YOU AIN’T SEEN NOTHING YET – PART TWO

This is Part Two of a three part series trying to make sense of the Crisis period we entered in 2008. Click here to read: PART ONE

Catalyst of Change

“As late as December 1773, November 1859, and October 1929, the American people had no idea how close it was. Then sudden sparks (the Boston Tea Party, John Brown’s raid and execution, Black Tuesday) transformed the public mood, swiftly and permanently. Over the next two decades or so, society convulsed. Emergencies required massive sacrifices from a citizenry that responded by putting community ahead of self. Leaders led, and people trusted them. As a new social contract was created, people overcame challenges once thought to be insurmountable – and used the Crisis to elevate themselves and their nation to higher plane of civilization.”Strauss & Howe The Fourth Turning

Anyone who hasn’t sensed a mood change in this country since the 2008 financial meltdown is either ignorant or in denial. Millions of Americans fall into one of these categories, but many people realize something has changed – and not for the better. The sense of pure financial panic that existed during September and October of 2008 had not been seen since the dark days of 1929. Our leaders used the initial terror and fear to ram through TARP and stimulus packages that rewarded the perpetrators of the financial collapse rather than helping the middle class who lost 8 million jobs, destroyed by Wall Street criminality. The stock market plunged by 57% from its 2007 high by March 2009. What has happened since September 2008 has set the stage for the next downward leg in this Crisis. The rich and powerful have pulled out all the stops and saved themselves at the expense of the many. Despite overwhelming proof of unabashed mortgage fraud, rating agency bribery, document forgery on a grand scale and insider trading based on non-public information, the brazen audacity of Wall Street oligarchs is reminiscent of the late stages of the Roman Empire.

“Crime, once exposed, has no refuge but in audacity.”
Tacitus, Annals

The actions of the governing elite have provoked the darkening mood creeping across the land. The rise of the Tea Party in 2009 was fueled by anger over the bank bailouts, out of control federal spending and ever increasing taxes. The anger spilled over into town hall meetings, as Congressmen felt the wrath of public dissatisfaction. The fury propelled Tea Party Republicans to being elected in large numbers in 2010. But the movement was hijacked by the Republican establishment and defanged. As 2011 progressed, with Wall Street continuing to pillage the American middle class, the Occupy Movement spread to cities across America and around the world. The movement, led by Millenials, claims that mega-corporations and Wall Street manipulate the world in an unbalanced way that disproportionately benefits a super wealthy minority and is undermining democracy. They have shone a light upon the fact the 1% has used their wealth and power to plunder the national treasury, while impoverishing the 99%. The audacity of the 1% was on display for all to see when former Goldman Sachs CEO and former U.S. Senator Jon Corzine absconded with $1.2 billion of his customers’ money and continues to hide it in the vaults of his fellow robber baron Jamie Dimon at J.P. Morgan. To this day, no one has been jailed for this heist or any of the thousands of other crimes committed by the Wall Street titans. These psychopaths will not be satisfied until nothing remains of our country but a barren desert.

“They have plundered the world, stripping naked the land in their hunger… they are driven by greed, if their enemy be rich; by ambition, if poor… They ravage, they slaughter, they seize by false pretenses, and all of this they hail as the construction of empire. And when in their wake nothing remains but a desert, they call that peace.”Tacitus, The Agricola and the Germania

A few weeks ago I watched The Grapes of Wrath movie for the first time in many years. The novel was written by John Steinbeck during the last Fourth Turning. It is as powerful today as it was in the 1941. It perfectly captures the mood of the country during the Great Depression. The message of the working class being exploited and manipulated by wealthy landowners resounds today. The Joads only sought an opportunity for a job, their own land, simple human dignity, and the chance for a better future. Wall Street has replaced the wealthy landowners as the exploiters of the working class. Steinbeck saw the Federal Government as a solution during the 1930s, but they are a major part of the problem today, as politicians have been captured by corporate and special interests. Their solutions do not benefit the average middle class American.

