“Legal certainty has been established that the collateral can be taken immediately and without judicial review, by entities described in court documents as ‘the protected class,’” Webb says in the film. “Even sophisticated professional investors, who were assured that their securities are ‘segregated,’ will not be protected.”

In a CHD.TV interview Saturday with Children’s Heath Defense (CHD) President and CEO Mary Holland, Webb said he has been studying global financial systems and warning of a coming “Great Taking” financial collapse for more than 20 years. His decades of hedge fund experience gave him insight into money flows and systemic risks that he believes foreshadow an orchestrated crash.

Webb spent years researching historical precedents like Great Depression-era bank closures and gold confiscation to help him understand the “playbook used by powerful banking interests during times of financial turmoil.”
He first noticed that money velocity rates showed how excessive money creation drives unstable economic bubbles. The mainstream news coverage during the 1990s Asian financial crisis aftermath did not fully explain the odd market movements he was seeing.
Digging deeper, Webb realized “the scale of the money creation during this period was very high.” He found Federal Reserve Board activity generating over 1% of gross domestic product worth of new money in one week — “an order magnitude bigger” than annual growth rates, he said.
The massive liquidity influx was not going into the real economy, Webb said, but into “destructive things … wars… various operations that are about control.”
Webb compared the state of the economy just before World War I to today’s hyper-financialized economy, saying both are about “looting” in the late phase of economic bubbles, just prior to a crash.
Webb also witnessed a decade-long campaign to change commercial banking statutes and ownership definitions, state by state, that set the stage for revoking investor property rights during defaults.
“The underpinning of the entire securities infrastructure in the U.S. is the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, and this is the entity that was first formed to dematerialize all securities in the U.S.,” Webb said.
Webb told Holland a career CIA operative with “absolutely no background and banking or finance” was involved in this project and was later made the superintendent of banks in New York state by Nelson Rockefeller.
“It’s very clear that this was a CIA project,” he said.
The Lehman Brothers failure during the 2008 financial crisis was “teed up” to cement new precedents allowing elite creditors to seize client assets during financial busts, Webb told Holland.
The Lehman collapse involved using client assets secured through derivatives and securitized bonds as collateral, which creditors then seized.
“The bankruptcy judge said that J.P. Morgan was under ‘safe harbor’ and could take the client assets” and, as one of the largest banks, it was “certainly a member of the ‘protected class,’” Webb said. “And those words are used in the decision.”
In Webb’s view, sophisticated financial instruments promote interconnectedness and complexity in global financial markets in order to multiply collateral flows while hiding systemic risks and property rights issues.
In Webb’s assessment, creating centralized pools of assets sets up the system for secured creditors to instantly seize collateral. If widespread insolvency hits, as Webb predicts will be triggered, the “protected class” of big banks and funds will take all they can while everyday investors get “only a pro-rata share of what is left.”
“The main takeaway is that this will affect everyone everywhere, globally, all the way to the top of the system,” Webb told Holland. “This has the potential to unite people to wind this down.”
In the film, Webb said, “Central banking should be a public utility. The very idea that it
should be controlled by private interests, that is the source of all the problems for humanity.”
“The Great Taking” was produced by Webb and executive produced by Holocaust survivor Vera Sharav.
Webb has turned his efforts into a nonprofit project that aims to share this information worldwide. Both the documentary and the downloadable book are available for free on his website.

He is Counsel of Record in the Moore v USA case on the Mandatory Repatriation Tax that had oral argument for Certiorari December 5. The MSM suggests the court is leaning to the IRS. Affirming the case would eventually allow the IRS to make levy on any junk in your back yard to be declared by the IRS to be valuable. The tax burden on the junk will eventually allow exceeding 100% of a citizens earnings, with ‘conspiracy theorists’ first in line. Bankruptcy of society is inherent.

