It’s kind of odd to fixate on the proper term to use. What difference does it make what you call it?
Had an interesting conversation with an electrician friend this morning regarding certain parts and he says the time frame right now have all been reset to “52 weeks”. While it doesn’t apply to everything it does to the kinds of things he installs further upcreek than the residential installations. I suspect- although I didn’t say it- that once we get there the new target will be never.
This is the end of the world as we know it- not human life of course- but the one we all were familiar with and it is never going to come back. Reset works for me because that takes you back to square one in terms of determining what is essential and what was simply a life of luxury we confused with necessities.
Food, family, friends, and fitness are the only currency that is going to matter in the future, best get to work at making sure you’re stocked up on all of them.

Is it a little bit (easy) for those who have large farms and connections to be advising those who don’t that going back to square one is OK, when we know that they will not be affected. Tell a guy with a 8 x 10 balcony in a high rise condo who can’t raise food or livestock how OK he’ll be when he goes back to that magical “square one”.