The feelings about our government and political system is reflected in Suzanne Collins’ Hunger Games novel, which captures the vein of government brutality, oppression of the working class, excessive wealth inequality, and the vapid shallowness of our American Idol culture. The Hunger Games was written in 2008 and the movie version has become a worldwide sensation. The immense divide between the wealthy ruling class, living an obscenely decadent lifestyle, and the exploited working class on the verge of starvation, is portrayed in a cruelly sadistic manner. The fact that it is appealing to Millenials and all generations says much about the changing of attitudes in the last four years. Hunger Games will be viewed as the modern day Grapes of Wrath by future generations.

There is no denying the darkening disposition of the country, except by those whose job it is to deny the reality of our deteriorating situation. Those whose power and wealth are dependent upon a citizenry being kept in the dark and convinced the way out of this mess is to resume spending borrowed money, have pulled out all the stops since the initial catalyst for this Fourth Turning struck with its full fury in 2008. The frantic efforts by those in power to prop up the status quo were predictable. If our leaders had dealt with the initial crisis in a realistic manner, many wealthy powerful men would have gone broke. They have been able to temporarily fend off a full-fledged catastrophe as predicted by Strauss & Howe:

“At home and abroad, these events will reflect the tearing of the civic fabric at points of extreme vulnerability – problem areas where, during the Unraveling, America will have neglected, denied, or delayed needed action. Anger at “mistakes we made” will translate into calls for action, regardless of the heightened public risk. It is unlikely that the catalyst will worsen into a full-fledged catastrophe, since the nation will probably find a way to avert the initial danger and stabilize the situation for a while. Yet even if dire consequences are temporarily averted, America will have entered the Fourth Turning.”

But they have solved nothing. In fact, they have exacerbated the problem areas of debt, civic decay and global disorder with their “solutions”. Our leaders have added $5.6 trillion to the National Debt; the Federal Reserve tripled their balance sheet by taking on $2 trillion of Wall Street toxic debt; the Federal Government assumed trillions in new debt by taking over Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Sallie Mae; and real GDP went up by a mere $103 billion (.8%) between the 4th quarter of 2007 and the 4th quarter of 2011. Rescuing the 99% was never the focus of their solutions. It was to save the bankers and wealthy investors (1%) who took the world destroying risks and should have borne the losses of their risk taking. The oligarchs have been wildly successful in this effort. The stock market has doubled from its lows. Borrowing at 0% from the Federal Reserve has done wonders for banker bonuses.   Global disorder increases by the day, as politicians and bankers force austerity on their citizens, while continuing to harvest billions in profits and bonuses still waging wars of choice, further enriching the peddlers of debt and the peddlers of death (military industrial complex).

The Great Depression lasted from 1929 until 1940. The GDP of the country actually grew by 80% between 1933 and 1940. The stock market soared by 100% from the 1932 low to its 1933 high. It then soared another 100% from 1934 through 1937. Despite these fabulous economic statistics and investment riches scooped up by the 2.5% of the population that owned stocks, they still call this time period the Great Depression. With unemployment ranging from 15% to 25% during this entire time frame, the common man suffered greatly. There was no recovery for the 99%.

The net worth of the 99% is highly dependent on the value of their homes and their ability to increase their annual wages. Home prices have fallen 34% from their peak and continue to fall, recently reaching 2002 levels. Real median weekly earnings are lower than they were in 2003 and have fallen 3% since the economy supposedly entered its recovery in December 2009. Gas prices have doubled since early 2009. The 1% rejoices as they treat oil as an investment in their diversified portfolio. The 99% suffer as the average household is spending $2,500 per year more to fill up their vehicles. Food prices are up 15% to 25% in the last three years, even using the manifestly manipulated BLS figures.

It is essential for those in power to utilize their mainstream media propaganda machines, massaging of economic information and Ben Bernanke’s printing press to give the appearance of recovery to the masses. In the last three months the hyperbole and extreme spin from the corporate mainstream media has become exceedingly robust. It smells of desperation. Even as the media touts a recovery and Obama peddles drivel about millions of new jobs, Bernanke keeps the throttle of quantitative easing and zero interest rates wide open. Their actions are not consistent with their rhetoric. People who had jobs as accountants making $55,000 per year in 2007 are now stocking fertilizer in the garden center at Lowes making $20,000, with no benefits. This is the face of the jobs recovery. Only a corporate media doing the bidding of their masters could possibly rejoice at the February data showing consumers spending at a rate 450% higher than their income gains as a sign of recovery. There is a concerted effort to revive the auto market by the Federal Government (Ally Financial) and the Wall Street banks by employing exceptionally loose credit standards for auto loans and leases that are reminiscent of the subprime mortgage debacle. I’m sure it will turn out better this time. The downward spiral of trust is accelerating as predicted by Strauss & Howe:

As the Crisis catalyzes, these fears will rush to the surface, jagged and exposed. Distrustful of some things, individuals will feel that their survival requires them to distrust more things. This behavior could cascade into a sudden downward spiral, an implosion of societal trust.”

