Not to mention their open conspiracy to make cash extinct, gut the 2nd Amendment, draft women, force vaccinations, ban home schooling etc. If you take the Mark of the Beast (the chip to buy and sell when cash is no more), you are accepting he Beast’s Brand like a cow and that makes you even less than a slave!

C’mon now, you can’t possibly compare Al Gore with Dick Cheney! One was President but….

Don’t forget about political correctness, or you’re a racist.

I’ve followed politics most of my life. In high school in the 1990s I started a Young Republicans club and in college I majored in government and interned on Capitol Hill for the National Republican Congressional Committee in the early 2000s. However, as I’ve matured and investigated the issues for myself (instead of parroting the beliefs of friends, family, pundits, or politicians), I’ve become disillusioned with the GOP.

I have no tolerance for the neoconservative policies espoused by the likes of George W. Bush in the form of endless war, waged by the military industrial complex, or bail outs for reckless investment banking on Wall Street. As a believer in Jesus Christ, I’ve also seen the hypocrisy of the “religious right” exposed by their prior evisceration of Bill Clinton and current adulation of Donald Trump. I’ve never favored big government, but over the years I’ve added big business and organized religion to the list, valuing Main Street and a personal faith.

Bottom line, if I’m not angering both sides of divide I’m probably not doing a good enough job. I was always keen to the plots and ploys of the left, but I attribute this site more than any other source in exposing the underbelly of the right. It’s frightening to comprehend how insidious the collective interests are which comprise each political party.

Coast……one was President?????????????? A mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Al Gore is worse than Cheney. The Goracle pursues AGW for money and fame. At least Cheney acted upon his beliefs. And don’t even say Gore believes in AGW – living the life of a hypocrite should tell you all you need to know about that slime.

@kakoda At least Cheney acted upon his beliefs.

Seriously. Dick Cheney is a power elite whose only goal is to coax, cajole and deceive the American scum (people) towards a new world order. He uses fear of terrorism and Propaganda the same as Algore uses fear of climate change fiction. (USA!USA!USA!) Both are one and the same when it comes to fucking the world for their evil occult end game. Both lead to the same solution.

Plus, he can’t handle a shotgun without shooting someone. Pathetic.

Instead of sitting on the sidelines booing, I think Libertarians should get in on the act, too. Don’t let the lefties and righties have all the fun…

Suggested Campaigns for Earnest Libertarians:

* Declare Open Warfare on the Military Industrial Complex! (Oh wait a moment, can’t organize a war with anarchy can you…)
* Fight Climate Change Politics by Overturning the Laws of Thermodynamics. (Let the free market settle the matter of entropy.)
* Settle the dispute over gay marriage by banning all marriages. (Let the free market decide who pays to sleep with whom.)
etc etc etc

@John Angelo

Wow, your beginning remarks remind me of my eldest son, who is now a freshman Government major at Liberty University. He used to write out the Constitution when he was 8 years old, and could probably teach his freshman Government classes. I know he is very unworldly and ignorant in the ways of the world like most youth, but I hope his enthusiasm and hope do not get crushed when he encounters reality. Each of us who persevere in critical thought about all of this have to deal with negative thoughts as to the outcome of this whole mess. I just hope my son does not get too bogged down in the negative and keeps his glass half full.

With that I hope we all can “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”
(Proverbs 3:5, NIV)

Angelo…”I’ve also seen the hypocrisy of the “religious right” exposed by their prior evisceration of Bill Clinton and current adulation of Donald Trump.”

1. You seem to be suggesting that Clinton shouldn’t be eviscerted for signing the evisceration of Glass-Steagall or for eliminating bankruptcy for college loans.

2. I don’t know about the religious right but people on all sides are for Trump cuzx they are sick of the lying Pieces-of -Shit career politicians on Dem’s and Rep’s. Even the young crowd is for Trump – they know they are screwed by you know who.

It is profoundly sad that people who are smart enough to recognize that their democracy was/is seriously degraded by the fabricated ‘war on terror’ are not smart enough to accept the climactic results of the laws of physics as applied to humankind’s macro effects after 200 years of the fossil-fuelled industrial revolution.
Of course Al Gore is a compromised charlatan, so ignore him if you wish. There are plenty of alternatives who can credibly explain the obvious that there are planetary limits to human industrial activity.

@kokoda I should have been more clear in my reference to Clinton and Trump. I wish Glass-Steagall had never been repealed, but that’s a conversation for another time. My intent in mentioning Clinton was in reference to his moral failings, especially the entire Monica Lewinsky ordeal. Trump has been open about his various affairs, boasted of his adulteries, has become wealthy in no small part due to a gambling empire, and his Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City is the only casino with a strip club. If a Democrat had that resume the religious right would be losing their minds, but major figures in Christianity, like Jerry Falwell Jr., president of Liberty University, has openly endorsed Trump. It goes to show that their desperation to replace Obama (I can sympathize to a great extent) has led them to choose a candidate anathema to many of their religious beliefs.

@ILuvCO2 thanks for the feedback! I appreciate you sharing the verse of Scripture. Hopefully by the time your son graduates from Liberty circa 2020 certain parts of the storm will have crested and abated while he’s in the relatively safe confines of a Christian university in the south. I’ve had a number of friends attend Liberty and they have good things to say about their experience.

Cdubbya, sorry dude but once these scumbags were caught red handed manipulating data to support their bogus theory of AGW it was game over. AGW was complete and utter bullshit and all you have to do is pass laws that outlaw the ability to generate income from it and watch it become a non-issue overnight. No profit potential=no AGW.
