There’s already one grocery store in my area that I will no longer be a customer of because they are demanding all shoppers wear masks…the kid in me wants to show up in a Batman or Jason mask, but the adult in me says the last people who were forced to wear masks were slaves who had no voice. F that. If Costco in Canada makes masks mandatory, I guess I’ll have to let my membership lapse.
I may already be a criminal due to Trudeau’s recent gun ban anyway, despite its obvious violations of our Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I’m already willing to go to jail for that, so if failing to wear a mask gets me arrested so be it. It was not so long ago in Canada, that wearing a mask in public was an additional charge if one also commits a crime, so if I am a paperwork criminal who may be in possession of arbitrarily recently banned firearms, and I don a mask to go out in public, it seems I’m a criminal no matter whether I’m in my own home or out in public.
