I’m going to be fair to myself. I’ve hardly watched NCAA basketball in years. I typically used to win workplace brackets because I watched so much, but now it’s just whoever Vandy plays, so my winner is Alabama but we’ll see. Doesn’t really matter; it’s just a game. I couldn’t believe all the horrible timing on the smorgasbord of Disney 🐂💩. I won’t be watching the tournament either. Just monitoring my picks. I used to be pretty good at this and didn’t rely on stats or math. I simply watched how a single team played. Not against their opponents per se, but just with each other against whoever they were playing. Sounds contradictory I know. I could explain in person. I’ll try anyway. When there’s a game, there of course are two teams, but I only focused on one of the two. And as many games as I used to watch, I could estimate how they’d fare against any other team I’d watched. It worked well for me.
Replying to myself; another thing about my bracket. I have all #1 seeds making it to the Final Four©. How often has that happened in recent years. I also took a jab since in recent years, the last thing you want is to be a #5 playing a #12. Likewise a #4 playing a #13, so I chose the lower seed on a couple of those. Since I doubt I’ll do well, it doesn’t really matter. I’m just participating.
Whoever is leaving these DVs, you forgot one. I’ll wait.

We’ll see if Texas gets duped tonight. The Big 12 is losing members to SEC, at least Texas is leaving and I believe Oklahoma but for now the conference certainly has a sizable number representing it in basketball. Only round 2 with the top five finishers in the Big 12 in it, Kansas, Texas, Kansas State, Baylor and TCU.

I notice quite a few of y’all didn’t mess around with tying your TBP user name into the brackets. If we were gonna do this, a lot of people aren’t gonna have bragging rights if they do well, so excuse us if we don’t accept your results. Mine and a few others are obvious. I’m tied for 8th right now with about 70 other people. I’m not upset, but it has been more fun in the past when people I played against were all out in the open. You could come into work every day and compare your results to your coworkers.
Must have been some butthurt for proud TAM Aggie fans last night.
Not much interest. I will say one thing, while only watching one game Texas-Penn State, and a few minutes of others, and even at that up and down doing other things than staring at the TV screen, while the half-time of the Texas-Penn State game was dictated on TV by the talking heads analyzing the game and others, was WOKE, LGBT, gay abominations , pathetic adults trying to trans little children…was this any of the half-time of any tournament games. Just asking knowing what colleges have become. I did not notice and not saying NCAA basketball is a saint.
I care less what color but Burnt Orange suits me.
BTW, Orange Man would not make a pimple on Bevo’s behind.
Watched a good bit of Texas-Xavier. Hook ’em Horns. Things I noticed:
1) While most of players in all this basketball stuff are black many of the coaches and assistants are white.
2) Mentioned earlier the halftime. Although I did not watch all of the halftime presentation, I’m uncertain if after the expert analysis of the first half perhaps there is a halftime on the floor featuring Madonna or other weirdness like drag queens touching little girls and boys. What’s up with the NCAA? I’m thinking NCAA halftimes do not include the perverted stuff like say the Stupor Bowl.
3) I did not notice any fairies among shots of those attending the game. There was a woman obviously a Bevo fan sitting with a group of Bevos that had died her hair Burnt Orange. Other than that I will admit toward the end of the game was a shot of two dudes(?) with Xavier on their shirts that were wearing identical hats like perhaps people wear golfing or sitting around the country club pool that looked suspect. Both had the most obscure tattoos completely covering their arms. Other than that the crowd appeared to be only that of fanatical sports freaks.
4) Mentioning golf. While my excuse for the interest in the tournament is only because of Bevo’s presence and it’s a change of pace from Drama Queens etc. , I’d rather watch the Horns than sit on a Sunday afternoon watching golf. To each their own. IMO watching golf on TV one must have absolutely nothing better to do.

So much for the tournament. I played it last year but not this. Any big winners?
I was surprised Texas gave up about a 14 point lead and lost to Miami. All these teams are highly competitive at this point. I watched U Conn eliminate Miami and in similar fashion Miami started a comeback as with Texas yet fizzled.
I don’t care who wins the final. Looking at SDS opponents the game should be a good one. I believe U Conn had as many as three white peeps on the floor against Miami and they could jump. I saw some of the San Diego State game with Florida Atlantic and the shot at the buzzer for the win. Again while I know what colleges are about in this country , a lot of freaks in education, I was glad to have not seen some freak halftime show and honestly other than the popular tattooing of younger gens at least there were none growing horns or big cat claws that I could see on the TV.
