The Republican chairman of a powerful congressional committee said Thursday that he will ask the FBI for a new criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s classified email scandal, focusing on the possibility that she perjured herself in sworn testimony to Congress.
Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz, the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, asked FBI Director James Comey whether he had cause to charge her for lying in a statement she made to Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan during a 2015 hearing on the 2012 Benghazi terror attack.
‘There was nothing marked classified on my emails, either sent or received,’ Clinton said at the time.
Comey said in a hearing Thursday that the FBI had not investigated whether that statement was true, despite finding three documents with classification markings among the messages on her private server.
Her perjury is an outrage! They should issue a stern letter of rebuke! While they’re at it, rebuke her for having Vince Foster killed.

Line of the day at the hearings so far. There is not enough time in the day to go through all of Hillary’s lies, bloody pathetic that his scab on the country’s ass is being considered for president.

lying under oath to congress deserves a grand jury panel. the dems are a freak show, today went from being the last nail in the republic’s coffin to one large spike. comey is a joke, he would have been wise to resign, far worst than the midnight massacre. there is a long list of comey’s victim’s of fairness in the doj’s eyes. i would like to see hearing for all those who have been or are in jail from his belief that intentions are reasons for referral to grand jury. how about the video guy from bengazi?
This hearing was telling in that it shed light on the extraordinary measures taken by Director Homey (soldier of King Nig) to fulfill his primary duty to prop up the system and preserve the agenda.
Did you guys catch his disingenuous overly eager tone on questions where he himself committed perjury, as compared to questions he could answer honestly where his tone was normal and he was straight-faced? Obama-felching putz.

I watched the entire Comey portion of this hearing (it’s still going on at this moment, but with State Dept. IG witnesses).
The biggest takeaway, and seemingly to the congressional panel conducting the hearing, was that Hellary was NOT under oath during the Saturday interview by the FBI. WTF!! She could have lied through her teeth to them (and probably did), with no repercussion.
And nobody asked Comey WHY she was not put under oath. How come? That seems like a major flaw by the FBI.

None of them were marked. She illegally had all the marking stripped off before sending, therefore she is not technically lying on the point of saying ‘nothing marked classified’ was sent. The hag was very careful to say ‘marked classified’ every single time.
