I was discussing how much actual chicken protein is in various fast food Chicken fillets Last night with the fam. Subway chicken had 53.6% actual chicken in it’s fillets. Lots of soy filler. I think the tuna is even lower. Hence the too good to be Tuna in place of a sarc tag.
