AND THE DEMONETIZATION BEAT GOES ON

It appears someone has been actively trying to demonetize my site and stop me from publishing the truth. It isn’t a coincidence that my two biggest advertisers decide to drop me in the space of two weeks. Well they’ve succeeded in wiping out 80% of my advertising revenue based on bullshit claims this is a racist website. Here is the email I received today:

Hi – apologies for any inconvenience this may create but we will be suspending service of all widgets for your sites immediately due to the violation of our terms of conditions w/ the posting of content our team and advertisers deemed racist.

Please take down all MyFinance code by end of the day, and we will still issue payment for revenue accrued to today’s date.

For the 1st time someone actually responded to my return email asking what specifically was deemed racist. Mike sent me this passage from Fred Reed’s article from a few weeks ago:

So debating the conclusions of Nobel Prize winning biologist is deemed so offensive that ad companies decide to pull their ads from your site. I guess that is the world we are living in. It’s acceptable to murder a new born baby, but to discuss actual data regarding the average IQs of different races is unacceptable.

I have to admit, they really know where to hit a man where it hurts. Keeping this site interesting 24/7/365 is a burden. I’ve done it for a decade and now have the highest visitor counts in TBP history, but with this demonetization, I’ll be getting less advertising revenue than I was making 8 years ago. Essentially, my only source of income will be donations. All of my other options have been killed by the left wing censorship police.

Here’s a message to the left wing scumbags out to silence this site. I will not be silenced. This site will continue to publish the truth, no matter what tactics you use. I didn’t start this site to make money. I started it so I could write my articles uncensored. Free speech will always be the basis for TBP.

I hate to depend upon the generosity of others. As a capitalist, I’d rather earn money in the free market. But the market isn’t free. It’s controlled and is only available to those who toe the line of what THEY say is acceptable.
