HYSTERICALLY HYPOCRITICAL NAACP WHORES WERE ABOUT TO GIVE DONALD STERLING A 2ND LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

This shit is too funny. The hypocrisy of the NAACP, Al Sharpton, and Jesse Jackson is hysterical. Evidently it has been known for decades that Sterling was a racist. How much of a whore organization do you have to be to award this guy a lifetime achievement award in 2009 and then plan to award him a 2nd lifetime achievement award next month for his contributions to race relations. It’s funny how these whores won’t reveal the amount of money he paid them to get this prestigious award.

It’s even funnier that Al Sharpton was going to be the master of ceremonies for Sterling’s award. I guess it takes a racebater to know one. I’m sure MSNBC will be doing an expose about the NAACP and their whore like behavior.

Even funnier is Jesse Jackson rearing his racist head to call for more affirmative action laws. Or you can send him a check for $1 million and he’ll change his mind.

Jackson, Sharpton, the libs and Obama sure appeared quickly and loudly regarding the comments of some old racist dude which hurt no one.

How come you don’t hear the same level of outrage from Jackson, Obama and Sharpton over the fun new game played by hundreds of upstanding black youths across the land – knocking out white people for fun. I believe hundreds of white people have been badly injured and some even killed by black youths “playing” this game. What is more outrageous? Some recorded comments between an old man and his whore, or assault and battery committed against white people as a game?

I understand OJ Simpson will now get the lifetime achievement award instead of Sterling for his contributions to black culture and ridding the world of two white devils.

Donald Sterling’s donations to NAACP led to latest award

LOS ANGELES — Donald Sterling donated money for years to the Los Angeles chapter of the NAACP, which honored the Clippers owner with a lifetime achievement award in 2009 and was planning to present him another in May until the controversy broke over his racially insensitive comments that went public over the weekend.

The amount Sterling has given to the L.A. NAACP branch was not revealed at a news conference Monday held by L.A. branch president Leon Jenkins.

“It’s an insignificant amount of money, and we’re going to return it,” said Jenkins, who added the NAACP and Sterling have had a relationship for “maybe 15-20 years.”

Sterling’s award from the NAACP in 2009 came just before he agreed to pay a $2.765 million settlement in a case that alleged he discriminated against African Americans, Latinos and others at apartment buildings he owned in Los Angeles County.

The NAACP no longer plans to honor Sterling at its event next month, at which Rev. Al Sharpton and L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti will receive awards as Persons of the Year.

“There is no place in my town for any racist company,” Garcetti said Monday on CNBC. “We don’t want to see leadership of any company here that’s not welcome in Los Angeles. And we absolutely won’t tolerate it. Those comments were despicable. I hope that the very strongest sanctions are levied by the league against the owner if it is proven that that indeed is Donald Sterling.”

Late Monday a protest group of 11 young black males showed up in front of Los Angeles’ Staples Center, home to the Clippers (and the Lakers), hoping at least some fans boycott Tuesday’s playoff game between the Clippers and Golden State Warriors. Their motto: “If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.”

Jenkins, however, said he won’t ask Sterling to return the 2009 award.

“This is not like the Heisman Trophy, dude,” he said. “He has the award. We’re not going to ask him to return an award that he got years ago.”

Jenkins said the NAACP decided to honor Sterling because of “a body of work. Mr. Sterling’s organization has on a consistent basis brought in the minority community. He has also over the years contributed to a number of minority charities. Compared to other L.A. franchises, his organization gave more money than the others.”

The president of the California branch of the NAACP was stunned when she got an invitation recently from the L.A. unit to its May gala honoring Sterling.

In an interview Monday with ESPN Radio’s Colin Cowherd, Alice Huffman said she was surprised Sterling was being given another lifetime achievement award.

“I thought to myself, ‘A second lifetime award? That’s kind of unusual. He hasn’t died and come back to life. He already has one lifetime award. Why the second one?’ And then this story broke,” said Huffman.

Huffman said it is not unusual for local chapters of the NAACP to receive donations from corporations and individuals and then hand out awards to those people.

“The local branches of the NAACP can choose people they have a close relationship with and if their executive committee agrees, they can give that person an award,” Huffman said.

“As I recall, the (L.A.) branch took a little heat for that award in 2009. The branch president pointed out that the litigation was going on and was not conclusive, and therefore he did not want to prejudge. They went ahead and gave him the award.

