MARCH OF FOLLY: FALL OF AMERICAN EMPIRE

“Folly is a child of power.” Barbara W. Tuchman, The March of Folly: From Troy to Vietnam

The March Of Folly - Repeated?

“A phenomenon noticeable throughout history regardless of place or period is the pursuit by governments of policies contrary to their own interests. Mankind, it seems, makes a poorer performance of government than of almost any other human activity. In this sphere, wisdom, which may be defined as the exercise of judgment acting on experience, common sense, and available information, is less operative and more frustrated than it should be. Why do holders of high office so often act contrary to the way reason points and enlightened self-interest suggests? Why does intelligent mental process seem so often not to function?” Barbara W. Tuchman, The March of Folly: From Troy to Vietnam

The term “folly” is particularly apt at this stage in the decline of the great American empire. Folly is defined as: criminally or tragically foolish actions or conduct; an excessively costly or unprofitable undertaking. If ever a word captured the actions of American political leaders in the 21st Century and reflect the tragic downfall of an empire borne out of the ashes of the Second World War, it is the term “folly”.

For the last two decades I’ve been befuddled by the inane foolishness of our leaders, as they have driven the nation into a bottomless pit of debt at an astoundingly ridiculous pace, initiated military conflict across the globe, and in the last three years initiated anti-human policies guaranteed to destroy our economic system, depopulate the planet, increase human suffering, and turn the world into a techno-gulag where we will own nothing, eat bugs, and bow down to the commands of globalist overlords.

None of what is being jammed down our throats is based upon reason, facts, or common sense. Why do governments initiate policies destined to destroy the nations they have been entrusted to administer? Is it purely incompetence and stupidity, or is it purposeful and evil?

The March of Folly - Wikipedia

When I heard the term folly last week, it triggered a memory of reading Barbara Tuchman’s 1984 book – The March of Folly: From Troy to Vietnam. After reading her Pulitzer Prize winning treatise on the opening days of World War I – The Guns of August – I immediately became a huge fan of her work. She had the ability to bring the boring dry facts of history to life with her vivid descriptions of events and making it interesting for the average person.

Her storytelling acumen was second to none. She made you feel like you were part of the story. I subsequently read her other Pulitzer Prize winning tome – Stillwell and the American Experience in China, along with The Zimmerman Telegram, The Proud Tower: A Portrait of the World before the War – 1890–1914, and A Distant Mirror: The Calamitous Fourteenth Century. But it is her March of Folly book which captures the absurdity of our world at this time in history.

Tuchman addresses four instances throughout history when, paradoxically, governments pursued policies clearly contrary to their own interests. The first three were: the Trojans’ decision to move the Greek horse into their city, the failure of the Renaissance popes to address the factors that would lead to the Protestant Reformation in the early sixteenth century, and England’s policies relating to American colonies under King George III.

But Tuchman spent half of her 1984 book discussing the most recent government folly – the Vietnam War. Vietnam was still an open wound in the mindset of Americans, after the deaths of 58,000 U.S. boys, over 150,000 wounded in action, and the emotional and physical toll on those who came back haunted by what they saw and had to do to survive. This epic folly also resulted in the deaths of over 2 million Vietnamese. It appears the arrogant leaders of all empires fall into the trap of committing foolish acts out of hubris and overestimation of their intellectual and political power.

Vietnam: The Real War – in pictures | Art and design | The Guardian

“The follies that produced the loss of American virtue following Vietnam begin with continuous overreacting, in the invention of endangered national security, the invention of vital interest, the invention of a commitment which rapidly assumed a life of its own.” Barbara W. Tuchman, The March of Folly: From Troy to Vietnam

For an empire which only came into existence in 1946 through the destruction of Europe and Japan, along with agreement by the vanquished and the nearly bankrupt victors to elevate the USD as the currency to rule the world, an avalanche of folly has led us to near ruin. This path towards empire began shortly after Jefferson warned to not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt and Washington warned to not engage in foreign entanglements and costly alliances. Lincoln’s consolidation of Federal power, while pushing the nation further into debt, and setting a precedent of using military might to accomplish political ambitions.

