Much as Chief Justice John Roberts would like to be the finger down the Deep State’s throat to trigger the up-chucking of Mr. Trump from the nation’s gullet, it looks like he won’t get his chance in the new 6-3 disposition of the US Supreme Court. So far, it is Justice Samuel Alito in the lead, preparing a landing zone for the President’s case against the state of Pennsylvania in its shabby-ass attempt to stuff its ballot boxes with iffy mail-in votes. I believe that case is going to be heard, and Justice Robert’s position will be moot.
The problem over in PA is that its Act 77 bill passed before the election by the state legislature to expand absentee balloting (i.e., mail-in voting) did not comply with the PA state constitution, and required a constitutional amendment, which never happened. Could be pretty cut-and-dried. While the SCOTUS is thought to be reluctant to intervene in state constitutional issues, a case involving federal elections may prove an exception. And then there are other issues with the states of Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Arizona. A lot of electoral votes there.
The virtual takeover of US elections by the Dominion vote tabulation company was a stealth operation probably enabled by the connivance of scores of elected officials at both the federal and state levels — senators, congressmen, governors, and on down. It’s been going on for years due to the secrecy of the op and the complacency of the public, with a little help from the Democratic Party’s friends in the news media. Did money change hands? Potential criminal violations abound.
What on earth was Canada-based Dominion, with its grotty Smartmatic software — connected to Venezuela and to George Soros’s would-be world-changing Open Society Foundation, and very possibly to China’s ruling party — doing in charge of counting our votes? Perhaps serving something other than America’s national interest. We’ll soon find out in a way that will make a lot of heads explode.
An awful lot has been churning in the deep background for months before the election. Mr. Trump was onto the mass write-in vote scam enabled by the media-assisted hysteria over Covid-19. The wheels of genuine US intel against national security threats still turned in spite of whatever Deep State perfidy had been aimed at Mr. Trump himself from Day One in office, and the president made use of his own private counter-intel hackers to suss out the game — which was finally to overthrow him by ballot fraud. The result was Executive Order 13848 issued in September 2020, which specified foreign interference in elections as “an unusual and extraordinary threat to national security” and laid out some pretty stringent remedies.
The main one was a requirement for the top executive agencies — DOJ, DOD, Homeland Security, Treasury plus the Director of National Intelligence (Mr. Ratcliff) — to deliver an assessment within 45 days of the election. We’re now in the sweet-spot of that 45-day delivery period when something has to pop. Looks a little like the AG, Mr. Barr, has been dithering and wriggling painfully over this, and even making noises about resigning. But he may have already surrendered his credibility, with the foot-dragging of the FBI under Christopher Wray and the agency’s apparent lack of interest in election fraud. The consequences of EO 13848 will roll out with him or without him.
The real action was over at the Department of Defense, where the President hastily cleaned house this fall and installed the trustworthy Christopher Miller as SecDef, along with top aide Kash Patel and Joshua Cohen-Watnick as Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. Mr. Cohen-Watnick had been an assistant to General Michael Flynn, former Director of Defense Intelligence, in his brief tenure as National Security Advisor before getting sandbagged by Barack Obama and James Comey.
Both Mr. Cohen-Watnick and General Flynn are intimately familiar with the apparatus of Defense Intelligence, of course, and have been actively using it to identify DNC and Joe Biden activists who played a role in election irregularities as well as foreign actors. This wasn’t any RussiaGate type bullshit; it was the real deal. EO 13848 includes this provision:
The report shall identify any material issues of fact with respect to these matters that the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security are unable to evaluate or reach agreement on at the time the report is submitted. The report shall also include updates and recommendations, when appropriate, regarding remedial actions to be taken by the United States Government, other than the sanctions described in sections 2 and 3 of this order.”
The “remedial actions” are interesting. They include pretty severe sanctions against any “persons” (entity or company) involved in or enabling foreign interference in elections: attaching property in the US, blocking trade, and an array of financial restrictions and penalties. The EO does not spell out criminal penalties that might fall under the sedition and treason statutes, but expect these to be activated as the law provides. Quite a few political celebrities and figures in the news and social media may have exposed themselves to liability in this. If it doesn’t mean the end of Facebook or Twitter, it may spell the end of Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey running them. Also include the less-well-known execs at The WashPo, The New York Times, and several cable news networks.
Eventually, Mr. Trump will have to personally deliver the bad news to Joe Biden that he and Dr. Jill won’t be attending the inaugural ball on January 20 (live or on Zoom). Sound too wild to be true? Well, stand by on it. We’ll know soon enough.

