DHS Is Planning To Arrest Sanctuary City Leaders

Having been grilled by Democratic lawmakers over her recollections of a White House meeting in which President Trump described some poor nations sending immigrants to the United States as “shithole countries,” Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen dropped a potentially even bigger tape-bomb.

The Hill reports that Nielsen testified she did not recall Trump saying “shithole countries” while she spoke under oath before the Senate Judiciary Committee. She described the meeting as heated and said many people in the room used coarse language.

“I don’t remember the specific words [Trump used],” Nielsen said under questioning from Durbin. “What I was struck with, frankly as I’m sure you were as well, was the general profanity that was used in the room by almost everyone.”

But then Nielsen shocked more than a few Democratic leaders across the nation, who appear to have grown accustomed to living beyond the law.

According to The Washington Times, Nielsen confirmed Tuesday that her department has asked federal prosecutors to see if they can lodge criminal charges against sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with federal deportation efforts.

“The Department of Justice is reviewing what avenues may be available,” Ms. Nielsen told the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Her confirmation came after California’s new sanctuary law went into effect Jan. 1, severely restricting cooperation the state or any of its localities could offer.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Tom Homan says those policies put his officers and local communities at more risk because they have to arrest illegal immigrants out in the community.

Mr. Homan told The Washington Times last July that he wanted to see local officials charged as complicit in human smuggling if they shielded illegal immigrants through sanctuary policies. Mr. Homan repeated that demand in an interview with Fox News earlier this year, setting off a firestorm of criticism.

And the penny drops.

How long until the media talking heads connect the executive order that specifies asset confiscation for crimes of “human trafficking” with this statement?

Local “sanctuary” politicians will not put their personal assets at risk to protect criminals. The political backpedaling will be amazing to watch.

This Cat-5 Swamp-Storm is gonna get interesting.

Asking the shit-and-piss DOJ if arrest is an option is hardly “planning” but it’s nice to exaggerate.

those who release felons while other warrants are outstanding, along with publicized promises to do so, are guilty of aiding and abetting in any future crimes committed by that perpetrator, and should be locked up or sued by victims.

Coarse language? I was told many years ago that profanity is the last refuge of inarticulate cocksuckers.

I kind of hope there are some sanctuary cities and states. Say California and Illinois.

The rest kick the fuck out. Or hope they love America so much, they move to California and Illinois.

The video of the ‘hearing’ is hilarious, especially the antics of new jersey senator Boogie-excuse me-Booker. He was aghast that trump would call countries like Haiti a shithole apparently unaware that in the dictionary under “shithole” is a map of Camden.

I hope this is true, but I’ve believed stuff because I wanted to only to have my hopes crushed in my face too many times to believe anything I don’t actually see happening (and then I sometimes doubt it anyway).

Easiest way might be to make all the officials and others responsible for releasing and protecting a known illegal alien civilly liable for any criminal damage they inflict on others after their release.

Make the judgment non dischargeable in a bankruptcy action so there’s no way to wiggle out from under it.

Nothing like knowing you are risking everything you’ve worked for during your entire life to make someone think twice about what they are doing when they give those release orders.

If they deport Luis Gutierrez to Mexico, that’d be excellent.

What hypocrites the Liberal Democrats are! If Obama were still in office and said the same ALLEGED words all you would hear from the Liberal Democrats is crickets!!! This is nothing more than partisan political games. The Left has failed at getting Pres. Trump out of office with their fake, made up Russian collusion story and because of their psychotic hatred of the President they are grasping at any straws no matter if they (the Liberal Democrats) appear to be childish, spoiled, sanctimonious, self-righteous TWITS! You Democrats are looking really, really bad. You can’t come up with any new ideas about how to move the country forward or make it better so you act like spoiled, childish, petty, partisan jerks! Dick Durbin, you are the biggest hypocrite in the Democratic Party! You were the one who leaked the Presidents comments ( in a confidential meeting which shows you have no morals or scruples) to the Trump hating press then you have the gall to self-righteously question the DHS Secretary on what was said!!!!! You are a disgrace to the people of Illinois and should resign. Why the people of Illinois keep reelecting you is a mystery to me.

People who have never been to or know people who have managed to get away from a “SHITHOLE COUNTRY” have little to say regarding any comment calling many countries in the general third world as shitholes . Many places in this world are very poor and unbelievable conditions for most Americans to believe they could exist in our modern time but they do and are quite literally shitholes ! When a president points out the truth about some place perhaps more energy could be spent solving the shithole condition rather than criticizing the fact !
As for sanctuary states cities what ever , go ahead anybody refuse to cooperate with federal authorities and withhold information preventing them from performing their duties and see where you end up as a private citizen . I bet you will be in for a real legal hassle !

You know, and one question I seem to be asking as libtards around me have heart palpitations about DACA is: What is stopping these people after being here for, in some cases DECADES, becoming citizens? I know the process is tough, and should be easier (our owners prefer it harder so they can exploit cheap labor of course) but after DECADES?? I just don’t get the “outrage”. If these people wanted to live in the US so bad, you would think they would have taken some of that money they send back home, and saved it to pay an attorney to help with becoming a citizen.
If you cannot plan ahead enough for your future, and your child’s future, clearly you lack what it takes to be an American citizen, and deportation is simply the removal of someone in incapable of seeing the value of citizenship. Oh I forgot – Feelingz….give me a &(&*) break…

The real key is taking action against individuals, whether financial or criminal, and not against states or cities.

Hold decision makers personally accountable for their decisions as elected or or appointed leaders of these sanctuary communities or states,; arrest them all, RICO confiscate their assets, let the courts figure it out. Then arrest the judges for participating in the the RICO case when they set them free.
Burn it all down.

So now the Justice Department has to ask permission to arrest and investigate people who are openly breaking laws. Hmmm. Conspiracy, collusion, corruption. How in the world can you say this country is not a SHITHOLE !

Start in your community. Turn them in to the Feds.

HOPEWELL BOROUGH — A small Mercer County borough has declared itself a “sanctuary city,” vowing to be a welcoming community that protects immigrants regardless of their legal status.

The Feb. 2 vote in Hopewell Borough came a week after President Trump signed an executive order threatening to withhold federal funding from communities with sanctuary policies.

Hopewell Borough is less then 1 square mile and has roughly 2,000 residents. The vote was split 3-3, with Mayor Paul Anzano breaking the tie.

While there is no formal definition of the term “sanctuary city,” it generally refers to places that offer local protections to immigrants living in the country illegally.

The resolution says the borough will not use taxpayer money to aid federal immigration officials in deportations and bars employees and police from asking residents about their immigration status.

“Here in Hopewell Borough, we are changing nothing,” Anzano said in a message posted to the borough’s website. “We are simply saying that all those that live here or work here — drive through here or visit friends here — are welcome, documented or not.

“If undocumented persons do commit crimes as defined by law enforcement or do pose a public threat, then we act in the same pre-Sanctuary City manner and they are responsibly reported to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency,” he continued.

The borough is also encouraging businesses, groups, organizations and houses of worship to “share in the spirit of inclusivity” by offering immigrants and refugees help or a safe haven.

The easiest way to hold someone accountable is to go full Jack Bull on those responsible . If I were Kate Stienle’s dad I’d hunt down those who let the illegal piece of trash loose and make them pay…..this goes double for the minus IQ members of the jury who found the illegal not guilty .

Once public officials fear the people again there will be freedom and accountability in our gooberment .