As our industrial strength grew, imperialist tendencies continued to blossom, with the government and media (Randolph Hearst) joining forces to instigate the Spanish American war. After being elected on a platform of not getting the U.S. into World War I, Woodrow Wilson reneged on his promise and sent American troops to fight in a war we had no business entering. This after he had already handed the financial future of our nation over to a private banking cabal and set in motion the perpetual creation of debt and taxation which would eventually create the dynamics of collapse, now on our doorstep.

He Kept Us Out of War (Until the last election that is)

“The process of gaining power employs means which degrade or brutalize the seeker, who awakes to find that power has been possessed at the cost of virtue or moral purpose lost.” Barbara W. Tuchman, The March of Folly: From Troy to Vietnam

Wilson’s global machinations and involvement in the vengeful Treaty of Versailles laid the groundwork for WW2, where the supremacy of the American Empire began its ascension and power-hungry men put a final nail in the coffin of the idea of an American Republic of the people, by the people, and for the people. America has squandered any claim to being a virtuous and moral light in a darkening world. Instead, those who have degraded and discarded the Constitution over the last several decades have captured the levers of power within government and are inflicting their tragically foolish intrigues upon a world gone mad.

Bretton Woods System and Agreement

Ever since Bretton Woods insured the USD would reign supreme across the globe, at the point of a gun, the American empire has expanded and bullied the rest of the world into falling in line. When bribery didn’t work, missiles and boots on the ground were employed. Not once in the seventy-eight years since WW2 has our nation faced a threat requiring the use of our military, but somehow our political leaders, at the behest of the military industrial complex, have intervened militarily more than 250 times in countries around the world.

Not one conflict since WW2 has been waged with a formal declaration of war as required by the U.S. Constitution. The Korean War, Persian Gulf War, Bosnia, Libya, Afghanistan, and now Ukraine have all been fought under the cover of UN Resolutions. Vietnam, Iraq, and the never-ending War on Terror were all authorized by Congress, without a formal declaration of war. Essentially, the U.S. president can bomb anyone he wants anywhere in the world, with no accountability to anyone.

Tuchman concentrated the majority of her book on the greatest folly of the American empire, until that point, the Vietnam War. The persistent aspects of folly all played a part in the disastrous outcome of that foolish bloody conflict.

“Their three outstanding attitudes – obliviousness to the growing disaffection of constituents, primacy of self-aggrandizement, illusion of invulnerable status – are persistent aspects of folly”. Barbara W. Tuchman, The March of Folly: From Troy to Vietnam

Lyndon Johnson, an arrogant power-hungry politician, listened to his soulless neocon warmongering Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara and bloviating incompetent generals in using the fake Gulf of Tonkin attack as the motivation to broaden the war in Vietnam. Johnson saw the U.S. as the last bastion against the expansion of communism by the Soviet Union and China.

He and the military industrial complex, warned about by Eisenhower, saw themselves as invulnerable and able to defeat any foe. They found it laughable that a mighty military empire could be defeated by lowly peasants in rice paddies. He was so arrogant he thought he could even defy the law of economics which said you had to choose between guns and butter. He chose guns, butter, and his Great Society welfare state. These insane choices set in motion a tsunami of inflation, debt creation, and a never-ending cover-up operation to give the empire the continued appearance of stability and power.

Iconic photos of the Vietnam War | CNN

As Johnson dropped tons of bombs, napalmed villages, sprayed agent orange to defoliate jungles while poisoning his own soldiers, and sent 550,000 young men into the swamps of hell on earth, the American public began to realize there was no vital strategic interest in Vietnam. He ignored the violent protests and growing discontent sweeping across the land, led by the youth of the country. McNamara realized the war was unwinnable and resigned in 1968.

Johnson followed by choosing not to run for reelection in 1968. But the nature of a folly once set in motion is to continue in motion. Despite knowing the war was unwinnable in 1967, the politicians, bureaucrats and generals sacrificed the lives of 38,000 American boys between 1968 and 1975, when the war officially ended. These boys were cannon fodder so their leaders could save face and not admit they had made a dreadful decision in fighting that war.

