Guest Post by The Feral Irishman
Left work
Cruising home in heavy traffic, listening to the radio and making some afternoon hands free calls.
Seat-belt on.
Minding my own business watching for all the other crazies that drive North on 93 then
North on 495.
I’m in the middle lane 65-67 mph, faster traffic passing on the right. Me, no rush, just headed home.
In the review mirror I see the revenue collector.
No worries, haven’t done a thing wrong. Disregarded him.
Check the rear view again, hmmm still there. Is my tailgate down?
No bumper stickers or other eye catchers, just NH plates on my 2022 Ram 1500.
Mention off handed to my friend on the phone that a statie is behind me and I have a feeling he’s
gonna pull…
Yup, blue lights come on.
Seriously?
Pull over into the breakdown lane in Haverhill MA just before the 125 connector at Ward Hill.
Cop gets out, all 5′-4″ or so and walks around the back of the truck and up the passenger side.
The truck is off, and my hands are on the steering wheel. I power down the passenger side window.
Officer “dickhead” ( the nickname I gave him later) gives me his last name and says
“Your being audio and video recorded”
“Ok”
“Do you know you have a tail light out?”
“No, I just left work and have been on my way home” which translated in my mind to:
Ya, you know, it’s a funny thing , I noticed it was out when I put the truck in cruise control and climbed my fat Irish ass out the sliding back window to check all my lights at 4pm in the FUCKING daylight as I was driving home following all the fucking laws.
Meanwhile there are hundreds of cars, 3 lanes wide , zipping by at 65+ MPH with who knows how
serious criminals or shitbags or drugs or you name it….
Anyway, back to our conversation over tea and extortion.
“What’s your badge number?”
Dick obliged.
“So, you pulled me over to tell me my daytime running light was out on the passenger side?”
“Yes”
Irish goes to get out to check.
“Stay in truck it’s too dangerous”
(No fucking shit sherlock, you pulled me over in the breakdown lane during heavy rush hour to tell me I have a bulb out? Why don’t you take the whole fucking truck to the North Pole to repair it for me. We are both in harms way here and your worried about my bulb, dick.)
“License and registration”
“For a bulb out?”
“It’s a traffic stop”
( I bet it’s been 15-20 since I got a warning and who knows how long before that. I try and minimize my interactions with leo)
Irish rummages around, “Here, and I’m not answering any questions”
Thoughts of getting tazed at that point went through my head. Then I was getting more pissed.
He goose steps off to tally the winnings.
10-12 minutes go by.
There is nothing illegal in the car. No weapons , no booze, Nuttin’ Honey.
I know my record came back as clean as a whistle.
So I figure I ‘ll see how realistic this stop is.
I turn around into the back seat and start rummaging around in an exaggerated
manner. Lift up my cooler bag then stuff it down between the seats after grabbing a water.
Finally the member of the lollipop guild comes back to the window. I power it down and he
gives his little spiel.
“Here’s your license and registration back, the information you need is on the citation, you can…”
“You gave me a ticket for a bulb?”
“All the information is there. you have 20 days to appeal it or pay it”
” So you put us both in harms way for a bulb”
“Please enter the highway carefully,” as he walked off.
I sat and slowly put my shit away to make him sit there.
Then I drove up about 50 yards and pulled way off on the grass and got out to look at my tail lights.
As I was walking to the rear of the truck, he drove by.
I almost gave him the finger but I didn’t want to get shot.
He seemed to get butt hurt easy.
$40.00 to the people’s republic of ASSachusetts.
I stopped and bought a bulb on the way home. It’s all fixed. The daytime running light filament was out.
My Grandfather was a cop for many decades. My Dad was an MP in the Army. I have friends that are
LEO.
This dude didn’t do the profession any favors with this stop. I’m still pissed.
Was is really worth getting killed for a bulb. Either him or both of us?
Does the state really need that 40 fucking dollars that bad?
Fuck Massachusetts and fuck this asshole in particular. I see so many violations going back and forth
each day it would make your head spin. Not a stormtrooper to be seen.
For whatever reason I was an easy hit.
No different than a robber preying on an unsuspecting victim.
Fuck ’em.

Too bad so many of the cops are piss-ant losers.
