The kid walking into the glass reminded me of a story from my youth. As a teenager I worked at a local AM/PM Minimarket. There were two of us on an eight hour shift. We had floor to ceiling glass around the whole store, but there was usually something in front of the glass. At the beginning of the shift, I moved the trash can in the panel next to the front door so I could clean it with windex. I did a great job. It was so clean you couldn’t tell it was a glass window.
I forgot to put the trash can back. About an hour later I was behind the counter as cashier when a guy walked up to pay from the gas pump. He must have thought it was an open door and plowed face first into the glass. It was the funniest thing I’d ever seen and it took all my composure to not laugh out loud when he came into the store.
We thought it was a fluke. Not 30 minutes later a dude with glasses does the same thing and mangles his glasses. I think we did laugh out loud. After this incident I put the trash can back. It was a boring shift. With about an hour to go in the shift we decided to move the trash can. Not to be disappointed, another schmuck slammed head first into the glass.
Those were good times.

I feel for that kid that walked into the glass. I once walked into the glass at a Burger King. I thought it was the exit door and pushed to open it……it wasn’t the door. Slammed my nose right into the glass. ouch.
No, it was Tony & Tina’s. Did I go through your’s too?

Hi Judy! It is funny when people walk through doors. You know what is even funnier? A woman flying off of the treadmill next to you at the gym. It happened a couple of years ago and of course I didn’t laugh until I found out she was ok, then I laughed to myself the whole rest of my workout. I still laugh when I think about it.

I once went thru a screen door at a party. Me & the door landed on some guy’s leg.