Napalm: The Devilish Brew That Changed War | Radio Boston

Weak men would rather let the awful murderous momentum carry-on rather than ceasing their folly. A lack of intelligent thought, use of reason, understanding the facts on the ground, a major dose of hubris, cognitive dissonance, and cowardliness in refusing to admit they were wrong, permanently damaged the reputation of the United States as a bastion of righteousness and integrity in the world. As usual, the only lesson learned from history is the leaders of empires never learn the lessons of why previous empires have fallen. As Tuchman noted, persistence in error is the ultimate folly.

“The folly consisted not in pursuit of a goal in ignorance of the obstacles but in persistence in the pursuit despite accumulating evidence that the goal was unattainable, and the effect disproportionate to the American interest and eventually damaging to American society, reputation and disposable power in the world.” Barbara W. Tuchman, The March of Folly: From Troy to Vietnam

Since Tuchman wrote her book in 1984, those calling the shots in this empire of debt have committed far more horrendous acts of folly as we approach the denouement and fall of this short-lived military realm. And the rapidity of these foolish ventures has only accelerated as each foolish venture leads to far more foolish responses to try and cover-up the previous acts of foolishness. The lessons of Vietnam were not learned, as we intervened in the Iraq-Iran War on the side of Sadaam, because Iran overthrew the dictator installed by a CIA coup in 1953.

What New Declassifications Reveal about the 1953 Coup in Iran

The CIA also armed Osama bin Laden and his Mujahideen groups to fight the Soviet Union during the Soviet–Afghan War. Then a few years later Sadaam was our mortal enemy because he invaded Kuwait over a border dispute. And Osama’s Al-Qaeda fighters become public enemy #1 after being tagged as the perpetrators of 9/11, launching the War on Terror folly.

Then Bush Jr. and his neo-con puppeteers Cheney and Rumsfeld feigned the threat of Sadaam’s WMDs as an excuse for the disastrous Iraq War, where thousands of American soldiers were killed and wounded for nothing, and generations of new Muslim enemies were created by the mass slaughter of Iraqis. The lesson of the Soviet empire dying in Afghanistan was lost on the egotistical psychopaths who then proceeded to spend the next two decades sacrificing more young men fighting the Taliban, to then withdraw in shameful failure and hand the country back over to the Taliban, who then tortured and killed anyone who collaborated with the U.S. and again took away all the rights of women. Mission Accomplished, as Bush Jr. would say.

But it was during Nobel Peace Prize winner Obama’s reign of error where acts of folly ratcheted up to a new level of deceitfulness and chaos creation. Both Syria and Libya were run by dictators who marched to their own drumbeat and did not bow to the imperial American empire. They had oil revenue, modern cities, and fairly secular societies, with little terrorism or radical Islamist influences. Obama, his neo-con advisors, and the military industrial complex needed chaos and war to keep their racket going.

A flailing empire faced with intractable economic decline needs foreign enemies to distract the masses and fill the coffers of the Deep State, as the nation circles the drain. Obama and his despicably evil Secretary of State Clinton created ISIS from the ashes of the Iraq War as the means to deposing Assad. He also funded the forces whose job was to overthrow and kill Muammar Gaddafi, along with pretending the humanitarian crisis in Yemen didn’t exist. These foolish actions have resulted in the inevitable blowback, a diminishing trust of the U.S. among nations, the deaths of millions, and the destruction of once thriving countries, leaving nothing but destruction and suffering in the wake of its imperial misadventures.

The greatest act of folly during the Obama administration was the CIA and Victoria (“Fuck the EU”) Nuland initiated Maidan coup in the Ukraine in 2014, toppling the democratically elected president Viktor Yanukovych, and replacing him with a U.S. puppet Petro Poroshenko and his neo-Nazi allies. This coup was purposely conducted to diminish Putin’s influence in Ukraine, but set the stage for the tragedy still unfolding today and possibly leading to World War 3.