The downward spiral of societal trust is well founded. The monied interests have captured the political process. The regulated have captured the regulators. Wall Street has always controlled the Federal Reserve. Corporations and the wealthiest among us select the politicians that will best serve their interests. The governing elite of psychopathic bankers, corrupt politicians, and powerful mega-corporations create crises, then save us from the crises they created, while accumulating more control, wealth and power. This perpetual swindle has been going on for decades and has reached its zenith as it did during the last Fourth Turning. Income inequality has reached the extreme levels last seen in the 1930s. The capitalism storyline has grown old and tired. Complete systematic capture is the reason for those at the top reaping all the benefits of our dysfunctional economic system.

The rampant mortgage fraud, the robo-signing crimes, trillions of shadowy derivatives, unfunded government pensions, unfunded Medicare and Social Security promises, and the bald-faced looting of customer accounts at MF Global have brought about a realization among those capable of critical thought that this Crisis is growing worse by the day. Strauss & Howe clearly understood the factors that would lead to this deficit of trust:

“But as the Crisis mood congeals, people will come to the jarring realization that they have grown helplessly dependent on a teetering edifice of anonymous transactions and paper guarantees. Many Americans won’t know where their savings are, who their employer is, what their pension is, or how their government works. The era will have left the financial world arbitraged and tentacled: Debtors won’t know who holds their notes, homeowners who owns their mortgages, and shareholders who runs their equities – and vice versa.”

Here we stand, three and a half years since the catalyst of this Crisis. What event or events will produce the regeneracy stage of this Fourth Turning and when can we expect its arrival? I’ll try to make some educated guesses in Part Three of this series.

Administrator: A great second part as well.

I cannot help but to ponder what will come of the shennanigans that are continually being perpetuated… When they cease to have ANY effect, the woe will be gargantuan.

It will be as nobody could expect…

One can only hope that the socio-political edifice constructed when the proverbial smoke clears will be worthy of trust and resilient as time cycles on…

If it isn’t, the product will be so unbelievably rooted in the worst manifestations of tyranny it will make our heads spin. Only the real spark of real crisis will dictate the direction we…. and the world, I fear, will go.

Yes my “millenial” kids have already seen the Hunger Games and they are pretty tuned up to what is going on right now in the world and really worry about their future. The reference to MF Global and the Corzine hit really close to home last week. When you read great articles like this, it can sometimes feel outside your sphere cf contacts. Well last week I was talking to two brothers who go to our Catholic church and have a large hog operation. They decided with the rising cost of feeder corn (thanks Helicopter Ben) eating their profits with Live Hogs not increasing fast enough to cover their inputs, guess what, they ventured for the first time ever into hedging using futures contracts and opened up a large account with you guessed it, MF Global. I asked how that went and they said the entire account was zeroed overnight and they are now part of the class action suit to recover. They figured they would never see the money again. With 3000 hogs, they needed to hedge around $2Million in feeder corn. Jamie D. probably bought his kid a new Porsche with their money. When will this bullshit stop? When will the muppets revolt??

Absolutely awesome series Admin.

We saw the Hunger Games this weekend – it’s really resonating with all age groups – but particularly preteens and teens. Our friends children have seen the movie twice – and it’s only been open several weeks.

The audience was cheering the heroine’s bravery in the final scenes – it really struck a nerve.

I hope and pray that when the crisis erupts and the s#$% hits the fan, Americans will embrace goodness and do the hard work it will take to restore our country.

Even though I am not a Strauss and Howe fan I do recognize their has been thru written human history [notably the first civilization [or empire] cycles of captivity, rebellion, revolution and freedom [rinse and repeat]

But still well written Jim.

Admin,
Not being picky but the date in the opening quote from S&H should be 1859 instead of 1959.

