It’s been a year since my last Beg-A-Thon, and things are drastically different from twelve months ago. Last year at this time TBP views were on a steep upturn, averaging 38,000 per day and ramping into the mid 40,000 range from November through February of this year. Then our daily views suddenly dropped by 25% in the middle of March and have remained in the low 30,000 range since. Nothing changed on the site. If anything, we have increased our daily posts by 25%.
But something out in the search engine world was tweaked to deter searches from bringing TBP up as a link. I can’t prove it, but this happened simultaneously with the outbreak of the Ukraine war. My site has been one of the few who provides the non-MSM approved narrative about Putin being the bad guy. TBP has blown up the Covid narrative and the Ukraine narrative on a daily basis. That most certainly puts it on a list, and has certainly contributed to the large reduction in views. Censorship and suppression is how those in power control the narrative.
When the Silicon Valley censorship police target your website, you must be over the target. In some cases if the title of one on my articles was put into the search bar, you would need to go to page 10 before reaching The Burning Platform. The same article would come up on page 1 of a Google search near the top on Zero Hedge. I do not understand how websites are blackballed, but this site has clearly been censored and buried by those controlling internet searches. The 25% reduction in page views has had an equal negative impact on ad views and clicks.
Having been banned by a dozen ad companies already, and left with second tier ad companies, the 25% reduction in ad revenue has left TBP with ad revenue at the lowest level in three years. Even some of these 2nd tier companies have cut me off because most are beholden to the Google machine, which banned me years ago.
Another source of new readership had been Twitter. I had slowly but surely built up a following of over 3,000. We were posting all of our articles and getting a rising number of view per day. Two months ago I was banned permanently, with no explanation. At the same time, Whatfinger, who generated about 2,000 views per day, gave me the boot because I refused to bow to their asshole demands.
The only consistent funding source for TBP has been the generosity of the TBP family. The site is financially supported by a handful of extremely generous readers/commenters/members. We have 64 people who make automatic donations monthly, up from 62 at this time last year. Many have been contributing for years, and I thank them for their continued support. There are others who make regular donations, either through Paypal or through the mail, and the size of some of these donations has been staggering.
Essentially, the site donations on an annual basis are from less than 400 people, when annual page views are 12.7 million. Based on what I have seen in the last week, I expect they’ll be gunning for TBP in the near future. They took the Mercola site off-line last week, but he was ready with a Substack backup site. Of course, he had the resources to get prepared in advance of the bad guys trying to take him off-line. Multiple other sites saw Paypal cut them off with no warning, because they didn’t adhere to the establishment narrative.
I should prepare a Substack backup and a Paypal backup, but I run this site 24/7/365 and am already burnt out. I run it on weekends. I run it while on “vacation”. I run it on Christmas. I never take a day off because I feel the obligation to provide an alternative viewpoint you won’t find anywhere else. TMWNN protects TBP the best he can, but we are at the mercy of outside vendors like Go Daddy and Cloudflare, who could pull the plug at any moment. They could probably be replaced, but not quickly.
I enjoy writing articles, even though I sometimes depress myself by the time I get to the end of the articles. I think my Fourth Turning view of the world is proving to be correct and I hope TBP has helped many of you prepare for the coming storms. I think we have created a strong on-line community and many of us have even met face to face. The way things are going, we may meet at a FEMA camp in the not too distant future.
There is no doubt TBP is a thorn in the side of the Great Reset crowd seeking the destruction of our nation. We are a tiny thorn, which so far has not gained enough traction to be deemed a major threat. But the suppression of the site by the social media and search engine censorship police proves they don’t like the truth we are providing everyday. I think Huxley captures what we are up against on a daily basis:
I fear sites like mine will be outlawed once the Biden handlers declare me a domestic terrorist. Dissenters from the approved narrative will be silenced electronically. I plan to do everything in my power to keep this site up and running. I’ll keep seeking the truth and attempting to be a beacon of light and free speech in the darkness increasingly engulfing this troubled world.
It is my sincere desire to provide readers of this site (who hopefully will become active participants) with the best unbiased information available, and a forum where it can be discussed openly, as our Founders intended. But it is not easy nor inexpensive to do so, especially when those who wish to prevent us from making the truth known, attack us without mercy and at all fronts on an almost daily basis.

I have learned more here from the assortment of features plus comments than anywhere else. Medical, political, financial, spiritual, commercial, legal…it goes on and on. Zerohedge used to be the go-to but it’s lost its luster. If I had to choose one site to read to keep up with fan-hitting shit of every stripe, this would be it. 1. It is probably not allowed to send cash by Fedex, according to Fedex rules
2. It might violate US laws as well (maybe only for larger amounts)

When I buy stuff with cash (several hundred $$$) from people blacklisted by PayPal and banks, I send it in a package w/ tracking and usually taped to a piece of wood but this is domestic USA without sticky fingered customs. The wood is just to keep it from falling out of the box and sometimes envelops get lost under sorting machines. (I had one turn up after ~2 years.) Crypto also had no borders.
If you need to hide a small amount of cash from people inspecting EVERY package then hiding it three deep or inside some kind of artisan good is usually sufficient. It’s trivial to roll up a few bills inside a pen and toss it in with some random hobby supplies.

Being wealthy was not wrong in itself, and having a good harvest was no sin. The man’s error lay in his making these the main things in his life. His whole confidence was in his riches. When looking to the future, he did not take God into account.

I am with you on your 24/7/365 commitment Jim, and these last several months in UK have been so intense that my wife, Yvonne, was concerned that I might ‘blow out’ again (as in 1990 when I ended up in the funny farm) so she suggested I seek a voluntary WFH research assistant and I am pleased to say I have two prospects – the angels have been working hard recently! 🙂
However, I concurrently decided to ‘work study’ my own systems and work practices which revealed a rather unplanned, reactive but not entirely chaotic, working pattern with associated variable sleep sessions. I have now implemented a flexible ‘watch system’ which I have used for decades at sea: 4 hrs on, 4hrs on call, 4hrs sleep. So I abandoned my rigid and timed (landsmen’s) systems (ie at 1030 I shower, have breakfast, and watch the first news of the day, back to work, lunch 1300 etc). I am now totally flexible and my wife loves it, but I did need one additional item – a second PC Tower, running BBC, GB News, Al-Jazeera, etc and of course Snooker! My wife now has the TV to herself – and I am far less stressed – in fact totally relaxed with over 275 unread archived, emails to plough through sometime! Try it?