Jimmy Dore SLAMS Media Lies Over Ukraine, Says CIA Coup Helped Ignite War - YouTube

Putin’s response to the coup was to annex Crimea, so the Russian navy retained its Black Sea port, and support the Russian speaking rebels in the Donbas. Obama revealed his yellow streak by avoiding direct confrontation with Putin, but used the old toothless sanctions card to pretend he was hurting Russia.

The propaganda war has never ceased, with the Ukraine nazis shooting down an airliner and attempting to pin the blame on the Russians. For eight years the nazis had bombed and slaughtered Russian speaking civilians in Eastern Ukraine. Meanwhile, the Biden crime family took advantage of the most corrupt country on earth by milking it like a dairy cow. Zelensky, a two-bit sitcom actor, was installed in 2019 by corrupt Ukrainian billionaire oligarchs and was given the task of provoking war with Russia by unleashing his nazi Azov legions in Donbas, slaughtering women, children, and other non-combatants. It worked. Putin’s invasion in February 2022 was meant to free the eastern provinces from the senseless slaughter and establish a new border between the Ukraine and Russia.

SD22 (@MikaelSD22) / Twitter

Both sides were at the negotiating table in March 2022 when in an act of supreme folly, the US instructed their UK lackey – Boris Johnson – to threaten/bribe Zelensky into turning hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians into cannon fodder in order to further enrich the imperial empire’s military industrial complex and try to provoke Putin into a broader war, with the goal of deposing him. Of course, Putin is playing chess, while our pedo dementia patient in chief is playing checkers, but just wants some ice cream and his diaper changed.

Political Cartoons - Tooning into Sleepy Joe Biden - World Chess Match - Washington Times

There is one thing for certain. Foolish acts, foolish interventions, and foolish policies are enacted by fools and supported by fools. The history of government folly makes perfect sense when you realize mediocre men with small minds and a lust for power are drawn to politics and passionately inflict their idiocy on the masses who were too stupid or too apathetic to care about who they chose to lead them. The quotes below perfectly describe what has occurred since 2020.

A basement dwelling dementia patient with anger issues, who likes to touch children, collect his 10%, and eat ice cream was installed by the Deep State in a rigged election, as a means to destroy what remains of our society as part of a globalist Great Reset agenda. The same strategy was used to get a brain damaged galoot, whose IQ before the stroke was sub-100, elected as a senator from PA, despite his inability to speak a coherent sentence or comprehend a basic question. These are little minds running a “great” empire. We deserve what we get and we’re gonna get it really hard.

“As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day, the plain folks of the land will reach their heart’s desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.” H.L. Mencken

Photos of Joe Biden Eating Ice Cream Fetterman Won't Debate Oz, Cites 'Recovery' From Massive Stroke

“A great empire and little minds go ill together.” Edmund Burke

The nearly insane actions, decisions, illegal mandates, and squandering of taxpayer funds to enrich pharmaceutical mega-corporations and arms dealers to fight the annual flu and an undeclared war against Russia are either the acts of a madman or someone who has been captured by malevolent mercenaries and is doing their bidding for fear of the consequences to himself and his family.

Biden has been an incompetent, lying, gaffe machine during his entire 40 years in politics, but his dementia has made him the perfect patsy for the Deep State and globalist banking interests. Going back to the definition of folly – criminally or tragically foolish actions or conduct – Biden’s actions and conduct most certainly meet the criteria. It seems no amount of failure and disastrous outcomes can shake Biden and his cronies from their senseless path of destroying the economy and cultural fabric of the nation, while provoking a global conflagration against two nuclear powers simultaneously.

What if Joe Biden wins? It could mean long-term trouble for Democrats | Salon.com

Do they really believe the ridiculous Great Reset agenda based on climate change falsehoods, depopulation, global rule over the peasants by a few billionaire oligarchs, and artificial intelligence programs running the world? Has their ideology blinded them to facts, reason and a course which would be most beneficial to mankind? Or are these the desperate acts of people trapped by the folly of their predecessors, who feel obligated to keep marching the world off a cliff and into the abyss because they have no answers?

