thought nothing strange about the place…