Imagine the good will they would create amongst responsible people if they weren’t looking to rob people all the time. Instead, they are there to make their monthly quota and exert power over other people.
” But I was only following orders , we don’t make the law ” = Excuse for everything
I thought the Nuremberg trials outlawed that as a defense … but, in all likelihood, it’s only applicable to (((some))) folks …
“Only following orders” is only a defense for N.W.s.
read the nuremberg trial transcripts, it was a kangaroo court, defendants were not
allowed a lawyer, to present witnesses and it goes on, there was no justice there
only revenge, read the transcripts, everything we were told about WW2 was a lie
no different with this show trial
Ask for a court date, deny guilt and make that fuck come in and
tell his story on his time. Then demand a jury trial. It’s a pain for you,
but a much bigger pain for him. And he’ll hear it from his super.
ALWAYS fuck these guys.
“Then demand a jury trial”… LOL. So you end up paying court fees and lawyer fees on top of a $40 traffic fine? That seems pretty foolish. The cop doesn’t give a shit, and neither does his supervisor. The only one fucked (again) is the guy driving around with a tail light out. The ticket was legit even if it was a bullshit stop. The light was tits up.
And these fucks have dash cams and body cams. You wouldn’t even have a case…
You left out the torture. They were all tortured to confession, which is why some deliberately planted ridiculous confessions so posterity would understand it was a kangaroo court put on by the Jews.
My father received a bronze star for leading 40 men out from behind German lines at the Battle of the Buldge. He witnessed German prisoners of war being murdered by his superior officers. He was also Captian of the Guard at the Nurenburg trials- had Gorings signature. He knew what bullshit the wars were and ended up supporting anti-war orgainizations. Do those even exist anymore?
And yes the trials were kangaroo courts.
Revenge was needed as it is today for the covid fraud and vaxxes.
Too bad so many stupid citizens signed a contract agreeing to maintain their vehicles, and allow armed men to fine them on the roads when they don’t.
You all agreed to this with your DL contracts.
Which can only legally be required for people doing commerce on the roads.
Daily life and living in your own private property is not commerce.
[No, this is not sovereign citizen nonsense, it’s just the facts]
No one has to do business with the local gendarmes.
“I do not consent to do business with you”
And their reaction will give away the game.
If they force you to do business with them?
You are not free, you are property.
You have every right to believe whatever you like, but you aren’t in touch with reality.
What you think are rights aren’t. The only rights you have are those you exercise.
Tell a cop you don’t need plates, or a license to drive because facts and you will wind up handcuffed in the back of a patrol car, not back on the road.
We all wish this were not so, but it do.
Tell a cop you don’t need plates, or a license to drive because facts and you will wind up handcuffed in the back of a patrol car, not back on the road.
Telling them anything as an explanation places you under implied jurisdiction.
Did you watch the video?
I do not consent, means, you do not consent.
If you have not caused physical property damage, or injured another party AND you do not have a contract agreeing to abide by all their codes and statutes AND do not unwittingly give them jurisdiction by chatting…
My advice?
If you do not know how to stand firm, don’t start out firm, then cave in.
If you do not know the law, do not take advice from a comment section.
Study it for yourself.
All state law is under federal code which is under UCC.
[Free research starter kit]
If something sounds interesting, research it yourself, ask questions, seek more knowledge.
Or?
Just poopoo it all because “meh, try it see what happens”
A lot of learning in that.
Do what you will, you always do.
Yeah, OK, whatever, Anonyhole…that Sovereign Citizen shit will get you arrested and/or shot. Try it out on the next cop that stops you if you don’t believe me.
I don’t think a moral person would become a cop.
Or a soldier. Or a doctor. Or a preacher. Or a [insert bullshit here]
Irish is a white out of state working guy driving a nice truck, so is capable of paying the fine and probably lives too far away to appeal the fine. It is a much easier stop than trying to go after the gang-bangers or drug dealers flying up and down the highway.
yup-selective enforcement again
Put mud over the license plates and then go to a nearby neighborhood and run over a stop sign.
Ring cameras are everywhere, so wait till you reenter your neighborhood to pull the mud off.
Why not just mud or paint over the stop signs?