Thelma & Louise' Alternate Ending

We know for a fact the national debt is $31.5 trillion and unfunded liabilities total in excess of $200 trillion and can never be honored. But the whole world is in the same boat, with total global debt exceeding $300 trillion and debt to GDP at 350%, up from 278% just prior to the Great Financial Crisis of 2008. The “China Century” narrative will also prove false, as they owe one-third of that global debt figure.

There is no escape from this tsunami of unpayable debt. Central banks, trying to fend off hyper-inflation, have raised rates by 2% to 4%, which has increased interest expense on the debt by $3 trillion, on a path to $8 trillion. Facing this dire situation, politicians across the globe have insanely ramped up government spending, accelerating towards the cliff, disregarding the horrible consequences awaiting the citizens they are supposed to represent.

Are the covid scam, vaccine mandates, foreign interventions, UFO distractions, gender absurdity, wokeness tripe, and fake climate crisis all just engineered distractions to allow the perpetrators of this engineered demolition to continue their wealth pillaging operation until the last moment? In reality, no one will survive this debt induced folly if they trigger nuclear Armageddon because their psychopathic level of hubris blinds them to where they are driving this world.

As anyone awakened to the scam of political parties and media propaganda designed to distract and create fear knows, you won’t be able to vote yourself out of this predicament, put into motion 110 years ago. The options are few, as some sort of collapse is inevitable. The globalist Great Reset crowd want a collapse where they retain their wealth, power and control and you own nothing, eat bugs, live in a pod, and obey your masters.

World Economic Forum on Twitter: "Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better @IdaAuken https://t.co/ykE42yOrRR https://t.co/xQRLAtXdgm" / Twitter

Once the collapse is initiated no one knows how it will proceed. They will lose control of the narrative and the path of events. This is where groups of rational thinking patriots will have an opportunity to reverse some of the follies inflicted upon them during this century and regain some of the liberties and freedoms taken from them, while inflicting punishment upon those guilty of treason. Serious men will need to take serious measures to triumph during the coming crisis.

The choices will be between disastrous and unpalatable. There are no good choices left. A future of little or no government, with local communities of like minded people working together to live a purposeful life should be the goal. But, as Plato noted over two thousand years ago, the masses will remain ignorant and distracted by their technological gadgets, unable to see beyond the shadows and lies of a culture manipulated to keep them from thinking or comprehending how badly they have been exploited and oppressed by their foolish government leaders. The march of folly is perpetual.

I am fine. All good here. No toxic clouds, weather is fine.

I would comment/post but there are two issues. The first is that I have negative interest in covid/vax/etc. articles. I will stay away when I see them en masse. Your site, your decision, but I have extreme covid fatigue. It is just not for me, and it dramatically reduces the numbers of articles I am interested in. I just have gravitated away as a result. There are few articles up on that topic today, and so here I am. A black sheep wandering home.

The second is I am not happy that I haven’t been able to adapt to the new TBP. It was the Wild West, as we well know. We were all good, though combative, friends. I was disappointed to discover that some things I had said and done had had an impact on someone’s real life. It wasn’t my intent. I thought everyone understood this was not a real place, and when we hung up the gloves, real life kicked back in. It has given me great pause that people take things truly personally. I respect everyone that posts here, I really do. I would not wish anyone here ill. And I was disturbed that there were true hard feelings beyond just internet warring. I have been trying to come to grips with that.

LLPOH,

Covid, imo, has proven to be the biggest event in history save the birth of Christianity. Again, imo. Hence the articles. Has covid been written about more than the world’s financial condition?

You should stick around. The more the merrier.

For some reason, this article is one of my favorites all time.

