The Death of Freedom
I’m not fan of organized religion of any kind but I’m huge fan of freedom. Freedom of thought, freedom of speech, freedom of association, economic freedom and private property rights. Basically any freedom that doesn’t involve theft of or harm to others and/or their private property, I support. Clearly western world no longer offers any type of real freedom and it has gone completely insane, but in even today’s world where articles in The Onion are often more believable than those in the New York Times, rarely do we an example that demonstrates so clearly and concisely the depths to which western civilization has sunk.
Only in a world run by complete and total lunatics can muslims refuse to deliver beer for religious reasons and win a $240,000 award in court, while a Catholic couple is fined $13,000 for refusing to host a gay wedding on their own private property for their own religious reasons. How much further can this insanity go? Isn’t it time for open revolt yet?
Muslim truck drivers refuse to deliver beer, win $240,000 lawsuit
Star Transport will pay $240,000 to two Muslim employees who were fired for refusing to deliver alcohol, citing their religious beliefs.
An Illinois jury awarded $240,000 in damages and back pay to two former truck drivers who claimed religious discrimination when they were fired in 2009 after refusing to make beer deliveries.
No doubt an all handpicked Libturd judge and jury; where is justice for the bakers, florist, wedding chapels, photographers, Christians and the little people (who are actually citizens) in this God forsaken lawless Bankster NWO Oligarchy? I’ll vote for Trump because he seems to be the only one who is really fed up with TPTB and he is only half the man I’d like to see “whip the temples clean” of the Elite bastards.

EVERYDAY our rights, our jobs, our opportunities and our personal property is being voted away by our “Justice” system.
Blind love and belief in our cops and systems has led to this insanity.
We WANT to be ordered around and ruled and have actively worked to create a society where our children are even more compliant than their braindead compliant parents and grandparents.
Well, we WANT it as long as “it” conforms to our own core belief systems.
Once “it” appears to stop conforming to OUR beliefs, well, then it is evil! Evil!
Where was the outrage when pot growers were jailed? Where was the outrage when prostitutes are jailed?
Oh, that’s right, THOSE are issues “we” are okay with the government dictating.
Watching this buildup for all my adult life leads me to think that we have gotten exactly what we wanted, just because it isn’t the flavor we wanted doesn’t me we did this to ourselves.

Your examples of jail time for pot growers and prostitutes is not a good analysis at all. Growing pot, in most states, is still illegal. Same with prostitution. Breaking the laws get you a day in court, sometimes fines, sometimes jail time. While some don’t have issues w/ growing pot or with the services of prostitutes, those laws need to be stricken from the books before most will object to them…except for the little problem of lazy apathetic American slobs who don’t care about themselves, much less whether jail for those offenses is worthy of tax dollars spent. At that point, let’s just go full-on WROL and let it all shake-out.
Admin’s example is spot-on. Refusing to do a job (for a boss or a task that is clearly spelled out in the job description) should/can get you fired. When you ARE the boss, as with the bakers, you have the right to not accept a job. Businesses/subcontractors do this all the time….except when it involves the hotly-contested gay nonsense, the Progs have their hissy and day in court. Clearly, that judgement was to set a precedence for future cases.
Being Muslim and doing a job, then deciding to morally object to carry out the task anymore is not the same thing. If that Muslim wants ‘job freedom’, he should get his own business. Fire the raghead and hire an American who likes a brew now and then.

So let me get this straight.
A business hires a couple a men to deliver stuff via truck. These men refuse to do their job because of their religion. The company fires the men and now the company is on the hook for big $$ for religious discrimination.
Meanwhile a county clerk is jailed for refusing to do her job and issue marriage licenses to same sex couples because of her religion beliefs.
In yet another example a couple who owned a cake shop are on the hook for big$$’s for refusing to provide services to a same sex couple based on their religious beliefs and they have now closed their business and are screwed.
Can anyone square this circle?
In the first example the men’s religious beliefs are somehow superior to the other examples religious beliefs.
Can you see the godawful mess that has been created in this country?
The lessons I’m seeing here is:
#1 If you are a Christian you have no religious rights.
#2 If you are a Muslim you have unlimited religious rights.
#3 The rule of law is dead in the USSA.
#4 Long live lord of the flies.

I run a crew of 20, and the #1 fucking priority is to accommodate my customers requests.
You can’t make it to work on time? You can’t complete the assigned tasks? You pull any of that shit at the last second that something is against your religion or, or or ?

In fact Bobby was fired just last week because he can’t get to work unless he gets a ride, he was a skilled worker but too fucking bad Bobby, your problem is not going to become my problem.
Since when do workers get to impose “undue hardship” on the business, creating a massive headache while everybody’s schedules are changed, delivery’s delayed, customers left hanging, lost man hours… and still “win” $240k?

The real message this verdict sends is “Hire no Muslims, ever. They will look for grievances and sue you and win; if they don’t work for you, they can’t sue”.
Those laws against discrimination in hiring? Don’t mean a thing when 70 million are out of work! You can always say “I found someone more qualified for the job than the nearly-illiterate, English-language-challenged Muslim applicant” when the pool of applicants is bigger than the population of many countries!
Not that all 70 million are actually looking for work these days …
