This is so simple a 5th grader knows the solution: block all porn and require anyone wanting to view it to click on a square that certifies they are over 18 and provide a mailing address (for their US birth certificate, a drivers licence from California, citizenship papers, their US voter card, and four Social Security Numbers with Cards).
Require all explicit video and image porn to be under it’s own TLD, such as .prn, so it can be automatically blocked by the internet user through their IP to keep it out of their kids reach.
It wouldn’t stop everything from reaching kids, but keeping porn magazines behind the counter with ID required to purchase them didn’t either.
I had already looked that up, but I thought it stupid to make an issue of it.
But, here’s a hint, look up the only figgin’ person’s name in the article.

Maybe they could interview the Amish as a control group? Otherwise, if you are male and plugged into electricity or publishing media, you probably have at least taken a few peeks………….

My grandpa objected to the insistence of the preacher that people ought to be like children.
He said, Es la naturaleza que los impulsa a casarse.
My wife’s granny excused her pregnant granddaughter (15 yo) Es fuerte de naturaleza.
Both comments referred to the sex urge. Neither one shocked or scared of a natural phenomenon.

Senor, I can vouch that there were plenty of “street walkers” and “compounds” in Turkey when I was in the USAF there; it is in the Mideast and is about 99.9% Muslims. They say the price and service is good (unless you want a blond and then the line is a hundred feet long 24/7). Stay far away from bars (Pavions) where all the bouncers/pimps/whores are vicious, the Gendarme carry a machine gun and most people seem “friendly” (because they assume you are rich) but consider that you are the trash.