Electronic billboards in Moscow Russia are broadcasting war images with the message “”Moscow is preparing for tomorrow’s historic day. There will be no turning back. 21.02.23” Here’s video from Moscow:

ATTENTION!!! What are the Russians preparing for us on February 21? !!! ALERT !!!
I don’t know what it is that President Vladimir Putin has planned. Of course, all of us already know that, last week, the Russian government ORDERED all TV and radio stations in the country to carry President Putin’s speech to the Federal Assembly tomorrow. They were all told to expect it to be a one hour speech.

Never before in Russia’s history has government ORDERED the carrying of a Presidential speech live, on every TV and radio station in the country – because the country has twelve time zones and is so huge, the government allowed TV and Radio to cover past speeches as appropriate for each time zone. Not tomorrow.

So whatever is coming, tomorrow looks like it’s a doozy.

IF your intent was to hurt, then you need to own that shit. IF NOT, then life is too short to worry over such minutia…IMHO.

The Covid stuff I get completely. We all know what happened…2+ years after the fact. In two more years we’ll have the truth of today, if we’re still here in two more years.

Bottom line: You do you. We’re all good with that. Most of us, anyway?

“We … have to be clear that if there are any thoughts and efforts by the Chinese and others to provide lethal support to the Russians in their brutal attack against Ukraine, that that is unacceptable,” Thomas-Greenfield told CNN’s ‘State of the Union,’ adding that it “would be a red line.”

Her words came as Blinken was meeting Wang Yi on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference in Germany. There, the US diplomat told his Chinese counterpart that the US was “very concerned that China is considering providing lethal support to Russia,” Blinken told NBC’s Chuck Todd in the wake of the meeting.

“I made clear that that would have serious consequences in our relationship,” the state secretary added. He also claimed that the US was aware of Beijing providing Moscow with nonlethal assistance “over these past months,” adding that this aid allegedly goes “directly to aiding and abetting Russia’s war effort.”

Mentioning Chinese , tuning into a few minutes of Dan Bongino today I seriously laughed my ass off the hypocrisies not only with Dan and his conservative whatever but that of the demons over on the left as well.

Dan expressed frustration with liberals he says are all in on Chinese nationals crossing the Texas border out of Mexico thinking they are something good when they are only interested in sabotaging US infrastructure of various nature.

Backtrack into the archives of hypocrisy, I waited a while hoping the broadcast would announce a call in number as I wanted to chime in and remind Dan how former Texas governor Rick Perry ushered in I assume Chinese nationals when he orchestrated the deal with the Chinese company, Huawei , in a Chinese set up in Plano , Texas. I wonder if Dan even understands that and could he say those Chinese landing in Plano did not have ideas of sabotaging as well? What is the difference even the 12 years or so ago when Rick expanded the Texas’ economy with a Chinese company?

Wonder why Dan did not mention the Plano deal?

Oh, those Huawei Chinese did not have to wade or swim the Rio Grande. They were given the red carpet treatment coming to Texas and probably thinking how stupid are these people, we’re gonna sabotage some US. Priceless!

Hey Llpoh just reading thru this sub-thread and concur, I have same reasons for stepping away.

And yeah, while not quite as irascible as you, in my opinion, I do wear, like you, on the words I say. And like you I am tired of COVID getting in the way. Tired that the whole thing was, and is, a zero sum game, where everything being lost is someone else’s gain.

Like you there isn’t much left to say. The few things left unsaid are counted to be captured perfectly by Admin like he has done today.

It is shame that you spend less time here though. Your words do have a weight that cannot be measured in the blues of the day.

If it matters I harbour no grudges. Reason being that I have always viewed you a wise elder who in the best traditions of native culture had the best intentions even though they may appear on surface in a somewhat caustic way . You and many others here have helped me move on from counting myself oppressed to being truly free at last. So thanks!

Regarding grudges – hell yes it matters that we don’t harbour them. I only remember us falling foul over something or other once, and that is one of my few regrets over the years here. I behaved poorly – hard to imagine, I know!

And no, you are nowhere near as irascible as me.

Could the reason they don’t do it that way have anything to do with them betting on you dying before you break even?