Brian, I agree with everything in your first paragraph. But I don’t agree with most of the rest of what you said, especially “and now [the Deep State] are taking him out”. The Deep State, or more accurately the NWO, of which the Deep State is only the lower hierarchical levels, is going to keep Trump in office for basically the same reasons they put him in office in 2016. You will see.

Perhaps the end result is to entrap and then do away with all of the guilty in one fell swoop. They’re arrested, after which they’re taken to a court sans the writ of habeas corpus, where they are told of their charges, and very shortly thereafter found guilty as hell. I leave to your imagination as to what happens after that.

Looking at the situation rationally with all the obvious fraud it’s easy to conclude Trump will eventually win, but as I gawk at what’s happened in 2020 I see no sign of logic or common sense–and more to the point, no sign of any rule of law. Mega-crimes like theft of a federal election, theft of trillions during the corona shutdown, and Obamagate go unpunished, while the rest of us are punished for operating our own businesses or not wearing useless masks. Bob – I think the dems had a plausible plan to steal enough votes through Domnion that Joe Bribem won easily. Trump’s numbers were off the chart and the algorithms did not steal enough votes so they went to plan B to stuff the ballot boxes the old fashioned way with fake ballots. This had to be done in multiple states at the same time and made it obvious to anyone with a minor knowledge of statistics.

A couple of the Vietnam vets I grew up with and knew well do NOT fit the profile you present, though my sample size is very low and may well not be representative. Plus, more guys who were vets and came back never crossed paths ever again with me, so there is that uncertainty. But most certain are the three kids who were helicopter pilots, quickly became men, and came back in boxes. Had they lived, came home, and raised families my bet would be that they would fit in well with your example. Bottom line, what you present seem like accurate statements.

I was a Marine Grunt in 69. The four other Marines in my M-60 Gun Team and I were awarded 12 Purple Hearts total. Every single one of us was carried out of Nam, but we all made it home…and amazingly not one of us lost a limb, spine, or mind. Somewhere in between a 3rd to a 4th of my company was KIA (two platoons were over run – I was in one) another 3rd to a 4th had serious lifelong wounds they have lived with all their lives. It was the rare Marine Grunt who stayed in the bush that put in a full tour, 12 months and 20 days, without getting hit once. It’s also a rare day I don’t think about them.
I have never been arrested or done hard drugs. Had a successful corporate career, opened up my own consulting company at 55 that took off, been happily married for 44 years, been the best husband, Father, Grandfather I can be. Just built our dream house…hard to find a guy more blessed than me…and I know it. But, the war of my yout has left it’s mark…on mark…every pun intended.

