For those of you inclined to pray……..
Please say a prayer for the greatest man I’ve ever known. He was a career USAF NCO serving during the Vietnam War and peacetime for 21 years, 7 months and 18 days. He was an ejection seat specialist and every pilot that felt the need to test his work went home to their families.
He slipped the bonds of Earth this morning at 4:55am surrounded by those he loved as I slept beside him. He was the only hero I ever knew or needed. The world is a poorer place without him.
Rest easy dad. I love you and miss you.
GHOSTERY IS TOAST
I’m running Firefox (+Windows7) and noticed that beginning with release 50.1.0, the browser and browser navigation slowed considerably. I started digging around looking for the cause and discovered that Ghostery had been disabled on my browser. Digging further I learned that Ghostery had been bought out by a German ad agency. Reading recent user comments indicated that the buyout coincided with the browser slowdown.
A few of the comments indicated that Ghostery is now being used to spy on you. I didn’t dig any further, opting to uninstall Ghostery instead. While I cannot confirm that Ghostery was the cause of my browser slowdown or that they are spying on users, I re-booted the computer after this and Firefox is back to its usual snappy self with no sluggishness.
Perhaps admins ad revenue will increase a bit now that Ghostery has been assimilated by the DarkSide and people stop using it? If anyone knows of a good add-on similar to Ghostery for Firefox please share in the comments below.

A person could be forgiven for thinking that the purchase of a high security home safe is simple and straightforward. As with many things in life, such a purchase requires a little more than listening to the sales pitch and selecting a color and size.
I don’t yet own a safe myself but earlier this year I completed my due diligence in anticipation of purchasing one. Actually I do own a safe but it’s a decoy or sacrificial safe that I hope satisfies any thieves who will clearly be desperate breaking into my humble home. What prompted this article was a comment posted by a more recent regular here on TBP and my own knowledge of the misconceptions people have about safes.
A LITTLE MORE ON JOHN GLENN
John Glenn’s political career predated my awareness of politics so I can’t say anything about that but as a young man and in middle age John Glenn was a bad-ass.
When the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor brought the United States into World War II, Glenn quit college to enlist in the U.S. Army Air Corps. However, he was never called to duty, and in March 1942 enlisted as a United States Navy aviation cadet. He went to the University of Iowa for preflight training, then continued on to NAS Olathe, Kansas, for primary training. He made his first solo flight in a military aircraft there. During his advanced training at the NAS Corpus Christi, he was offered the chance to transfer to the U.S. Marine Corps and took it.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
I found the information below a couple weeks ago in one of the posts Yojimbo made regarding pizzagate. I don’t use social media at all. I don’t use reddit, twitter, voat or any of it. I have enough trouble keeping up with my daily doom porn trawling. However, this pizzagate/Lucifarian/Satanic world wide pedo “thing” has got my attention and seems like something I need to know more about.
I’ve actually been expecting another monkey or two to bring up what I’m posting below but so far none have (that I’m aware of) so I’m doing it. It was a month old the day I found it a couple weeks ago. I have no idea if the FBI has an official Twitter FBIRecordsVault or not. It looks legit when I visit that page but who knows? If it is legit I find it hard to believe that TPTB within the FBI did not remove the tweets from the “anonymous patriot within the FBI” who supposedly posted them.
Anyway, I’d be curious what the STM’s think of it.

I’ve been digging around for a few weeks for any fresh info on Julian Assange. Fake news abounds including fake blue/green screen appearances.
Files have reportedly gone missing from wikileaks servers. There seems to have been a big staff change of moderators at wikileaks. A massive DDOS attack in the eastern US coincided with a power outage that also included a land line phone outage and a blocking of cell phone signals in the neighborhood surrounding the Ecuadoran embassy in London. The theory is that this prevented Assange from activating a dead mans switch to initiate a cascade release of files.

IT’S ALL UPHILL FROM HERE
I thought by trawling Huffpo CNN, MSNBC and other liberal sites every week that that would be enough to keep me informed on how the other half lives. That and just avoiding most day to day human (oxymoron?) contact with these whack jobs in their native habitats. Apparently I was wrong.
Usually I just skim headlines on various left wing sites and I never delve into the comments sections because I don’t enjoy headaches and I have no time to hang around and ridicule the snowflakes. That changed on election night, the next day actually since it was after midnight for me. I tuned in to MSNBC and CNN after Trump had reached the magic 270.
BRAVERY II
Following on Kokoda’s excellent BRAVERY post from yesterday I was reminded of the fantastic story of the most decorated Marine Aviator in Marine Corps history. This is a long story but well worth the read.
I can’t wait until this level of bravery and dedication to country is re-directed at destroying the evil fucks who seek to enslave us instead of it being used by our plantation masters to enrich themselves.

A MARINE’S EXPERIENCE
At the age of 89 Colonel Kenneth L. Reusser, USMC (Ret) died Saturday, June 20, 2009.
A native from the Oregon coastal farming community of Cloverdale, Ken Reusser learned to fly in Uncle Sam’s Civilian Pilot Training program (CPT). Because the government recognized pilots would most likely soon be needed, in August, 1941 the US Navy accepted him at Naval Air Station (NAS) Sand Point, Seattle, Washington, as a Seaman Recruit, flight student.
Navy training was arduous, but having both private and commercial pilot’s licenses eased some of the load and placed him, with others, in an accelerated class. In April of 1942 he graduated from Navy flight school at NAS Opelaka, Florida as a Naval Aviator, and because graduates were allowed a choice, Ken elected to enter the US Marine Corps as a Pilot, Second Lieutenant.

Weirton, WV — Weirton police officer Stephen Mader exhibited extreme bravery and restraint earlier this year when he chose not to kill a suicidal man. For displaying such courage and reserve, Mader’s department fired him.
On May 6, 2016, Mader responded to a call about a domestic incident. When he showed up to the call, Mader confronted Ronald D. Williams Jr., 23, who was armed and in a diminished mental state.
Madar said that he began talking to the young man in his “calm voice.”
“I told him, ‘Put down the gun,’ and he’s like, ‘Just shoot me.’ And I told him, ‘I’m not going to shoot you brother.’ Then he starts flicking his wrist to get me to react to it.
“I thought I was going to be able to talk to him and de-escalate it. I knew it was a suicide-by-cop” situation.

I’ve probably seen and/or heard over 500 C-5 Galaxy cargo planes take off and I never heard one moan this hard a quarter of the way down the runway! I’ll bet multiple orifices were puckering and unpuckering rapidly on that take off roll! I wonder if the runway disappeared from the pilots view before he got airborne? This one is leaving Llopango Airport, El Salvador.