“What the world doesn’t know about an organization like the NAACP is that we are all volunteers,” Huffman said. “We don’t have a funding stream to support our activities across this country. Every local unit has to go and raise its own funds. We sort of have to work with corporations.

“But you have to have integrity. You can’t let the color of the money taint what you should be doing. I tell people who contribute to me, ‘If we can support you, we will. But you cannot buy the NAACP. We are not for sale. But we appreciate your support, because we make America a better place.’ ”

Garcetti, on CNBC, said the city is behind the Clippers players.

“Let me first say to the players that are the Clippers, I want to tell them that this city is behind them. They are welcome in this town and that we are rooting for them. I think they have been lost in the mix of all of this. And this is a fabulous team of great, bright stars. And this city is 100% behind you, especially as you prepare” for playoff games.

Other than Sharpton and Garcetti, NAACP honorees in May include Charles Patton, a retired attorney, who is to receive a lifetime achievement award; Shannon Brown, Federal Express executive; Javier Angulo, Wal-Mart executive; Leland Spencer, restaurant owner and Hester Watkins, retired educator.

Jesse Jackson: Sterling fracas shows affirmative action is needed

Donald Sterling’s racist remarks that resulted in a lifetime ban from the National Basketball Association Tuesday point out why affirmative action is needed, Rev. Jesse Jackson said Tuesday.

Appearing at the Milken Institute’s Global Conference in Beverly Hills, Calif., Jackson pointed out the Sterling incident comes on the heels of a Nevada rancher who found trouble over similarly racist remarks, and the Supreme Court’s recent ruling upholding a ban on Affirmative Action in Michigan.

“Sterling shows why we need affirmative action,” Jackson said in an interview with MarketWatch. “People in high places have no will toward goodness unless the law is there to enforce it.”

Sterling was banned from the NBA for life on Tuesday in the wake of comments he made over the phone to his girlfriend. The remarks have resulted in a number of sponsors pulling away from his team, the Los Angeles Clippers, and the 80-year-old owner is seeing his team members and coach Doc Rivers criticize his remarks.

Jackson said it’s time for Sterling, who he said has a long history of racism, to pull away from the team.

“He should apologize, he should resign and he should sell the team,” Jackson said. “We have a high tolerance for racism. His past is very well known. It took this over-the-hill statement … to get to this point.”

Jackson added that Sterling’s comment pose an economic threat to the league and the team, which long has been one of the poorest in the NBA, and Sterling himself has been criticized for being one of the worst owners in professional sports.

“His words were so insulting and so incendiary, it embarrassed the NBA, affected its brand [and] humiliated the players,” Jackson said.

Jackson’s words were echoed by others at the conference, a gathering of movers and shakers in finance, politics and society. Jonathan Nelson, chief executive of Providence Equity Partners, and a frequent investor in sports ventures, said “one would hope” that Sterling sells the team.

Told that Sterling was receiving a lifetime ban from the league, Nelson quipped: “OK, that seems long enough.”

He said unlike other businesses, professional sports cannot tolerate racism because of the severe effect it can have on brands.

“There is nothing close to the value of sports,” he said, adding that Sterling’s remarks “cannot be tolerated.”

Yes, we need more racial set-asides, more affirmative action, more quotas. We need to just give blacks any job they want, at any salary they want. Free speech cost the dumbass Jew billionaire $2.5 million. No mention of Obama’s impeachable crimes, or treason for supporting Al Qaeda, or the other hundreds of ways he’s destroying our country. Jesse and Al belong in prison, as does Obama and Holder. Enough is enough. Let the slimy maggots spin, open up the flood gates, and the government needs to record everyone’s conversations, and search for “hate speech” on the internet. You can’t make this shit up. But “forcing” someone to sell something they legally own? Dude might be a slimy fuck, but he does own the ball team and is entitled to his own opinion… “forcing” someone to sell something they own? Right now, with all the phony-baloney “outrage”, I guess it’s okay because the old fart is an “eeevil rayciss”… but next time, what if it’s you or me?

Now he faces fines and loss of property. Every one you (and me) should be somewhat concerned about all the shit said here about neegrows, joos, mooslims, homos, etc. Cuz maybe someone you know hates your guts. Yep. I hate him already, and he ain’t even said anything yet!

