The “woke mob” is in a rage after NBA legend Charles Barkley offered up some much needed common sense yesterday prior to the Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets playoff game.
In a league that, like the NFL, is seeing ratings impacted presumably by the overwhelming message of social justice that seems to be taking away from the actual games, Barkley was one of the first voices to speak out and defend the police as the nation grappled with the result of the Breonna Taylor verdict.
During the pre-game show, Barkley said he thought that Taylor’s case had be “lumped in” with the George Floyd killing and reminded the viewing audience that Taylor’s boyfriend actually shot at police who were executing a no-knock warrant first, before police returned fire, tragically killing Taylor.
Barkley said: “I don’t think this one was like George Floyd or Ahmaud Arbery and things like that. I feel sad that this young lady lost her life. I think this one was — the no-knock warrant is something we need to get rid of … across the board. But I am worried to lump all these situations in together.”
He continued, “And I just feel bad that the young lady lost her life. But we do have to take into account that her boyfriend shot at the cops and shot a cop. So like I say, even though I am really sorry she lost her life, I just don’t think we can put this in the same situation as George Floyd or Ahmaud Arbery.”
Additionally, Barkley took exception with the idea of defunding the police, stating: “Who are black people supposed to call? Ghostbusters? When we have crime in our neighborhood? We need to stop that defund or abolish the cops crap.”

Shaquille O’Neal weighed in, agreeing with Barkley: “I have to agree with Charles, this one is sort of lumped in. You have to get a warrant signed and some states do allow no-knock warrants. And everyone was asking for murder charges. When you talk about murder, you have to show intent. A homicide occurred and we’re sorry a homicide occurred. When you have a warrant signed by the judge, you are doing your job, and I would imagine that you would fire back.”

The police should never have been there in the first place. No knock raids are about the immoral war on drugs and nothing more. How many more no knock raids gone bad do we need to face (dead blacks, whites, hispanics, etc.) before we finally admit that telling people what they can and cannot legally put into their bodies is both immoral and unachievable as a policy unless a permanent, oppressive police state is our goal? Sadly, one would have thought that the 89 year old black woman in Atlanta that was killed in one over a decade ago might have prompted blacks and others to finally call for an end to the failed war on drugs. Yet all they called for was an end to no-knock raids. Some people never learn.
Law enforcement is full of Oath Keepers and they’ll do the right thing.

None of that justifies the government murdering an unarmed woman who was not a threat. But most of those are either lies or misdirection to cover up for the out of control cops.
There is the small issue of the dead body in the rental car, irrespective of how well her EMT skills were delivered.

Who to believe?
1. Your tax dollars fund the police
2. Police are also funded by robbing you at gunpoint on the side of the highway of your cash you have on you, via Civil Asset and Forfeiture laws.
3. The supreme court has ruled that the police have no obligation whatsoever to protect you. So if that the case, then why are we forced to pay for them to exist at all? You’re paying for something that your not getting. That’s theft, at gunpoint.
4. Police are militarized via the Pentagons 1033 program to effectively make them a standing army, which the founding fathers said fuck that shit.
5. Police have qualified immunity which really means, ‘above the law’.
Suddenly defunding the Pigs doesn’t sound like such a bad idea after all. They provide no benefit to society at all while your money that funds them to exist is stolen from you through the barrel of a gun. Can you feel the freedom of the SS Waffen in Amerika?

We read elsewhere about cops going to the home of a 10 year old with a bb gun. The cops who got that order should have refused it. If the cops are going to enforce bullshit “laws” like this, they should be afraid for their lives, not just their salary, benefits, and pensions. And not just when they are in the ‘hood.

America could use some intelligent black leaders to come forward and de-escalate this craziness. The media wouldn’t allow it. Trump is very right when he says the media is the enemy of America.
