Just got back from K-roger and I was the only one walking around breathing free. The county ended their mask mandate Saturday.

Church this past Sunday is perfect example of what will happen: I got there a few minutes before start and saw one family-mom, daughter, son in law and grand daughter-get up and leave. I greeted my fellow back pew crew and sat thru a nice service. Afterwards I was chatting with another parishioner who told me that the masked family (mom) walked to the back of the church-30 feet away-and demanded to know why no one was wearing a mask.
NOTHING is going back to anywhere NEAR normal.

I saw very few masks in our service and all were on elderly frail people. I’m 70, but these people were old to me.

I’m sixty-six, and know of few places where one can know someone for so many years and still be friendly.
We have a great mix of ages in the sanctuary. Two rows behind us sat a young family with an infant. A nursery is provided for ages 1 – 4, but the Pastor encourages parents to bring their young ones as soon as they are ready. It is good for the 5 & 6 year olds to see their parents, grandparents and great grandparents worshiping the Lord and the fellowship of the family of believers.
O.k., a couple weeks ago the shots did not provide immunity, did not prevent the vaxxed from acquiring covid, did not prevent the vaxxed from spreading covid, and didn’t always prevent them from being sick enough with covid to be hospitalized. Instead, all it did — as admin stated in his article “This Was A Test, And We Failed” — was lessen symptoms in most ‘jab’ takers if they get covid, and increase their odds of survival from 99.8% to 99.85%.
WHAT CHANGED?
There was no incentive for people to get the jab. Most vax centers are pretty empty these days as the easy pickins have been had and now they have to provide a carrot to bring in the next group of suckers. There is a hard core group that will not voluntarily take it under any circumstance.
I’m not doubting the efficacy, but I don’t see the need. Of course the experimental nature of them certainly is an add’l disincentive.
As I have told my friends and family members (very few listened because Lester Holt told them it was safe)
1. It is NOT a vaccine, as defined by the FDA
2. It is NOT FDA approved
3. Nobody knows the long term effects it may cause
