Personally, I believe the ability to at least exacerbate, if not cause, weather phenom have been in human “hands” for decades. However, the inability to control the path of destruction of a hurricane or super tornado cell would make most of us refuse to push that button.
But if there really is a relative handful of rich bastards who sold their souls for filthy lucre and the power to do what they will with mankind in their quest for more money and power, then I have to admit it is quite possibly true.

Have to disagree, BB. Remember God gave man dominion over the earth and then allowed knowledge about its life systems, and that must include the atmosphere and weather patterns.
Unregenerate man will ultimately destroy the earth and its life forms unless God intervenes. The capability to do this several times over resides even now in various nuclear weapon storage facilities around the world. The power structures must manipulate mankind to satisfy its own lusts, so why would they not use the weather to do so? It’s just another tool.

I read on the internet that New York City and New Jersey are scheduled to be totally destroyed by hurricane Irma on September 10th.

One thing he shows is a current temperature map for the US. The east is blue, very cool. The west is dark red/brown. I can testify that we are undergoing a malicious heat wave. I can’t remember such an extended period of high nighttime temperatures. California in summer is usually tempered by evening breezes off the Pacific. For about the past ten days those breezes have completely stopped, so at bedtime it has still been typically in the 90’s, and it cools off to the high 70’s or low 80’s by sunrise. Daytime highs have ranged from 104-114. It is miserable. We always have summer hot spells, but I have not seen anything of this intensity or duration. This is probably not planned, but rather a consequence of all the fooling around with weather patterns. Or maybe it is just a normal aberration.
The media hysteria about Irma is interesting. They want us focused on it (surely not for our own well-being) for some reason. Stay tuned.

I think it would be foolish at this juncture NOT to at least consider the possibility of weather-false flags or weather -terrorism, from within, or from other nations.

Hey Stuck – from what I have read – the technology only claims to be bettering the world and fighting global warming. But some (supposedly in the know) say it is a weapon used for control and profit under names like “Climate Engineering”, “Geoengineering”, and “Climate Intervention” and is instead destroying the environment and actually broke the Northern Hemisphere’s weather stream.

Stuck, this stuff is a rabbit hole unto itself. To answer your question, my guess would be that TPTB have bigger fish to fry than flooding the desert SW. Weather control has always been high on the list of tools desired by the military. As razzle pointed out above, “influence” is probably a more accurate term. Since they’re not running around shouting from the mountaintops about their ability to influence or control weather, I’d assume they still want it to be mostly a secret…….for now.
I don’t think anyone can create a tornadic cell, but I do think that the conditions that lead to tornados can be manipulated to some degree.

Maggie ,your post has got me thinking but I believe God in his Providence Controls the weather.Maybe God will allow man to influence the weather to some degree but I think He will allow Satan greater control of the Earth as in the book of Revelation.

Hey BB – I am trying to find the video I saw the other day. The 3rd one above has elements of the original one where Harvey almost died out 3 times over the water and then ran into what appeared to be “rapid evaporation” (unnatural / manmade) over land, causing the storm to ressurect and gain strength. I know it seems crazy and impossible but maybe they use the technology to magnify existing (natural) elements. Most hurricanes of old that I’ve seen showed defined “eyes” like Katrina below formed as far back as the middle of the Atlantic.

Whereas Harvey seemed to have an odd formation, dying out, repeatedly, gaining strength with tell-tale rapid evaporation near land, with no eye until right over Houston, then strengthing, reversing and staying put.
Keep in mind: I make no claims and have no stake as to what actually happened, or what is truly going on with weather modification. I just have a curious and open mind. Peace.
Also one addendum here: In the original video I saw (which I can’t find now) the guy said there were tons of rapid evaporators (cloud makers) in Brazil and other countries as well. Like the US, they are incognito as factories and such. And there are units at seas too. True? Maybe. Maybe not. I don’t know. But look at the 6:18 mark in the third video I posted above (@ September 2, 2017 at 1:26 pm ). In that video, they claim it is rapid evaporation (unnatural, man-made) that refired up Harvey. Is there crime? Is there a motive? I still don’t know. Maybe never will.