THE INCOME TAX SCAM
The irony of 87,000 new IRS agents is that there is no law in the US that imposes an income
tax on sovereign citizens. Taxation is a matter of sovereignty. That over which the
taxing authority is not sovereign is not a suitable object for taxation. No State can tax federal property or a federal purchase. Our Constitution guarantees a Republican form of government with Citizens as Sovereign. Ref. Article IV, § 4.
If a tax upon the labors of a Sovereign Citizen properly existed it would authorize the subordinate government to seize 100% of his earnings. ‘Reasonable’ is not a limitation for a tax. It is not a matter of concern to the court if the tax destroys the object being taxed. Such a law would authorize slavery. The power to tax is the power to destroy. The Constitution prohibits slavery.
LIBERTY, enshrined in the 5th and 14th Amendments, include the Citizen’s opportunity to Pursue a Livelihood as a fundamental Right. Such Rights, including your Right to a Trial by Jury, are not suitable objects for taxation or fee. If it were otherwise, all Rights could be taxed out of existence. Ref. 16A Am Jur 2nd Constit. Law §617 [2009]. [87,000 new IRS agents are getting hired to harass domestic ‘terrorists’]
26 USC §1 [1954] authorizes an income tax on the “taxable income” of an individual. ‘Taxable income’ is not defined. If you wish to donate to the government, they will take your money—and demand more. This statute is never alleged to be violated in an indictment. [The 1939 statute taxed all income. Vivian Kellum is said to have challenged that provision to the Supreme Court. The actual case has not been located.]
26 USC §871 imposes an excise tax upon “non-resident aliens” for the privilege of being permitted into the USA. An excise tax is based upon a privilege being received. This writer does not see any privilege being received by a Sovereign Citizen upon which the government of the United States can properly base an income tax. Ref. Article I, Section 8, clause 1.
Violations of 26 USC §§7201-7215 are frequently alleged in indictments. The Supreme Court, relying upon the Congressional Record, has identified those penalty statutes as applying to all taxes in Title 26. Ref: Sansone v US, 1965. They cannot allege violation of a “known legal duty” required for a valid indictment.
The IRS relies upon a citizen signing a tax form, under oath, over the caveat of “taxpayer’s name” to identify you as legally responsible for a tax. You have just sworn that you legally owe a tax. The court accepts your affidavit. The income tax is a scam.
Lawyers who aggressively make this claim face lose of license and HAVE been sent to jail on bogus charges.
State courts have repeatedly covered up similar challenges to state income taxes, earnings taxes, and occupational licenses, to avoid an exempt precedent from becoming established.
IRS Exempt Tax form #4852 has been claimed by Pete Hendrickson as successfully recovering prior years’ income taxes erroneously paid to the IRS.
Former IRS special agent Joe Banister, after repeated unsuccessful efforts to find a statutory income tax with the help of his supervisor, separated from the IRS.
WARNING: The location of the “burden of proof” is critical. Due Process requires the Petitioner to prove the validity of any claimed authority. If the BOP can be shifted by the court to the citizen to prove the tax authority does not exist, they will require proof that there is no possible way the tax might be valid. Such a proof is impossible. This shift doomed the Springer case. Springer v US, 102 US 586, (1881).
The Supreme Court declared Springer’s claim the income tax was an unapportioned Direct Tax and therefore was not valid. The court added that the only alternate Constitutional tax was an indirect tax of either an impost, a duty, or an excise tax. Since a duty or impost relates to merchandise crossing a territorial boundary, by deduction, an income tax must be an excise tax.
Constitutional Rights, such as your Right to Pursue a Livelihood included in the clause of Liberty in the 5th and 14th Amendments, is not suitable for taxation any more than a tax upon your Right to a Trial by Jury. If Rights could be taxed or conditioned upon a fee, they could be priced out of existence. Regents v Roth, 408 US 564.
Tax denier Sherry Peel Jackson was convicted of tax charges in 2008. A government website declares several tax protester theories by Jackson were denied by the court. There is no claim the court declared the income tax did not improperly infringe on Constitutional Rights. The court’s shift of the BOP doomed her case.
The 16th Amendment attempts to expand the definition of taxable income. Some federal courts have opined it removes all restrictions on federal taxation. In reality, either concept would convert a Sovereign Citizen immune from taxation [except for an excise tax on a privilege received] into a subject that can be forced to give 100% of their earnings to the ruler. That would stand the Constitution on its head and is a coup. It violates the guarantee of Article IV, section 4. The nicety of distinguishing whether it is a direct tax, an indirect tax, or an amorphous tax is, in reality, irrelevant. Such an act would violate the judge’s oath of office and negate the jurisdiction of the judge. The prohibitive cost of appeals, and denial of certiorari, along with a lucrative self-interest, has prevented any review by the SCOTUS.
