Scale on the left side of the graph makes no sense. Blacks committing by far the most murders makes sense, but pretending 400% is all murders is bad math. And what about hundreds of mix race killers or kill-ees ? Actual numbers instead of percentages would make far more sense.

You are reading the graph incorrectly. Add the % across the graph for each (race) color of the bar. Those add up between 99 and 101 % probably due to rounding errors.
Read the fine print at the top: 2003 ll 100% per victim group, cumulative to 400%

The generational slide amongst blacks has been stark for older folks who have been watching. In 1982, I saw B. B. King perform at Berklee School of Music in Boston. There were elderly black couples there, dressed in their Sunday go-to-meeting finest, with hats, ties, etc., and as still and quiet as could be. If they were 70, then they were born before WWI.
I could go on for a dozen more paragraphs, reporting observations of related situations, both good and bad, including having been “polar beared” before that term became known outside of the ‘hood. Even rap music wasn’t “gangsta” yet in ’82.
It’s all down to gummint interference in our lives. It won’t end except by burning the rest of the way out, from which a tiny remnant will start again.