But even though you hate his guts, they’re trying to take him down because THEY DON’T AGREE WITH HIS OPINION ABOUT BLACKS.

That there is some fucked up, repugnant shit, lemme tell ya…

They’re going after this guy with a vengeance because

1. He’s rich enough to not give a fuck
2. He made the race baiting professionally outraged negroes look like the dumbshit hypocrites they are.
3. Being super-rich, they can soak him for Gibs.
4. He’s high profile.

If they can crush this guy like a bug, what do you think they can do to you and me? But, I’m not going to let fear paralyze me. This is STILL America, motherfuckers, and I got a right to think what I want…

Never mind the black crime. It’s so much easier to focus on raciss comments, and ignore the democrat run black slave plantations in every major city, Detroit, Camden, Oakland, Chicago. Never mind the trillions spent to keep the Negroes on the slave plantations. Never mind that 70% of black kids are born out of wedlock, or 50% don’t bother to graduate high school. No, scream racism and demand more free shit. I’m so fucking sick of this bullshit. As admin’s rant reminded me, it’s just like the O.J. circus. When is this country ever going to come to it’s senses?

There are more black slaves in America today than in 1850.

This sounds outrageous. How can there be more slaves in America today than before the Civil War? First, consider there are more black men in prison today than there were slaves in 1850, according to Michelle Alexander, an Ohio State law professor, who cited the last census immediately before the Civil War. This comparison not account for changes in population, but the statistic is accurate in terms of sheer numbers .

Next, consider the 13th Amendment to the constitution which reads:

“Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”

Note there is an exception to the otherwise total abolition of slavery. Those suffering “punishment for a crime” can still be constitutionally enslaved. In other words, everyone convicted of a crime is at least potentially a slave. The Supreme Court has not ruled on whether or not they technically are slaves, but practically it is obvious they are.

Slavery has different definitions, but almost all include the following characteristics: 1) A slave is forced to work under threat of physical or psychological threat. 2) A slave is considered owned property, an asset or commodity which can be sold. Finally, a slave has restrictions on their liberties, including freedom of movement. Right or wrong, a US prison inmate easily meets this criteria.

Prisoners can be denied communication with their fellow inmates, or forbidden from voluntary associations including union membership. Obviously, they are denied their freedom to leave the prison, but they are also forced to work unpaid or for extremely low wages. Prisoners are effectively being bought and sold to private corporations who are using them as cheep labor for private gains. There is also a market for younger and healthier prisoners because their healthcare cost make them less expensive to hold. Private prison contracts allow the transfer of prisoners to state run institutions.

Hmmm…What if the whole scenario was a set-up to force Sterling to sell his team on the cheap?

By now, you guys know I love a good conspiracy theory. It’s a hobby now and it’s fun. These days, there are a boatload.

Lame Cherry’s recent column is dishing that Magic Johnson approached Obama about getting help to buy the Clippers for discount price.

Obama threw it over to Holder, who orchestrated the whole whore girlfriend taping sugar daddy racist remarks scheme.

That’s why the whole shebang unfolded so quickly. Magic will be publicly persuaded (Oprah anyone?) to purchase the Clippers. He will save the team from the racist and get a nice equity in the lower price caused by Sterling’s lifetime ban from running his own team.

I think this theory has legs. Whatta ya think?

I do not 6think he will sell. Jury is still out on if the NBA will 1) get the votes, and 2) whether it contravenes their constitution.

Given it would cost him hundreds of millions in capital gains tax, I would expect him to fight it to his grave.

Also, if the NBA does vote to force him to sell, in a lawsuit he will be able to subpoena every teams ecords and emails, searching for anything racist/bigoted/etc. ever said or done by any other team’s owners or employees. The other owners will be shitting their pants at that prospect, so I think it is not a done deal that they will try to force him to sell.

He has 30+ years of dealings with the other teams. I suspect he may have heard a few off-color and sexist jokes in his time, and I suspect he would be happy to relate those in court.

That would look very bad for the NBA. My opinion is that he does not sell, as the NBA will deem it too risky to see him in court.

AWD – that the NBA can use an illegally recorded private conversation to try to force someone to sell their business is damn near unbelievable. The fine is probably within the letter of their laws re bringing the game into disrepute, but the ban would seem excessive as it offers no opportunity for rehabilitation or change, which is the cornerstone of most justice systems, and would seem appealable.