Great article, I have a feeling your accounting gig will go by the wayside as you become more inspired with your writing ability.

We are living in a perfect storm currently, the crimes are becoming more rapid and violent, yet we are losing our will to revolt. I am seriously worried about how far we are being pushed without most sheeple even understanding or caring about their own future.

This next election cycle will be the catalyst of this Country’s frustration. An Obama re-relection will probably tip the scales towards either a revolution or a huge vacum of participation in our current system.

I am starting to see a revival of civic life in my area. People have revived the Grange Hall in my area and are teaching “reskilling” classes. A new food coop is forming. Transition town groups are active. In short, people are hungry for tangible community participation.

I am in our TBP community and the local one. There is some hope for us just up from the bottom, I hope.

I have a bad feeling that after the SHTF, the “solution” will be more government. There are just too many statists out there. For each person that believes in liberty, there are 10 that would eat their own children, if the government told them to, and 9 of them would do it with a smile on their face.

“sudden sparks (the Boston Tea Party, John Brown’s raid and execution, Black Tuesday) transformed the public mood, swiftly and permanently.”

This is the right idea in the wrong order! It is the public mood that leads to the sudden change and the turning, not the other way around. Social mood comes before social, economic and political change.

Rick Williams

I’m a Liberty Republican candidate for United States Senate from California. This extraordinary series is being highlighted on my campaign website. http://rickwilliamsforsenate.com/

Best writing I’ve seen so far to capture the nature and scope of the crisis we all face.

Let’s give Rick Williams lots of love …. and if you’re from California, check him out and consider voting for him!

Since Rick is nice enough to post Jim’s articles on his website, I am taking the liberty to post one of his articles here. (I could just post the link, but many don’t click on links … just ask Jim how his ad revenue stream is going).

@Rick — if you are really serious about getting elected, you might want to try bullshitting a little more. Do people really value honesty anymore?

Article follows.

====================================================================

In all my campaign speeches and writings I emphasize two central points. First– I tell everyone I’ll reduce the federal budget by $1 trillion in my first year in office. There can be no economic recovery until we rein in our federal government; kick it to the curb; get it out of the way; and clear the path for some real change. Second– I say I won’t rest until I’ve ended our rotten to the core Federal Reserve System. Our country can never be lifted out of bankruptcy until we stop the counterfeiting; stop printing phony money; and bring our bankers under control once and for all. Our Federal Reserve counterfeiters are directly enabling the runaway deficit spending by our federal government– not to mention corrupting the moral and financial integrity of our entire nation by propping up “too big to fail” banks and other favored interest groups with bailouts and crony capitalism. These two steps– rein in the deficit and stop the counterfeiting– are the essential tools if we are ever to regain ownership and control of our money or ever rebuild a free market private sector economy. We know the core action steps that need to be taken; I’m the action guy who will take them; and as Bob Dylan once wrote: “Don’t stand in the doorway; don’t block up the road.” Want a free and prosperous country again? Then elect Rick Williams; and take back your money and your government! That’s action; that’s the future: and the times, indeed, are a–changing.

But there’s something more that needs to be done if these things I’m telling people about are actually going to happen. In simple terms, we need to change our culture in America, not just our political leaders in government. There can be no rebirth in the economy, and no fresh start for entrepreneurship, until we break free of our cultural cycle of failure; and that’s the hardest part of all. Bottom line– we need to cast aside what I call the Culture of the Envy People.

Envy People are all those who can’t stand the idea that their neighbors might actually earn some fresh wealth for themselves and their families through hard work, and talent, and enterprise, while the Envy People are left behind to their own devices. Envy People don’t want others to succeed unless they’re brought along for a free ride. We see them all around us, don’t we: Envy People looking for handouts and freebies from the work and effort of their more industrious neighbors. The Culture of the Envy People is a culture that says nobody should be allowed to get ahead; or build wealth; or be productive for themselves; or create a better future unless all get to share in the fruits of the few. It’s the old, tired dream of 20th century big government– and the day has come to leave it in the dust. The era of big government is over; the time of counterfeiting central banks is finished; the foolish dream of equality of outcomes has run its course; and the Culture of the Envy People needs to be thrown in the trash, where it properly belongs. That’s action; that’s the future– and Rick Williams is the action guy to do it.