I think that would be more entertaining to watch.
Leave your phone at home and disable the built-in GPS tracker in your vehicle first, otherwise you could face “conspiracy” charges from the feds.
I do not support citizen vigilantism.
Not quite sure what you mean by “citizen vigilantism” — but if our government officials (including those who continually issue unConstitutional “legislation”) no longer obey the law, then why should anyone else?
We are being invaded and our leaders do nothing but encourage it. Our elections are rigged and our leaders allow and coordinate it. The FBI and ATF routinely break the law and our leaders support them. We have political prisoners being tortured and held without trial, and our leaders are responsible for it. We have pharmacological genocide and our leaders mandate it. We have politicians taking bribes from foreign countries and the courts do nothing. We have opposing party candidates being arrested and tried to ensure continuing power of the ones in authority.
Some one tell me why I do not have every ethical, moral, and lawful justification to do what I wish against the traitors in charge.
Why the second amendment exists.
back in the 90 s in a rural part of our county some bored kids did take down a stop sign & someone blew threw it ,not knowing that they were suppossed to stop —
the result, multiple manslaughter charges 4 those kids once they were identified —
You could Tape Signs that say “complying” just under the STOP on the sign
This is America, bruh…pay da’ fine or do da’ time…meanwhile back in da’ hood , zero fucks given.
Tribe up or die.
My Mom 50yrs ago would have us play pin the tail on the donkey. I would have asked for guns and money if I’d known it was a thing. (can do without the ghetto music though)
Where’s the chickens that taught them how to walk?
Name one thing unlikely to have more than twenty birthdays?
I’ll take noggers for $400, Alex.
“Things with short lifespans for $100, Alex.”
Black men do love they stupidass track shits.
Mass is the new Cali and the infection is spreading to Maine.
I’ve driven 495 many times. Wicked dangerous HWY especially during rush hours.
If anything the dickhead citizen on patrol should have given a warning to inform of the issue. We are not operating commercial aircraft. None of us do 100 point inspections before embarking.
Assachusettes views gubermint as a business and it’s not alone. Very sad.
I’m 10 minutes from the pullover spot, on the NH side, of course. 495 is no different than any other interstate. Some spots are a little more dangerous than others, for different reasons.
Regarding 495, just speaking from my experiences. I live in Maine so it’s not often I am on 495, but the many times I have been, it’s been a shit show. Many accidents, too many “entitled” drivers, etc. Then again, driving in the Boston area in general should be done offensively holding a rabbits foot.
Boston area agreed Sabyre. But 495 is not Boston area. What you have, where Irish was pulled over is a section, about 10 miles in length, frequently travelled by both long haul truckers going to or coming from Maine and the locals. See demographics for Lawrence, Haverhill, MA. South of 93 all communities, except 1 other city-Lowell- are white, wealthy, and mostly accident free on 495.
Memphrica was just named as the most dangerous city in America for driving. That is just one of the many reasons I avoid it as much as possible.
When I lived in Maine we called them “Massholes”…I truly hate ever having to go east of St. Louis, the crush of humanity is oppressive.
Hold out for a trial. File for speedy trial violation when it takes over the max. How I beat my last “violation” which was for loud muffler (had a new one bought but I wasn’t about to change it in -20 and that is above and beyond getting a chance for down time the only vehicle we had running at the time) and no driver’s license. Both minor misdemeanors (depending on #of violations in a time frame and whether you have had a license before), though they charge everybody with a first for no driver’s license as well lots of other things when it shouldn’t be, and people go in and plead no contest and pay the inflated extortion day in day out, just like good cattle to the slaughter.
I would have stopped at “Here.” and kept the rest to myself unless he started asking questions.
yep, getting snarky never pays or turns out well.
Sometimes it’s hard to keep your mouth shut when you are steaming with anger. Ask me how I know this.😁
Yeah, I’ve been through my share of learning experiences fer sure. lol
or Irish.
My nose is no longer dead center between my eyes because I asked a question once. No more questions.
“I don’t answer questions”
Jeff Gray knows how to beat them.
https://fox2now.com/news/loophole-helping-drivers-skip-dui-checkpoints/
We asked a St. Louis criminal attorney if it would work in Missouri.