Sorry for the delay answering your respectful questions…I am at the tail end of building a house, and today was a big day with the power being turned on for the first time!
Let me answer: “What would you have done differently had you had the chance-meaning immediately before you became a Marine Grunt? Stated differently: How would you re-write the script for your Vietnam tour”?
With a preamble for context:
I come from a long line of wartime (no career military members at all) citizen soldiers, sailors, and airmen (Rural PA. blue collar Irish Coal Miner Father – first generation Italian Mother – mostly raised in NJ after many of the mines closed when King Oil took over from diminished coal).
I had steeped myself in Marine Corps history as a boy. I announced I was enlisting in the Marines in 1963, at 13, after high school…and I did at 18 in 1968…the height of the war. That obsession was started by watching the Movie ‘The D.I.’ staring Jack Webb, and then reading the biography of Chesty Puller, then everything about the Marine Corps I could find.
Hindsight being 20-20 I wish I had read ‘WAR IS A RACKET’ by the greatest Marine who ever lived, Smedley Darlington Butler. If you have never read this booklet, it will put ‘MATTERHORN’ by Karl Marlantes into the correct context…nothing new under the sun…and explain why page 349 is the epitaph of Nam for Marine Grunts of my war and era.
Here is the truth about modern war:
I have one Grandfather who fought in WW1, my Father in WW2, and all my 10 uncles served in WW2 or Korea, most were combat veterans from three branches. (None were Marines).
I grew up hanging around a VFW on Saturday afternoons learning how to shoot pool (I can still run a rack) listening to my Dad and his friends discuss the war of their youths my entire boyhood.
I was enthralled listening to their experiences. I was popular with them as I was a polite respectful kid, and I would get them alone and ask real questions, with real interest, much like you have me.
I became a history buff…problem was the history I devoured never mentioned books filled with the truth like ‘War is a Racket’ and later the more revealing detailed ones, ‘Conspirators’ Hierarchy The Story of The Committee of 300’ or ‘The Killing of Uncle Sam’.
I saw the scars from their gunshot, shrapnel wounds, and the massive fire scars (one Uncle was the only survivor from a Sherman Tank a German tank blew up soon after D-Day – his entire back was burn scars).
Three of my uncles had Purple Hearts. They were some real badasses.
AT EIGHTEEN VIETNAM WASN’T MY TURN TO SERVE…IT WAS MY CHANCE!
I was also raised by a Father/Grandfather (me and my Grandpap shared a bedroom for 7 years – he was not the one in WW1 – but he was a devout Christian Constitutionalist) both rabid anti-Communists, and I grew the feathers of a HAWK.
I also knew I would earn the old GI Bill after my enlistment. I intended to use it…and I did. That was not the driving force but a part of the calculation that appealed to an ambitious blue collar kid.
However, I was youthfully, powerfully, and romantically eager for what I considered the crucible, the incubator, and the arena as that is how I saw the military as a boy…and at that time…war…a proving ground, a path to see what I was really made of…and to also see the world, and become an experienced and gritty man like all the men in both sides of my patriotic, blooded, scarred, blue collar family.
It was a tough tribe…everyone had an unfiltered cigarette hanging out of the corner of their mouth, a shot of whiskey in one hand, a Pabst Blue Ribbon glass bottle beer in the other hand…and that was just the women!
By 1966 at 16 I started following what was happening in Nam daily knowing I was only two years away from my eagerly anticipated enlistment. It was becoming a TV war you could watch daily, and I never missed an episode.
Then the filled body bags, and the guys in wheel chairs or missing a limb started trickling back to my hometown…then a steady stream came home to the haunting sound of taps.
After the second slightly older boy I grew up around and actually knew came home in a box, my Father tried to talk me into enlisting in the Navy, and my Mother was pleading with me not to enlist.
Nope…I stayed true to what I had fantasied about, believed, my boyhood military romantic daydreams were getting rattled, but I enlisted long before I would have been drafted.
That said, I was shot at my fourth day in-country during the Little Tet of 69…and the first time I saw a Marine’s head turned into an unrecognizable smashed egg in a micro second…my military romanticism was Killed In Action. After that I fought for survival and my buddies survival.
Question: “What would you have done differently had you had the chance-meaning immediately before you became a Marine Grunt”?
Answer: I didn’t know anyone more prepared than me for Parris Island…I had studied it, I knew what to expect each week having grilled many before me. I was (and still am) a short, aggressive, walking muscle. I was motivated, eager, pliable, and lost my voice twice screaming “KILL” on cue.
Question: “Stated differently: How would you re-write the script for your Vietnam tour”?
Answer: I wish I had not been in the Grunts and had avoided all the terror, gore, misery, death, killing, and especially the dead and maimed buddies screaming for their mother…if they had the time…all the haunting memories every veteran of every racket war lives with…and always will.
God did not create us to do to one another…no matter what side we are on…what we do to one another during war.