The complaining will be endless, of course. What about those who can’t keep up, we’ll hear. You’re heartless; you don’t care about others; what about minorities, and women, and the sick, and the aged, and the afflicted, and the poor, and all those in need? Well . . . my response is simple and straightforward: the American Dream is open to everyone. Men and women; black and white; young and old; Muslim, Christian, atheist and Jew; Democrat and Republican– none of these differences matter; all can be part of the rebirth of our Great Shining City On the Hill. What’s stopping us? Nothing at all!

Some will need help, and help will be given. By families; from churches; by charities; from friends. A free society with an entrepreneurial spirit will be infinitely more bountiful than a stifling government of tyranny; it will provide. And consider the alternative: shall America become Greece? Or Europe? Or Japan? Shall we follow these models that we know lead to bankruptcy and failure? Or do we strike out toward freedom; and rebirth; and change for a better future? The choice is clear, California voters– and it’s yours to make on June 5, 2012.

Dianne Feinstein is the old way. She’s 20th century; she’s big government; she’s from the past; she’s more of the same. Is this what California wants and needs in 2012? Rick Williams doesn’t think so. Elect him to the United States Senate from California– Rick Williams is the action guy.

Rick Williams

Admin– thanks for the kind words– and don’t fret about “audience.” With writing like yours, people will find you.

Stucky– if there’s one thing we’ve learned from Ron Paul’s campaign, it’s that people are getting ready to hear some truth. Are they all there yet– of course not. But we see progress.

America’s Biggest National Security Threat: U.S. Debt

The biggest threats to U.S. national security are the nation’s domestic policies and not Iran, China, North Korea or Russia says Richard Haass, the president of the Council on Foreign Relations.

“What we do to improve our schools, our infrastructure, what we do to reduce the budget deficit…this is going to be critical in years and decades ahead,” Haass says in an interview with The Daily Ticker. “The most important national security question for the coming year is actually the domestic set of issues that involves the economy.”

A Council on Foreign Relations Task Force released a report last month that found the nation’s ailing public school system “threatens the country’s ability to thrive in a global economy and maintain its leadership role” and “educational failure puts the United States’ future economic prosperity, global position, and physical safety at risk.”

Haass says these policy failures and intransigence by lawmakers to seriously and vigorously tackle the looming budget crisis portends a weaker U.S. in an increasingly competitive global economy.

“The United States right now has put itself in a position of some vulnerability,” he says. “We’re vulnerable to the inflows of dollars, we’re vulnerable on the energy front, and the challenge for the United States in the national security realm is to do things that reduce our vulnerability to the decisions and behaviors be it foreign governments or markets.”

Entitlement reform, typically a “third rail in American politics,” will be the top priority after the November election, regardless of who wins the White House, says Haass. The nation’s current fiscal situation cannot be reversed without changes to these entitlement programs, but it’s “unrealistic to look to campaign positions as a serious guide” to how the 2013 White House will fix these critical budgetary obstacles.

Budget proposals put forth by both President Obama and Republican Congressman Paul Ryan address Medicare and Medicaid spending. But there “has to be bipartisan governance moving forward” for any reform to happen, Haass says.

Nice articles. Looking forward to part 3.

Thinking about the Hunger Games and our young Hero Generation (about a dozen of them in my basement right now), I was struck by this updated research about the death count in the Civil War and the ages of the dead that came out today:

http://www.nytimes.com/imagepages/2012/04/03/science/03civil-graphic.html?ref=science

100,000 dead between ages 10-14; 200,000 ages 15-19; over 200,000 ages 20-29. 1 in 10 males of military age dead. An entire generation almost completely destroyed. And no one saw it coming in those terms.

Great series. I read “Turning” back when it came out, and lately find myself urging everyone I know to read it.

I can’t say I completely disagree with the following, but I’d like to throw something out for discussion:

“All previous Fourth Turnings have ended in a new High.”

In the context of the (un)civil war Winter, this strikes me as debatable. In terms of state’s rights and individual economic liberty, I believe the wrong side won.

The consolidation of federal power after that war pales in comparison to the consolidation of power taking place right now as government anticipates the looming collapse. What are the odds of a new High this time around?

Survival of your family, for example. Of your children, when you have them. Of your nation, if you struggle that high up the scale.”