“There’s a practical side and there’s a legal side. Is there a chance an officer is going to break your window out and pull you out of your car? It could happen. But, the legal answer is yes, it’s completely legal. When you roll into a DUI checkpoint you do not have to roll down your window, you do not have to speak you do not have to get out,” said Matt Fry an attorney with Rosenblum, Schwartz, Rogers & Glass.
Thanks for introducing Jeff’s channel. It’s wonderful how he educates officers, even if they hate it. It’s refreshing to see the ones who get it, but disheartening because you can count on one hand those who really do. Hope they don’t get jaded. You have a right to be on public property if you aren’t harming anyone or anything. Giving someone the icks because you are simply there but not hurting one isn’t a reason to evict you. Once you cross that line of harm, it’s on.
But…this might get me dv and who cares?…the people who give US the icks but are on public property and doing nothing to harm people on public property deserve the same consideration.
The only thing a cop is good for is a pension.
Message on police emergency line in big blue city:
“Are you being assaulted? robbed?
or murdered? Help is just minutes away with out new app. Download stopkillpolice.gov, now at the Google store.”
Thankyou for calling. Goodbye.”

More than a few are good at beating their wives. Search on the name Oscar B. Deaton in the Joplin area.
Your daytime running bulb was out, but the officers bulb is dim. Probably been that way since birth. Best to forgive, forget and motor on. Genetic has already been far more unkind to him than you could be (and, i am faithful lurker at The FI so i know how creatively unpleasant you can be).
I have went to traffic court 3 times just for the satisfaction of costing the city more than the ticket netted them in revenue.
If the cop doesn’t show up at the appointed hour demand the judge drop the case. It’s your right.
Speak up.
Now try asking for a “jury” trial and see who pays more than the ticket cost them.
You live in Massachusetts for some reason by choice. That was your first mistake.
On his way home to either ME or NH methinks.
“NH plates”
It’s called “reading for comprehension”.
Blue state blues. We used to live in NJ. The state police are very aggressive there. We recently moved to rural Kansas. Totally different. If you are actually doing something bad they will be after you with a vengeance. However, for a burnt out running light bulb they might pull you over to tell you about it in case you did not know about it, maybe. There are no car inspections here. Nobody has stickers on their windshields. Constitutional carry. Low property taxes. Virtually no crime where we live. When you go into Walmart everyone looks happy. Everyone speaks English.
You may want to keep all that info to yourself or you might be overrun by people who flee other states
Welcome to Kansas!
poordude,
BONUS, Kansas is beautiful! Not all rolling hills and corn. NJ, I’m sure has some nice scenery, as does NY state, but no chance in hell of me EVER living in either .
I live in the extremely rural desert, lots of spanglish speakers but 100 years or so ago this WAS Mexico.
It’s a dry heat.
Peace, L.
Difference between a mexican and a cue ball? The harder you hit ’em, the more english you get.
I guess you have never been to the Wallyworld in Garden City?
If/when TSHTF…
Cops
Politicians
Anyone associated with the court system
Liberals
Blacks
List is backwards.
If you start with the blacks, most the other items will clean up their act before it’s their turn in the breach.
Don’t stop.
Clean act or not, after it hits the fan, atonement will abound.
And EV owners.
Idea: a 5 pack of paper targets. Never hurts to be prepared.
Many LEO’s are power pricks but at least in the people’s republic of Maryland you just get a repair inspection ticket no fine , unless you don’t fix it in 30 days . You can replace the bulbs or headlights your self stop by a LEO station and at least in my case the cop at the desk looks out the door sees the lights on signs off date time and badge number logs it in and I mail it in after making a copy and your done
You didn’t really expect him to stop the jacked up old Cadillac with 22″ spinner rims and wide whitewalls and the three large passengers…did you?
Law enforcers are quietly shifting the traditional concept of self defense in favor of the criminals
Firearms and defensive tactics instructor John Farnam, writing for Ammoland.com, provided the following lessons to be learned from this incident:
1) Warning shots are almost always a bad idea and are not recommended.
2) In the eyes of most prosecutors, “Flight Equals Guilt.” So even if you think you’re acting as a Good Samaritan, don’t leave the scene, unless you have to for your own safety.
