After his second heart attack, George seemed to know he was on borrowed time, so he just started telling the truth. His last few specials were scathing.

George just spoke the truth as he always did in his monologues because for a Gnostic “covering the sun with a sieve” is the same as having to apologize to an audience full of organic portals just because they love the 3d matrix where they live trapped mentally and they hate hearing the truth. He always hit all the spectators in the face with just his acidic speeches full of pure truth. The North American people love euphemisms and that’s why they call themselves patriots.