As I said, I very much doubt the NBA will be successful in forcing him to sell.

The NBA constitution (which is not public) and by-laws say this

MISCONDUCT

35. The provisions if this Article 35 shall govern all Players in the Association.

(a) Each Member shall provide and require in every contract with any of its Players that they shall be bound and governed by the provisions of this Article. Each Member, at the direction of the Board of Governors or the Commissioner, as the case may be, shall take such action as the Board or the Commissioner may direct in order to effectuate the purposes of this Article.

(b) The Commissioner shall direct the dismissal and perpetual disqualification from any further association with the Association or any of its Members, of any Player found by the Commissioner after a hearing to have been guilty of offering, agreeing, conspiring, siding or attempting to cause any game of basketball to result otherwise than on its merit.

(c) If in the opinion of the Commissioner any act or conduct of a Player at or during the Exhibition, Regular Season, or Playoff Game has been prejudicial to or against the best interests of the Association or the game of basketball, the Commissioner shall impose upon such Player a fine not exceeding $50,000, or may order for a time the suspension of any Player from any connection or duties with Exhibition, Regular Season, or Playoff Games, or he may order both such fine and suspension.

(d)The Commissioner shall have the power to suspend for a definite or indefinite period, or to impose a fine not exceeding $50,000, or inflict both such suspension and fine upon any Player who, in his opinion, (i) shall have made or caused to be made any statement having, or that was designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interests of basketball or of the Association or of a Member, or (ii) shall have been guilty of conduct that does not conform to standards of morality or fair play, that does not comply at all times with all federal, state, and local laws, or that is prejudicial or detrimental or the Association.

(e) Any Player who, directly or indirectly, entices, induces, persuades or attempts to entice, induce, or persuade any Player, Coach, Trainer, General Manager or any other person who is under contract to any other Member of the Association to enter into negotiations for or relating to his services or negotiates or contracts for such services shall, on being charged with such tampering, be given an opportunity to answer such charges after due notice and the Commissioner shall have the power to decide whether or not the charges have been sustained; in the event his decision is that the charges have been sustained, then the Commissioner shall have the power to suspend such Player for a definite or indefinite period, or to impose a fine, not exceeding $50,000, or inflict both such suspension and fine upon any such Player.

(f) Any Player who, directly or indirectly, wagers money or anything of value on the outcome of any game played by a Team in the league operated by the Association shall, on being charged with such wagering, be given an opportunity to answer such charges after due notice, and the decision of the Commissioner shall be final, binding and conclusive unappealable. The penalty for such offense shall be within the absolute and sole discretion of the Commissioner and may include a fine, suspension, expulsion and/or perpetual disqualification from further association with the Association or any of its Members.

(g) Except for a penalty imposed under Paragraph (f) of this Article 35: (i) any challenge by a Team to the decisions and acts of the Commissioner pursuant to Article 35 shall be appealable to the Board of Governors, who shall determine such such appeals in accordance with such rules and regulations as may be adopted by the Board in its absolute and sole discretion, and (ii) any challenge by a Player to the decisions or acts of the Commissioner pursuant to Article 35 shall be governed by the provisions of Article XXXI of the NBA/NBPA Collective Bargaining Agreement then in effect.

“Requiring the sale of a team would be the most severe sanction,” said sports lawyer Jeffrey Kessler, a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP. “But I believe the NBA would take the position that the commissioner has the necessary authority to take action.” He said article 35 of the NBA’s constitutional bylaws—which aren’t public—gives the commissioner those powers.

I really don’t give a shit about this affair. Whether or not Sterling is forced to sell the Clippers, his ass is grass in the NBA and he’ll have to at some point regardless, unless he wants to see the franchise value drop in the tens of millions.

I think the best piece written about this episode is by Kareem Abdul Jabbar. I agree with him that Sterling’s whore should go to jail for taping and releasing this conversation. She was baiting him and the stupid fucker fell right into the trap, but it was a private conversation nonetheless.

I also condemn those who point out that Sterling is a Jew. Who the fuck cares? I have found no evidence that Sterling cares much about Israel or zionist causes. There are a lot of rich Jews and some of them are assholes, maybe most of them, but most of them are probably not stupid assholes like Sterling. As Jabbar said, Sterling is an old fuck with more money than brains. He is stupid not only for falling into this trap (which I find pretty lulzy), but for his nutty views about blacks and associations with them. He is also a creepy, amoral old fuck.