I put a pencil to it taking SS benefits at 62. I don’t feel like a bum. I never desired filing disability under false claims, quack doctors, lies , etc. I’d have to live to about 82 for a “break even” on SS benefits , tallying total fiat $$$ awarded from age 62-82 and total fiat $$$ from age 65 full retirement for me less COLA adjustments. That would be 2035. No way I could wait until 70 for the biggest monthly draw. I had to get out , had to get away from corporations, their diversity bullshit and working around queers plus a DFW metroplex population explosion, crazy bastards from California and elsewhere driving the public roads etc. In 2033 when the abuse of the system craters will it matter anyway. I know people in their upper 80’s that get around well. Then there are those that are bed ridden basically at even a younger age. It’s a roll of the dice and I’m ok as a wannabe farmer. I had to get out when the opportunity arose. It helps not to have shit load of debt.

Mentioning DFW, every time I go there to visit an aging 90 year old relative in a memory care center for four years , it takes me a couple days to “get over it”. That place sucks.

Wilson’s global machinations and involvement in the vengeful Treaty of Versailles laid the groundwork for WW2.

I liked the article, but will not tolerate inaccuracy and hyperbole. Although I think president Wilson was a petty dictator, it was the French who were responsible for the “vengeful Treaty of Versailles”. If I remember right, Wilson was against the brutal terms of the treaty. He was still a bad president.

WRT Woodrow Wilson, a young historian from Florida has done massive research on him from his childhood through his Princeton years and through his presidency. The podcast is called Dangerous History Podcast by C.J. Killmer. Here’s a link to the latest episode .
As you can ascertain, Killmer is no fan of Wilson but to me the depth of his analysis really brings home what a harmful tyrant Wilson was and how his legacy led inexorably to the situation we suffer under today. Longtime lurker, seldom a commenter.

We’re cash cows, bro. What do you do with a milk cow that dries up or a chicken that quits laying? Generally, you kill them and eat them.

If you’ve quit providing income to the Gov’t, you are no longer of any use to them. They may not eat you, but they sure as Hell will stop feeding you and/or housing you. They also have no problems with poisoning you or shooting you…anything to cut loose from the dead weight. Gov’t is a business and you are nothing but a commodity to them.

Lose your value and you’d better have really good reflexes and instincts.

When the blood is on your doorstep, THAT is when you will realize the need for action. In response to the question above, prepare yourself and those for whom you are responsible. Oh, and keep your head down and avoid crowds.

I have always been one wanting a peaceful resolution – think Gandhi type protests. Truckers could also sway things en masse pretty fast. But a general will would be required.

The people that are productive can fix this stuff almost overnight if they act. It could be done peacefully. The non-productive would simply be unable to move, eat, proceed with their non-productive lives. But my recent trip to the US didn’t fill me with hope. Folks generally were apathetic.

Emotionally and spiritually healthy persons have learned to curb their natural inclinations to lie, cheat, steal, murder, and otherwise cause harm to fellow humans. Neither do they aspire to boss a group of people around for their own self-aggrandizement; rather, there is a positive motive behind great leadership.

What we have in our political class is a motley crew of psychopaths, sociopaths, narcissists, and possessors of assorted personality disorders including dementia. Just for starters, where would you place Nancy Pelosi and Lyndon Johnson on that spectrum? How about Colin Powell?

Unfortunately post modern culture cannot stimulate moral virtue because it can’t define it, so the crazy crowd can easily run amuck, and what more profitable destination to do so than DC? Meanwhile complacent and idiotic voters are no match for the machinations (pun intended) of the swamp creatures.

I wish Donald Trump would stop telling the folks at his rallies what a great and fabulous nation the United States is. That’s about the last thing the MAGA hordes need to hear. The lateness of the hour demands a great reset of reality, in other words Americans need to get their heads out of their behinds. Close to a 30 year friend recently told me…as we were talking about current events and what I thought what is coming soon:

“Yea…but a lot of people think you have been way out there for a long time.”

I knew exactly who he is talking about as it is not that big of a circle he and I are in (I have other circles). Self-perception is not a problem with me.

