Hurt Feelings Now Hut! Hut! Huttable!

Guest Post by Eric Peters

A New York County just passed a law that makes it an arrestable offense to “annoy” an armed government worker. In other words, one can be Hut! Hut! Hutted! in Monroe County, NY for hurting the feelings of an armed government worker.

And not even that.

Another AGW Pummels Another Handcuffed Victim

Guest Post by Eric Peters

Another video has surfaced of another armed government worker punching out a victim – a woman – with her hands literally tied (manacled) behind her back.

The incident took place in St. Albans, Vermont.

The woman, who had been arrested for something or other, can be seen in the video below sitting in a jail cell, her hands cuffed behind her. She is upset and kicks at the door to her cell. This infuriates the AGW, who decides to tune her up for being disrespectful of his Authority.

“Cooperative” Man is Hut! Hut! Hutted!

Guest Post by Eric Peters

We are told that being “cooperative” with armed government workers is the best way to avoid being Hut! Hut! Hutted! by them. Here’s more evidence to the contrary.

US teacher’s union prioritizes “white fragility” over children’s education

Guest Post by Simon Black

Here’s our roll up of the most bizarre stories we’re following this week.

Mom can’t sue cop who accidentally shot her child

On July 10, 2014, a Sheriff’s Deputy from a rural county in southern Georgia was in pursuit of a suspect when he wandered onto the property of Ms. Amy Corbitt.

Corbitt’s ten year old child was playing outside with several other children (as young as 3 years old), under the supervision of an adult.

The Sheriff’s Deputy came into the yard, drew his firearm, and ordered everyone (including the children) to get down on the ground.

Needless to say the children panicked, and several started crying at the sight of deadly weapons.

Never Leave Home Without One

Guest Post by Eric Peters

Not American Express. Not even a radar detector – though that is much more important than any credit card.

A camera. To record what you didn’t do – and what AGWs do. It might not only save you from getting a ticket – it might just save your life.

As here:

A Texas motorist captured video of an AGW on a motorcycle who did what AGWs often do to intimidate motorists who’ve broken no law – tailgate them – which is either a vehicular dominance display or an attempt to fluster the motorist and get them to do something they can be “cited” (i.e., mulcted) for such as a tire touching the painted line (i.e., “weaving,” sufficient pretext to stop the motorist for a “check”).

Veal Calves

Guest Post by Eric Peters

You have probably read about the younger crowd being more interested in their cell phones than in cars. The statistic most often cited in support of this claim – which is true – is that about a fourth of those in the 18-30 bracket don’t even have a driver’s license.

Which is also true.

And it’s probably on purpose

“It’s National Security Stuff” Says AGW

Guest Post by Eric Peters

One of the neat things about being a “law enforcer” is having the power (because you’ve got the gun) to make up laws – and then enforce them.

Here we have a guy walking around in a public area, taking video of things which can be viewed from the public area. There is no law prohibiting either nor requiring permission prior to doing either thing.

Avoiding Sharks

Guest Post by Eric Peters

We are told – lectured – about the dangers of being an armed government worker (AGW). This is like the shark complaining about the danger posed by the scuba diver.

About 1,000 people are killed each year in this country by AGWs.

Almost 400 so far this year already.

Some of these departed under less-than-savory circumstances.

Contrast this body count with the 35 AGWs who’ve died – some from natural causes such as heart attack – in the “line of duty” (it’s just a job, actually; duty being some action one is morally obligated to perform, such as caring for ones children. Mulcting motorists for not wearing a seatbelt is a job – in the manner of a meter maid, except empowered with lethal enforcement powers)  so far this year.

Predator Cops, Guilty of Sex Crimes Against Women and Children, Are a Menace to Society

Guest Post by John W. Whitehead

Sexual predation by police officers happens far more often than people in the business are willing to admit.”—Former Seattle police chief Norm Stamper

How could this be happening right under our noses?

That’s what readers wanted to know after my column went viral about the extent to which young children are being bought and sold for sex in America.

Where are the police when these children—some as young as 9 years old—are being raped repeatedly?

For that matter, what is the Trump Administration doing about the fact that adults purchase children for sex at least 2.5 million times a year in suburbs, cities and towns across this nation?

I’ll tell you what the government is doing: little to nothing.

While America’s children are being menaced by sexual predators, the Trump Administration and its congressional cohorts continue to wage endless wars, run up the national debt, and distract the populace with vitriol and kabuki political theater.

The police are not much better.

In too many instances, the cops are worse.

The New “Stop Resisting”

Guest Post by Eric Peters

Obeying the speed limit (or any other law) is no defense against vindictive armed government workers, as the first video which follows below shows.

The AGW who stopped this car with the threat of murderous violence – implicit in every non-consensual interaction with an AGW – admits, openly, that the driver was not exceeding the posted speed limit – but asserts that his not exceeding it is itself “suspicious.” This assertion of “suspicion” gives him, the AGW, pretext to stop anyone he likes and subject them to an Authority Display.

“I seen (sic) you going 31 miles per hour in a 45,” the AGW illiterately exclaims. The driver points out that this is not illegal. This fact cuts no ice. “Suspicious vehicle,” exclaims the shaved-head agent of the state. But adduces no violation of any law.

The reasoning would startle Kafka.

Just Because I Said So

Guest Post by Eric Peters

A reader informs me that Pennsylvania is about to do what most other states already do: Empower local armed government workers to use radar to entrap “speeders.” In PA – at present – only state-level armed government workers are endowed with radar guns.

I dealt with more-or-less the same thing recently in my rural county, where the local sheriff’s office did not use radar until about a year ago. The county AGWs also drove old Ford Crown Vics. Then one day, a half dozen brand new “police interceptor” Explorer SUVs appeared in the parking lot – each equipped with radar.

Replacement “Revenue”

Guest Post by Eric Peters

Do you remember when repeal Obamacare became repeal . . .  and replace? In other words, government managed and government-enforced “health care” is now a given.

The government will simply diddle with the particulars.

And diddle us.

It will be the same with speed-limited cars, once those are fatwa’d here – as is now all-but-inevitable given they have just been fatwa’d there  – in Europe, where about a third of new cars sold here are made and so will be made with the same tech embedded in them and ready to go.

Video Shows Police Raid On Stage 4 Cancer Patient’s Hospital Room For Medical Marijuana

Via ZeroHedge

A shocking viral video showing a team of police entering and then searching the hospital room of man with stage 4 pancreatic cancer is fueling outrage in Bolivar, Missouri, where the incident took place and is renewing nation-wide debate over medical marijuana.

Multiple police officers initiated an unconsented surprise search on terminally ill patient Nolan Sousley’s hospital room on March 6 after hospital staff claimed he was using unauthorized medical marijuana. “If we find marijuana we’ll give you a citation, we’re not taking you down to the county jail,” said one officer, caught on Sousley’s cell phone video searching through his belongings. Sousley said, referencing hospital staff, “they already told me I’m gonna get arrested.”

According to a local Fox affiliate Sousley had actually been “in the middle of a chemotherapy treatment at Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar” before local officers raided the room, apparently with the cooperation of unnamed hospital staff.

Why Conservatives are Liberal

Guest Post by Eric Peters

The other day, I “got away” from an armed government worker.

I was “speeding” – that is to say, driving faster than the government decrees to be “safe.” Rounding a curve,  I encountered an AGW. In the rearview, I saw him brake and knew he was going to U-turn after me, in order to punish me for harms I hadn’t caused but for rules (and authority) I had affronted.

Rather than stop, I “fled” – and successfully “eluded” the AGW.