3) In New York City (as in any number of other Democrat-run cities), liberal politicians and prosecutors expect you, indeed require you, to meekly submit to physical attacks by violent felons.Farnam says any use of force, particularly deadly force, on the part of citizens who are attempting to defend themselves or other innocent parties at the hands of violent felons is always viewed as a crime.
Farnam spelled it out in no uncertain terms, writing:
about 30 years ago, I was walking in downtown philly for something. anyway, some asshole grabbed a ladies handbag and took off running. same side of the street as me. I could hear his feet pounding along
and as he got closer, I clothes line his ass. and down he went. a cop walking across the street yelled at me to stop. I just looked at him and said I did nothing wrong and kept going.
I stop some asshole from stealing a old lady shit and he wants to fuck with me ?
that is when I knew I had to leave that shithole city as soon as I could. took a few more years but yeah.
I left that shit hole and will never go back. the cops are not your friends. and it has only gotten worse over time there. white people has no place in philly anymore. let it rot away.
Nice story!
Not since Rizzo was Chief….
Oprah is hoping to buy it for a song.
NOT an fine. Its called EXTORTION.
Start calling things what they are, not what they want you to think and comply to.
You get the govt you are willing to comply with.
If youhave a valid contract with a DMV, you signed up for this.
How is it extortion when yoi volunteered to get a DL contract?
Terminate the contract.
Learn these words: “I do not consent..”
And then shut the fuck up.
“Chatting” with an officer is considered “consent” in bad jurisdictions.
How may assist you officer?
Sorry, I do not consent to do business with you.
I do not answer questions.
Doing this will reveal the true extent of your freedoms, locally.
compare this to an encounter in switzerland about ten years ago. I was driving back up to zueri after spending a month or so down in greece (ship gr->it, then drive up through it in to ch around como, st gotthard pass over the alps). I’m somewhere up in the alps near the boundary between cantons ticino and uri, before the big tunnel. night has recently fallen. Almost nobody else on the road, remarkably. Suddenly i see a cop car behind me with lights on motioning me to pull over. i pull over. cop (ticinese, so his native language is italian) trying to speak bad german (even worse than my german!) because i have zurich plates on my car, me replying likewise in almost as awful german, but he tells me to turn the car back on and then tells me to get out of the car and come around the back for a look.
honest to god no shit _all_ the rear lights were out. a fuse must have gone or something. The cop tells me, look, it’s the middle of the night. A little up the road is a gas station. They open early in the morning. I’m sure that you will drive to that gas station, park there til they open, and buy some fuses or bulbs or whatever to fix your lights there and then get home. have a good night. and that was that. and indeed, i did spend the night in the car at that gas station, froze my ass off (it was mid-may but this was high in the alps and there was snow about) , bought some fuses and bulbs in the morning, and indeed drove home without trouble. no citation, no hassle.
or another encounter in switzerland about fifteen years ago. I’m at home (in zurich) in the early evening and the doorbell rings. grumbling who the hell is ringing my door at such a time as i’m not expecting anybody, i go to the window and look down and see a cop standing there. ok, i go down and crack the door open.
good evening. ‘good eveing to you as well. are you the owner of such a car with such a license plate number?’ he asks.. um, yes, that is my car, me expecting to hear something really bad.. he says, well, you left your headlights on, probably want to turn them off before they run the battery down. have a good evening.
effing amazing eh?
yes, it is possible. it does exist in some places and some societies.
That used to be the norm in the US.
Great painting, great scene, great story.
That America did in fact exist, but unfortunately, is dead and long gone.
It seems to have disappeared sometime shortly after the Civil Rights Act was passed into law.
I blame lawyers.
They do seem to cause a lot of problems, especially ones that require the services of an attorney to resolve.
LBJ, 1964 or 1965.
“The “great experiement”, as a distraction to 11/22/63, that occured due to Brookings 1960.
“…200 years!”
I AM the kid in that pic! Today, is this what my WWII grandparents died for?
Swiss know about freedom, comparable to Americans. I’m German, and we went to Switzerland both ‘rona summers, helped a lot, refugee from the insanity. Ironically, Switzerland is the base of world banking and racketeering.