A week from today the Electoral College meets to vote. If Joe Bribem gets 270 it is game over for Trump. Any effort on his part to overturn the election will be seen by the useful idiots as the actions of a sore loser. The EC brings with it, credibility. If there is going to be any action, it needs to be this week.

Or, DJT can take unprecedented action-as only he is capable of doing-to force the real results of the vote to come into focus for all to see. If that involves temporary suspension of the Constitution so expedited discovery of the real results of the vote become known is that any worse than Joe and Hoe? If the man has the strength and proper backing then now is the time to make it happen.
Either choice could lead to a Bananna Republic (or are we already there??); what would you choose?
The issue lies in not knowing if DJT is what a lot of you think he is. What happens when that temp suspension becomes permanent one way or anther. Then we will have just made it too easy based on thinking he was the “savior”. I totally believe there was crazy fraud and would love to see it all exposed but would prefer that happen without suspension of the Constitution. If Joe was to get into office at least you know you will need to be preparing for all kinds of %&$@! The other way you may have just walked right into the train cars of your own accord.

Granted, DJT may turn out to be the most cunning con man in a long time-and that thought should not be forgotten.
Hobson’s Choice in risky situations often requires a lot of soul searching. Given that time is short and that logic/persuasion/presenting evidence of fraud/getting an honest and fair election result is a tall order, it would seem that a non-traditional strategy is in order and fast execution is a must.
We can only hope if DJT beats the hijackers and legitimately wins a second term that he then prioritizes his drain the swamp theme and gets results this time. Otherwise what we get in four years is what we are now facing with the prospect of Joe and Hoe.

Every morning (weekday mornings especially) as one surfs the alt-internet’s headlines, a mental graph appears which resembles a mountain range. The peak of each “mountain” is a headline and each article’s body represents the mountain itself which directly connects to the other mountains at the base.
Over time, the mountains become a “range” showing where we’ve been and where we’re going.
But are the mountains real or deceptive clouds hugging the horizon like a mirage? Like this:
From an optics standpoint, the perceived view might be this: Team Trump continued the appearance of swamp-fighting over the last four years. He ran a hard campaign and appears to be fighting more than ever, now. By any measure, Trump turned out the vote in ways that seem to have brought about revelations of voting fraud which have, in turn, forced the Deep State into acting desperate.
Recently, and currently, Attorney General Barr has been acting like a little bitch. Then, yesterday, we learned of the car
bombingaccident in Georgia which claimed the life of the Governors’ daughter’s boyfriend there; and in a way that looked as if a message was sent. Then, at the worst time, Rudy G. is diagnosed with Covid.Every day more discoveries are made that are, now, even connecting to past elections:
“Sidney Powell: We’ve Collected The Data, They’ve Been Stealing Congressional Seats For YEARS!”
And, the revelations tying Dominion election software to foreign nations is quietly going viral in ways that make the Covid look like a suppressed sneeze.
But, that is all in the background. What is happening now, right in front of us, in the lower caste of the American echelon, is, without any doubt, quite real.. Without any doubt. So, consider these mountain peaks as tips of the iceberg, if you will:

I am personally dubious that the scenario will play out as you suggest, but I am withholding judgment. The reason I do so is because the actions of Trump. Either he is detached from reality and trapped in denial, or he sees exactly what has happened and knows the gamble is worth it. I tend to believe the latter, as Trump has shown himself to be a master of the three dimensional chess board. Many have underestimated the man to their ruin.
I am reconciled to whatever comes. Ideally, of course, Trump will win. But maybe it could work out better if he doesn’t. Felix culpa, or “happy sin”, is the idea that the Fall of Adam was a good thing because it paved the way for the Resurrection. Secularized, it means an accident or other misfortune which has unanticipated benefits. The election of Obama was seen as a disaster on the right, but it ultimately caused the destruction of the Clinton machine and the ascendance of Donald Trump. So, felix culpa.
Without the Fall, there would have been no need for Jesus to come or for the Resurrection.