We are at that moment in time when humanity has a choice, whether to be led into the inferno or consciously make the decision to put an end to a very corrupt system. The time for a rational electoral system to bring about a just system of governing and a healthy economy is past. I’m afraid time is too short, as the velocity at which our reality is traveling will soon bring about an economic implosion of the world economic system, or those who are in control, or think they are, will start a major war or false flags incident to take away whatever little freedoms you have left.

We are one black swan event away from world catastrophe. Just look at what happened in Greece today. An elderly gentleman took his own life because he had too much debt, and didn’t have any money to get food. He didn’t want to be a burden on his children, and refused to eat out of dumpsters to survive. This could turn Greece into a chaos, and Spain is right behind them. Europe is toast, as is the whole fake fiat monetary system. There are $700 trillion dollars of worthless derivatives sitting out there ready to bring down the whole system!

People, there are 46 million Americans on food stamps! What if the government can’t feed them anymore. The signs of revolution are everywhere. Here it is folks, the moment where TSHTF. Europe is about to fall. The house of cards is coming down. The power hungary few know this, an attack on Iran is forthcoming. They have no choice. This fiat monetary system is imploding.

It is time to prepare, as the way of life as you know it will dissapear very quickly. Make peace with yourself, and believe in your heart that humanities destiny lies within the one thing that connects the whole universe, and that my friends is LOVE! The frequency of love, an inner light or frequency that will turn this darkness into a pure light of such intensity that the powers that be will never be able to stop it from beaming out to the center of the Milky Way and beyond! That my friends is human destiny.

You don’t have to worry about these dark entities that are filled with corruption and greed, they will be taken care of by a much greater force than they, or much of humanity can ever comprehend at this time. It is time to look inside , and let your heart lead you the way.

Mr. Quinn,

I always read, with great anticipation, your next great article. You capture the mood, and the outrage fabulously. I urge everyone to donate a little something– it takes a minute on paypal. Another blogger you may know, Nate Martin, writes in the same vein at economicedge.com , but he has gotten disgusted, and stopped writing for the most part. I guess he got tired of saying the same thing in different ways for the last 3-4 years. You almost did the same, but you are back w/ a vengeance. Here is an example you may have seen from a few years back:

While I agree w/ the OWS movement in principle, I am loathe to support their solutions of bigger government, and question it’s progeny. I believe they have been unleashed by Obama’s community organizers in order to foment chaos, and to usher in the marxists when TSHTF. They are another group of useful idiots–More controlled opposition. Which convention do you think they will protest, D or R?

What people underestimate is the danger that Obama represents to the Republic. The Central bankers have installed an ineligible non natural born Citizen, with no allegiance and attachment to America, in order to bring about the final destruction of the US Constitution, US Citizen sovereignty, and America as we have known it.

Obama was born a British subject of a Britsh subject father, and would not be eligible if he was born on the Oval Office desk. He may be a British subject to this day (we are not allowed to see his passport), and is certainly not a natural born Citizen, as required by A2S1C5. The Central bankers have installed him, in particular, on purpose, and with a purpose, so anyone who says that “all presidents are controlled, he’s just another”, really has no clue. They have infiltrated the WH with a foreign agent on purpose. When the President is not Constitutionally legal, then there is no law, as the President is the executor of the laws. When the President is illegal, then there is no protection fron the Constitution — that is his purpose, to cover for the looting. As you can see there has been increasing lawlessness, which you have so eloquently illustrated, since he came on the scene– from nowhere. He is not “incompetent” or “stupid”. It takes brains to Usurp the presidency of the US. By ignoring this grave danger, thinking it’s a “technicality”, you and everyone else are aiding in the destruction of the US constitution– and I mean that in a nice way. Obama’s ineligibility is the BIGGEST, HUGEST, issue facing us today. Remove him for his ineligiibility, and the bankers will have lost a major tool, and those in Congress and the judiciary will have their TREASON exposed, since they, also captured by the Bankers, have purposely allowed it to happen.