Back to the topic, they have no tolerance when it comes to speeding. Tickets are very expensive, serious speeding is answered by arrest and vehicle confiscation.
i managed to never get a speeding ticket living there for 15 years. swiss speed limits are actually reasonable in like 95% of cases.
You spent a winter night in a car that was not running with the heater on?
yeah, i wore a wool sweater and a coat. it was cold. big deal, the world isnt always cozy.
Remember that Taxxachussetts has elected both Mitt Romney and Deval Patrick as governors which should be a gigantic flashing warning sign that the place sucks ass. And then there is Hahvahd and Mt Holyoke college. FUck ’em and FJB.
Pro tip: suggested conversation is “Good morning/day/evening officer.”
“Yes, officer.” “No officer.” “No. I do not consent to searches.” “Am I free to go or am I being detained?” “I will make no statement until I speak to an attorney.” That’s it. Watch one of the best videos ever made on the topic by this fine fellow, James Duane, from Regent University. Great stuff: share this with everyone especially the young.
(Most people take it personally. It’s not so don’t. For nearly everyone it’s nothing personal – strictly business. and did Auntie mention: FJB.)
excellent video
An oldie and a greatie.
I do not consent to do business with you.
I don’t answer questions.
When visiting the North?
Break or destroy something in honor of General Sherman.
Revenue generators. That’s all they are. They don’t give a damn about your rights or your safety.
Most police departments would never admit it, but they have quotas to meet.
A rear DRL? Never heard of it. Fronts, of course. Hmm.
My thought, too.
Race?
I have had a few experiences like this, mostly for some kind of moving violation or speeding, seatbelt, etc. but several parking tickets as well. Yet I’ve beaten all but one in traffic court (9W 1L). I enjoy the look on the PA’s face when I come with paper documents for disclosure, and ask the judge to swear me in as an expert witness. But one of the best ones was wholly defeating a diversity-hire bitch cop who handed me a major ticket just after I was released from the ambulance (precautionary exam) after a serious t-boner that was 100% the other guy’s fault. At the scene, I told her I committed no infraction and that I knew something about the Highway Traffic Act. ” Oh, really?” she snarls, “Such as?” “Such as what you will learn in court” I calmly replied. Watching both her and the PA sulk out of that courtroom after I wholly humiliated both of them and after the judge dismissed the ticket was gold. She Fucked Around, and she Found Out.
This needs more details.
This one and another one – when I beat a seatbelt charge – were beauties. Ironically, the seatbelt charge was the opposite thing – the LEO who laid that charge actually ended up helping me – a lot. I only fight charges to keep my insurance low and driving record spotless. I’d write both instances up if Admin would consider them worthy.
I had a cop stop me when I was a driver instructor with the student driving. The car had a student driver sign on it. I razzed the cop. She was a bit wobbly, but I didn’t let here cross the line. I asked his name. He gave me like RG. I said name not initials. His name was initials. What a psycho. Had a good laugh with the boss and fellow instructors at the driving school. I imagined his fellow cops razzing him for stopping a student driver.
I dunno man…kinda sounds like you had an attitude with the cop from the moment he started talking to you. Why not just be polite and kind to the cop, even if he is being a dick. Your chances of avoiding the ticket would be much better. You can curse him out later on the drive home but being a dick back to him guarantees you get a ticket and it’s not going to make him change his ways…if anything it was probably another drop in the bucket that makes him a bigger dick with every passing year on the force. It’s not always possible but reflecting bad attitude with politeness is usually the best defense. The way you acted you let that cop know that he got to you and ruined your day…why let him do that to you. Why give him the satisfaction.
DON’T TALK TO THE COPS. Watch the preceding video.
I was very polite at the onset. Answered him with “Sir” etc.
Shut the truck off.
Had both hands on the steering wheel etc.
He never asked if I had any weapons. He knew I was harmless.
My lunch cooler was in the passenger seat right under his nose. He never mentioned it.
Nothing but:
“Do you know you have a tail light out?”
“It’s a traffic stop , so license and registration” ( I never protested other than ask why he needed them for a bulb out)
I never swore at him
I just said, I’m not answering any questions.
He came back with the ticket.
