I category disagree with this statement! As we are seeing today, in all its colors, people that do not believe in liberty believe mine and your liberty should be taken away. Logically, Mencken’s statement makes sense; practically it makes zero sense. Liberty should and must be forced on those that don’t want it because their goal is your slavery to the point of death.
