Why Executive Orders are Unconstitutional

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

These are just a few of the onslaught of Executive Orders Bidens signed within hours of entering the White House. He not only opened the border to the flood of illegal aliens that are now getting free healthcare and tax-free money and housing that Americans are not entitled to, but he immediately went to deal with the transgender issue, making that a national crisis and shoving it down everyone’s throats who never even heard about the subject before, and restored all the money to promote this fake science of Climate Change.

“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”Buckminster Fuller

The takeover of the country by an amalgamation of bad characters representing fascist corporatism, collectivism, billionaire oligarchs, social media tyrants, pandemic peddlers, and Deep State snake oil surveillance state salesmen has marked a turning point for the country. Battle lines are being drawn, a propaganda war is already being waged, enemies are preparing for conflict, rage is rising, and the country is headed towards some level of dissolution.

Events since the inception of the release of the China virus from the Wuhan bio-weapon lab, have been accelerating towards an epic struggle between those constituting the true power in the country and those they consider deplorable and undeserving of respect or a voice in how the country is governed. Between Inauguration Day and January 31, Biden signed 25 Executive Orders, 10 presidential memos and four proclamations, more than Trump and Obama combined during the same brief period. In the process, Congress has been relegated to the sidelines.

Executive Disorders, Implausible Impeachment, and General Observations of the Week

Guest Post by PJ Whalen via Blue State Conservative

Topic #1: Throughout this early period of his presidency, President Joe Biden has continued with his onslaught of executive orders.

Thoughts and Observations:

  • The approach of president’s enacting their agenda via executive order has been a growing problem for years. It began to escalate when President Barack Obama declared that he had a “pen and a phone” – intending to use both to bypass Congress – and the issue continues to destroy our governmental system. This is not how it’s supposed to work. The Legislative Branch is supposed to pass bills and send them to the Executive Branch. The President then signs that bill into law, at which point the Judicial Branch oversees adherence to that law. Joe Biden’s not an emperor, neither was Donald Trump, and neither was Barack Obama.
