After 40+ years of these programs being in place, it is Racism against the current cohort of young white people … especially white men because women have their own favored status too. The supposed perpetrators (aged white men from the 30’s-60’s are long dead and gone and they never paid any price for their supposed racism anyway … the only actual costs for these supposed sins have been taken out now on more than 2 generations of white men that weren’t even born when affirmative action started.
BTW, I say “supposed” racism above because these programs impugn entire classes of people as if they are all the same … thus ‘all white people are racists’ … whereas the actual problem(s) are always with demonstrative actors that make-up a marked minority of the population.
A very dear friend works in a Federal agency that administers claims for________. In this particular office there are 2 white women, 4 latinos and 6 black women one of which is the office manager.
Several years ago they went on what is called flex time. This allows them to clock in & out pretty much whenever they want. The stickler is that they are required to be there at what is called a core time.
Needless to say, this regulation is completely ignored by the minorities as they frequently have others cover for them when they are not there(HTF that is done is beyond me)
Any suggestion of incompetency is tempered because of the immediate threat of the race card being played. My friend just keeps her head down, gets as much work done as she can and counts down to the moment when she can GTFO and collect her pension. IOW it’s a fucking nightmare.
I imagine there is quite a bit of this throughout the government. It’s not much more than a bribe to keep several million low IQ dolts pacified. I believe 90%+ of the Federal government could vanish tomorrow and most of us wouldn’t notice a thing.
The 4th Turning which I believe is underway now, can’t get up to full steam fast enough AFAIC.
Just imagine the number of contractors hired to do their work…..the real laugh is that they award these contracts to 8A contractors.
8A now there is a BLM scam on the taxpayer . Boat Guy serviced some yacht systems for as it turned out to be a black women government contractor . To be kind Prissy from gone with the wind made more sense . She failed to comprehend I was there to do electrical / mechanical repair and maintenance on specific systems not her fucking maid ! When I moved a mattress to service an AC unit I stacked the pillows and folded the covers when I was finished no I do not make the bed .
Government jobs are essentially subsidized employment for negros. Reason being so many of them can’t cut it in the competitive atmosphere of the private sector.
Over the last few years our USPS has gotten worse and worse. It’s not unusual for our mail carrier to not run our neighborhood for days at a time. We figured that it was due to the budget constraints and ridiculous pensions, until we had to go to the area hub to pick up a package. Service was terrible, with employees milling around, ignoring customers, etc. Floors were dirty, with total disarray – packages strewn everywhere. Oh, yeah, there wasn’t a white person in sight anywhere in that place. It’s a wonder we receive any mail at all.
So the US Govt. is a giant make-work program for negros? So that is why everything is fucked up.

Once I was having a discussion with an accountant about the IRS, and being audited. He asked me if I knew anyone who had ever been audited. I had to admit that no, I did not. He said that it was because almost all the auditers for the IRS were BLACK WOMEN, and that they were deathly afraid of traveling to Boondocks, Missouri and conducting audits because of rednecks and such. So there is a silver lining after all.
Remember this : the entire government pension programs managed for government employees nationwide from local state and federal agencies are $ 7 trillon short in funding and everyone of these people expect a life time exorbitant payment after 20 to 30 years of work as they retire in their early to mid 50’s with full medical care and no the taxpayers cannot swing that so be prepared ! There will be blood !

Not surprised that the govt wants to toot its horn to show how much ‘progress’ has been made in giving the ‘underprivileged’ opportunity by publishing these stats … When the backlash hits relative to what is so obvious in the stats above and the overwhelming avalanche of anecdotal evidence about substandard service being delivered for top-shelf wages and benes, these kinds of stats will disappear … much like the comments section for news ‘articles’ on CNN!!
Unless my family was starving and there were absolutely no other options available, there is no way that I could work at one of these well-paying jobs (with out-of-sight benes/pensions) … It would drive me absolutely insane to work in such a non-results oriented occupation.
No you would not if you can ride in luxury at others expense most would jump at the chance unless you are already secure unlike the majority living in what was flyover but is now shit all over land !