IT was extorsion. There was NO reason to pull me over for a trivial matter
and put both of us in danger.
Think about it , Was he really going to to risk a crash or injury to give me a warning or a kind hearted tip that I had a bulb out. I doubt it.
I knew he was gonna ticket me so fuck him.
I looked him up later. He was a City cop a year or so ago in the Haverhill Area shall we say.
He must be a newly minted Statie.

We are racing at full-speed towards a social credit system.
In light of that, how nice that this completely insignificant event is now be documented and part of the Irishman’s record. What if he is unlucky enough to have another totally innocuous event like this happen? Hmm? His insurance company’s algorithims wouldn’t use this as an excuse to move him into a different risk class, right?
I doubt that any points are assessed against your license for a bulb that is out, but maybe they are over in that shithole state. There’s that to consider.
Either way, this is now on the record. So fuck this cop and all who are like him.
And fuck you for expecting him to get on bended knee when he is pulled over and ticketed for no good reason.
Too bad he wasn’t sideswiped. He would not have been missed.
I remember a time in Massholistan where they’d give you a “defective equipment” citation for a headlight out and if you showed it was repaired they’d quash it. Apparently the thirst for revenue is overwhelming these days. Luckily Irish didn’t have an encounter with the Registry Police, they’re akin to the Einzatsgruppen.
By their very nature most pigs are control freaks.
They are NOT your friend………….they are the enforcers of the corrupt system only !
The total assets seized by the Federal,State, and Local POPO exceeds the citizens losses due to criminal theft/burglary. Kinda puts things into perspective. THIS isn’t law enforcement. This is revenue generating activity.I am surprised the police don’t stake out bank ATMs
For God’s sake do not be traveling with a wad of cash-say on the way to buy something like a car-without having a bank receipt for the cash. Asset forfeiture runs rampant with large amounts of cash in your possession.
not just in the US, but in the EUSSR as well, in recent years. two years ago i had my lifes’ savings robbed from me by thugs in uniform in basically the same fashion while making the final run in the move away from decades of working in the city, to my rural home about a thousand miles and a couple countries away. no crime commited, just, we’re taking this because we can. sue us if you want it back. two years and close to 50k spent on lawyers trying to get it back have been fruitless.
Thats to bad, sorry to hear. But, if you have to move cash or pm’s the best method is with courier services. Either in a plain box that gets lost among the hundreds of other indescript boxes or a box with a label of a product that nobody is really interested in, like water filter cartridges or something.
Send it with a signature requirement. To late but for others thinking of moving money or pm’s.
Like Henry Chinaski in Barfly I feel better when they aren’t around.

I grew up on that stretch of road , yeah taxachusetts needs all the money they can get to house, feed and provide health care and free tuition for millions of freeloaders in that state. Of course all the massholes are moving up to NH. Very petty and irresponsible stop by the state cop btw.
Used to have a fair bit of family in Mass-no longer, as most have moved to Florida.
Just what Florida needed was more Yankees…
Well over 20 years ago I was driving a teeny weeny little car (I can’t remember it’s name but it was a hatchback) in Mass while husband was attending school in DC. I had two folding lawn chairs in the back, the old aluminum kind with webbing. I think our infant son was with me but honestly don’t remember since he was always carefully ensconced in his car seat as I was nervous in such a small car but I do know their was no mention of it by the policeman since a little lady and a baby were obviously not the MO he was looking for.
I don’t even remember why he pulled me over (I’ve had one ticket in 50 years of driving) but I do remember him shining his flashlight all around my lawn chairs. He then asked me if I had guns in the car. I’m a teeny little 5′ tall lady and of course had all the necessary papers, ID, etc., so he was obviously very sad this wasn’t his day to nab a big fish. At the time it was weird and annoying and I avoided driving thru MASS whenever possible but fast forward to today and I would probably have ended up in Gitmo over two lawn chairs, they’d have put my son in ‘foster’ care and disappeared my little car. It’s frightening times we are living in…….
when you handed him your paperwork you answered questions and waived all your rights on the spot. Watch this ex-Texas deputy sheriff teach you how to handle the cops while reserving all your rights. You do not need a license or registration unless you are driving in commerce, flex your rights or lose them