I have filed a contest of election suit in Leon Co. Court,Fla. on 2/15/2012, (#2012CA00467), using Fla ss. 102.168. There is no way I am “wrong”. It is more than an uphill battle, as the judiciary is compromised, but I will make my argument nontheless, and hope against hope that a principled jurist will “hear me” and “hear all of us”. While it is very hard to remove a sitting President, Obama’s appearance as a “candidate” again opens new windows of “standing”– an issue the preatorian gurads of the judiciary have used to protect Obama, and this Treasonous Congress who allowed him into the office. My arguments, and the arguments of many others, who are accutely aware of this issue, will be on the public record for future generations. Those generations will see that the installment of Obama was the biggest blow to the Republic EVER. The die is cast. He will win the next election if he is allowed to run, since the Captured Treasoners in the R Party have already thrown this election. I will not have to tell my kids I did nothing, as the Constitution, and the Republic, burned. I urge you to contact me, as I wish to write a guest collumn here detailing what befalls us. The knowledge of the Usurpation must be spread far and wide, in order to cut off the hands of the Central bankers— If Obama is allowed to attain the office again, and he will as of now, then the Republic is lost.

“The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.” 88 US 162, 167 (1874)

THAT, from SCOTUS’ Minor v. Happersett, is US law. Obama was born of a foreign father, never a citizen, or even resident of the US. He ADMITS to being born a British subject, since his father, a Kenyan national, was subject to the British Nationality Act 1948. What he doesn’t say is that he may be a British subject NOW— did he travel to Pakistan, a British Commonwealth, at the age of majority, in 1981, on a British passport?— we are not allowed to know.

Article 2 section 1 Clause 5 of the US Constitution is a security requirement, designed to ensure to the highest degree possible, allegiance and attachment to country in the CIC of the US Armed Forces— this Usurpation is a grave danger to the Republic. A2S1C5 has NEVER been amended– it means the same as it did in 1789. By the Naturalization Laws of the US in the late 18th and most of the 19th century (1790, 1795, 1802, 1835, 1855), anyone born of the same circumstances as Obama, of a foreign father, in America, was considered an ALIEN, who would be naturalized by the naturalization of the father during the child’s minority. Therefore it is IMPOSSIBLE that Obama is a natural born Citizen today. We may have a British foreign agent as CIC of the US Armed Forces!

With Obama in office there is no law– look around. You need to get on board this issue, as everything else pales in comparison. All the whining and complaing and excellent scholarly work you and manty others do mean nothing while Obama occupies the WH. knowledge is power– and will topple him– but the public is largely unaware, or don’t care, thinking it’s just a “technicality. You are widely read, and can be an agent of enlightenment. Feel free to contact me for more verification, to argue against, test me, etc. I have seen every argument, and can swat them away like so many flies. To get up to speed, look here:

Some of you, awakened, may do your own research, and come across the many disinfo, Obama apologist and internet operative sites, like Dr. Conspiracy, Fogbow, Constitution.net, or Birther this or that. I have heard every silly, desperate argument they make. Don’t be fooled. Minor v. Happersett IS US Law, and no, that decision did not leave open the question of whether there were “other classes” of natural born Citizens– that is a severly desperate argument. And no, the 14th Amendment did not “amend” A2S1C5, or it would have said so explicitly, by the law of statutory construction. And no, British Common Law is not followed in the US– another silly desperate argument. And no the Constitution is not a dictionary– so the “constitution did not define natural born Citizen” is the start of more misdirection– it did not define any term therein. And no, nbC has NEVER been held to mean “born a US Citizen”, as a matter of fact, that suggestion for A2S2C5, by A. Hamilton, was REJECTED in favor of “natural born Citizen– a term of NATURAL LAW, not British Common Law. That should cover some of the obvious canards.

By the way Rick Williams, as a Presidential candidate, is in a unique position to challenge Obama’s eligibility, I urge him to contact me. Times awastin, tick tock,

From a fellow Patriot.

Jesus. Really? Hunger Games is just a carbon copy of a Japanese book and film, Battle Royale. The book was written in 1996. What turning was that? It also has great similarities the Stephen King’s The Long Walk, written 1979. It’s just a story that sells, nothing more. And what does it say that people are paying a good bit of their diminishing hard-earned to sit in a theater and watch a simulacrum of a reality that deny exists?

Using pop culture ephemera as some sort of bellweather is incredibly short-sighted and rather lazy. The Hunger Games rush is already been overtaken by the 50 Shades of Gray tsunami, and what does that signify for our future?
