Slowly, but surely the case is coming together. The question remains as to how many Americans will see this and understand the depth of the coup d’etat. I believe the President now has enough ammunition to start wide scale arrests & confiscations under his election security EO. Does he have enough of the deep state on his side to make it happen?
All of the Trump team lawyers have made assertions and they have the evidence to prove those assertions. If it comes down to the wire, this evidence is what is needed to invoke the actions called for in the EO from 2018. Will Trump go there?
Maybe he is waiting to see if the judicial system works before going all in. Who knows what strategy he may take?
I have zero faith in a judicial system which believes Epstein killed himself.

Tonight the PA house and senate said they will be asserting their right to decide the election for Trump because of the “irregularities.” We will see how that develops. Trump trails 20,000 in Wisconsin and one county alone turned up 19,500 illegal ballots.
This computer stuff is noteworthy as I have heard a claim that someone had inserted a virus or trojan, whatever into the program that provided Trump’s people with a record of every time it was accessed and they have a record of multiple intrusions, additions, deletions etc.
It gets even better as Biden underperformed Obama and Clinton everywhere but Detroit, Philly, Milwaukee and Atlanta with astronomical improbabilities including more votes in Detroit than voters. Of the 19 so called bellwether cities considered key to victory historically, Trump won 18 along with ten million more votes than 2016. One may also note the Democrats make no claim of Trump stuffing ballots or having more mail-in ballots counted than requested.
Sharpen those bayonets. If true, they only have the full blown insurrection path left.
I read about the PA legislature wanting to take their power to appoint electors back from the SecState, but can they do it without the signature of the Wolfman? It is unclear to me if a simple resolution passed in both houses will accomplish it or if it has to be a law signed by the gov.

5-4 was intended to send a message.
Why was it not 9-0 is what concerns me. This means at least 4 justices are either in on it, woefully incapable of understanding the Constitution and/or probably being blackmailed.
Either way there needs to be a reckoning.
We know that 3 of the justices believe in a living Constitution and they side with the left, against the Constitution more than 90% of the time. Roberts is the unknown and he seems to be moving rapidly to the left.
I should have said “at least” 6-3… I also agree that Congress shall make NO LAW suggests NO LAW prima facia. But we have at least a couple justices facing the other way.
What conclusions have I come to? Well, Roberts is a smarmy two-faced puke, the ‘wise latina,’ Breyer and Kagan worship at the cult of progressivism’s altar. Kavanaugh is Catholic so he sided with the Church but I trust him as far as I can throw a bus if and when the election issue is placed before the court.
Moral people would ask why it wasn’t 9-0, but then again, that’s a wasted question because we know the answer.
