CHRISTMAS AROUND THE WORLD

Via MSN

Slide 2 of 16:
Amsterdam certainly is beautiful at Christmastime but underrated Valkenburg is worth the trip as well. The town’s Christmas market is one of the oldest and biggest in all of Europe. It, for the most part, is set in passages of caves underneath Valkenburg. This is where you can buy some of the most unique presents, most of which are handmade and from marlstone. Santa’s village, however, and the parade are above ground.

The old European architecture is just astonishing (re: the Vienna Austria pic).

I would advise against going to Malmo, Sweden.

Yep, Muslim no-go zone. In fact, you may want to avoid a lot of Europe.

I haven’t been to these ‘Traditional Christmas” displays but I doubt they are as they were. Police with automatic weapons will be part of the scenery as will “jersey” barricades and bollards to deter the dark eyed swarthy Islamaniacs you will see mingling in the crowds looking to pick your pocket, rape your daughter or cut your head off!

The Eurocrats have taken the Joy from Christmas and replaced it with Fear!

I saw some pictures of various cities in Poland last night. It looked like the whole country was in full frontal celebration. The Christmas lights were beautiful with people everywhere on the streets.Maybe there is hope for Europe. At least Eastern Europe.

I’m a bigot – I don’t accept the new tradition forced on the citizens.

Been to a number of those places listed, within last 2 weeks, plus a few more, including this very day Strasburg and Linz.

Some have considerable police presence, and barricades, but no automatic weapons. Nary a brown face or a hajib in sight in Amsterdam, Rothenburg, Strasburg, Nuremburg, Wurtzburg, Frankfurt, Heidelburg, Bamburg, Vienna, etc.

Felt safe as could be at all times. It was all beautiful, peaceful, and the people are lovely.

People always feel safe until they find out they aren’t.

That’s why terrorism is called terrorism, it strikes terror into the hearts of those who feel safe from it.