As creepy old fuck Jews go however, he is nowhere even close to Sheldon Adelson’s league. I pray that Adelson has similar views as well as some 20 something whore who could eliminate this traitorous devil by producing a similar tape. I would rub oil on her feet and lick it off.

I agree with Jesse: we need more affirmative action laws (esp. applying to the NBA monopoly): clearly there is racial discrimination against light skinned athletes because so many of the highly paid players are dark skinned. Shouldn’t it match the percentages in the general population as Jesse would argue?

And what’s with these highly paid players not owned the teams themselves. Or with so many taxpayer subsidies. The Miami Heat have yet to pay rent on the new stadium we Miami taxpayers were forced to build for them (on THE most prime waterfront I might add).

It’s much worse than you think, Billy. Sterling bought the team, then the San Diego Clippers, for $12 million in 1981. Forbes magazine estimates that the team is worth $575 million today.

Even with the capital gains tax, that’s a helluva return on his investment if Sterling sells. Speaking of which, the second biggest winner in a sale is obviously Uncle Sam.

Memo to Mary Malone: the Clippers won’t go at a “discounted price,” whatever that might be. The LA sports market is easily the second strongest in the country after New York. Too many fat cats chomping at the bit for bragging rights of being a professional sports team owner.

“As creepy old fuck Jews go however, he is nowhere even close to Sheldon Adelson’s league.”
—-Zara

Bullshit. Look, try and get off your anti-Semitic bandwagon every now and then and focus on the truly evil force in American politics today: the finance industry in general, or more specifically the TBTF banks. Yes, many of the movers and shakers in that world are Jewish, but many are not.

That’s your target. The incestuous relationship between the banks, the Federal Reserve, the U.S. Treasury Department and the insiders who move back and forth among those agencies are the biggest threat to politics today.

Not casino magnate Sheldon Adelson or the oil magnates Koch brothers or even currency manipulator George Soros. Yes, they are big names as contributors to political causes, and I’m sure their “voices” on certain issues are much louder than yours and mine.

But when it comes to shit that affects everyone’s life every day, nothing matches the financial sector. Nothing. Not even close. Monetary and fiscal policy. Value of the dollar. Lending rates. Prices of everything. In short, your pocketbook.

Here’s the bottom line, Z. Sheldon Adelson wants you to play blackjack at one of his casinos. That’s it. It’s how he got rich. Janet Yellen doesn’t give a fuck what you do or how well you conduct your life, or not. Either way, she can and will have a far greater impact on you than Sheldon Adelson ever dreamed.

True enough.

And YOU better hope we never elect a FAT president.

God who gives a shit. Its basketball. Not much different than slaves on the plantation and their owners, except they are paid very well. Anyone who goes to any of these professional sports games is feeding the beast.

With that said, I have a hard time getting away from football. The other sports I could care less. I never go to football games, but I do watch. Which is almost as bad. Yet another distraction provided by the media whores that in reality doesn’t mean shit.

Tomorrow Zara will be opening his new office; Zarathustra Jewish Defense League
.
.
llpoh, he might not be forced to sell but, he might want to. He is losing sponsors left and right. Ticket sales aren’t enough to sustain payroll. Even so, he might even be facing a half-empty arena. Merchandise sales dry up. And no Free Agent in his right mind, black or white, will go to that team, so he might even run out of players. I could be wrong in all this, but I thing the guy is toast …. unless Zara’s new firm comes to the rescue.

If Magic Johnson buys the team it will not go broke. He bought his lifetime pass when he pretended to have AIDS in order to legitimize queers. The.01% will keep him rich. It is in his contract.

If he owned the Alabama Rebels his team value would have trebled with the release of those comments. Just sayin’.

Stuck – the loss of the sponsors would hurt him. But I suspect most of his money would be from a share of NBA tv rights. Just a guess.

Or perhaps you view them as the same thing. Okay, fine with me. If we aren’t allowed to separate the wheat from the chaff, then fuck em all. Final solution, here we come. Let the Jews PROVE their innocence let them be assumed to be israel-first traitors.

Of course we both know this is bullshit. Most of the zionism right or wrong assholes in the US are christian zionists. Perhaps we should holocaust their asses this time.
