Federal Agents Arrest Baby-Faced Boy, 12, For His Role In Nebraska Murder
Federal agents last night arrested a baby-faced Nebraska boy, 12, for his role in the murder of a man during an armed robbery.
Jarrell Milton was collared at 11:30 PM by U.S. Marshals Service agents in Minneapolis, nearly 400 miles from the boy’s Omaha residence, police reported.
Investigators allege that Milton and two other boys–Shuntayvious Primes-Willis, 15, and Jamar Milton, 17–last month lured two men to an Omaha park with the ruse of conducting a marijuana sale. Jarrell (seen at right) and Jamar are brothers.
Instead, cops say, the trio first flashed guns during the meeting and then opened fire on the two victims, one of whom was shot to death, while the other man was wounded. According to prosecutors, the three alleged assailants all have gang affiliations.
Primes-Willis and the elder Milton have been charged as adults with first-degree murder. Police have recovered two guns used during the crime and are searching for a third weapon.
Jarrell Milton will be returned to Omaha, though it is unclear what charges will be filed against him. Investigators did not disclose how the boy got to Minnesota or who might have helped him flee Nebraska.
Milton is one of seven children born to Iyanna Moss, 37, who spent time in jail for felony assault when the boy was a toddler.
Milton’s father, Javaris Milton, 37, is locked up in a Minnesota prison, where he is serving a life sentence for a January 2010 murder.
After robbing a Minneapolis drug dealer of his marijuana stash, Milton–who brandished two handguns–shot the man multiple times. Cops found the victim, Dontae Johnson, lying face down in the snow outside his van. Milton, seen below, was also convicted of firing shots at an associate of Johnson’s who ran from the van.
During a police search of Milton’s Minneapolis home, cops found “notebooks of handwritten rap lyrics that described murdering people with two guns,” according to court records.
Just another example of how badly we need to get our priorities straight in this country. Gangs need to be eradicated and instead of life sentences which cost the taxpayer $40K a year these fucks need the death penalty.

Prohibition is why drugs are expensive. Prohibition is why gangs fight over territory. Prohibition is why people like that resort to violence. When they are wronged, they cannot seek grievances in the court system. Im going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are just historically ignorant, not just plain stupid. If you would like to see historical evidence of this, look to prohibtion in the US. Not only did it fail to prevent anyone who wanted a drink from getting one, but it caused violence to erupt around the mere sales of liquor, and also made it much more expensive. Sound familiar? Gator, gangs were a scourge long before any drugs were illegal, and they are a scourge today in countries that have decriminalized drugs. Many problem gangs in the US do little or no drug dealing. There may be some merit in decriminalizing some drugs (Mj in particular) but to think that will magically eliminate gangs is idiotic.

Sure, when I see a horrible episode of Discovery ID where a totally innocent percent is brutally murdered well, hell yeah, my visceral reaction is that the State should kill the motherfucker … maybe even torture the fucker a little beforehand.
Yet, the devil is in the details. Giving the State permission to kill (or, murder, if the accused is actually innocent)…. yikes!! … so much can go wrong on so many levels. I also am at a loss how people can distrust the government on one hand, and then give them power over life and death on the other.

I was just in Omaha the other weekend (Antiques Road Show….so sue me), and was impressed with how far its come in the last 15 years.