I then interrupted him with the abrupt but effective traffic cop stop hand signal…with direct unflinching eye contact saying in a low guttural voice”.

“And I was right”!

He took a deep breath, sighed…letting the air out, looked down…and got quiet. Because he knew I was.

As an example he debated with me for years against Chemtrails…then I would call him and say ‘LOOK UP’…and finally he actually went on:

Geoengineering Affects You, Your Environment, and Your Loved Ones

Because of me he is somewhat prepped up, we have spent a lot of time together and our wives are close.

I have pressed him over the years to get ready for TSHTF, now I tell him famine is coming…and now he is listening.

I once paid him (many years ago) for computer work/favor with a bucket of freeze dried food…just to introduce him to the availability of food with a longer shelf life then him…but a shelf life that matched his children’s shelf life. I think that got his attention as I preach prep for family legacy in many ways.

He has some silver (I wish he had more) he could afford it. He has no real wealth and needs no gold, but he could use way more silver then the token amount he has.

He has increased his arms and ammo (he doesn’t understand ‘fire and ‘maneuver’ and the gear/mags you must have on your body to do both…but he has never been in the shit and never experienced it…so that is hard to convince him he is lacking in that critical prep…but he is well armed…but does not have enough ammo at all in my opinion.

I have no illusion how many perceive me…I couldn’t care less…especially at this point.

Especially with regard to trump’s hyperbole about ‘Murica the Great. Just like his touting of the stock market, it always rang false to me — and in fact was based on his own previous statements (i.e. in the 2016 race he said the market was rigged; “MAGA” itself implies the US is currently sub-par). To comment about the article some: one thing that amazes me re Australia is how they are still close to the Brits and the Yanks. The Brits used the Aussies as cannon fodder every chance they got, and yet they still are a member of the Commonwealth. I understand more the attachment to the US – the Aussies have this idea that the US will help them if China stirs up shit in the region. I am not so sure, but at least I understand it. And so Australia tags along whenever the US heads to whatever shithole they decide needs liberating next.

Seems to me the big players are all poking and prodding and looking for an excuse to go hot. This may end very poorly indeed.

Leah,

Have you not seen “Slumdog Millionaire” or whatever that movie was titled? It depicted the same thing — organized crime thugs mutilating children to use as beggars. I’ve seen beggars in South Asia with somewhat similar injuries. Of course, I do not know if those injuries were obtained through unfortunate circumstances or were induced by evil fucks — but we should all know by now that there are people in this world that are evil enough to do that.

There’s always the lone wolf who would prefer to spend his final days hunting down pieces of shit like you in order to instruct them in the ways of pain and regret rather than watch reruns in a drug induced stupor. Hope you’re prepared for that contingency. You sure won’t see it coming. That much is clear from your pissy attitude.

My best friend actually beat a man to death (self defense) in a nursing home without ever leaving his wheelchair!

Fuck with the elderly and you may not live long enough to become one yourself.

Age has a way of making you look at life as a function of Quality over quantity.

There’s also the whole “bucket list” concept to deal with. Most people have gone their entire lives without ever seeing the inside of another human being. Sort of a weird item for the list, but there are some weird ass people out there with even stranger bucket lists.

Thanks for the feedback!

However, the insanity creepeth in even here, especially in the form of meth labs and ruined families.

I stopped using commercial feed a week or so ago. Was getting one egg a day from a Red hen I call the Keeper now. Started supplementing with meat scraps, dog food and sweet feed for goats. Day before yesterday, I found the stash in an old nesting box, so I do not know what exactly the “deal” was with the chicken feed, but it wasn’t good.

I always knew Nestle-Purina were evil, but didn’t grasp that they control all the feed companies. By the way, Nestle still uses child slaves in Africa to gather the cocoa beans.

Of course, SCOTUS is fine with that.

Hi Maggie! We took back several bags of Purina last summer after discovering they were moldy. Use a combo of local and a different feed from Orschelins and table scraps. And while they slowed down in the winter they are really picking up production now.

I let the tongue and heart go to the other buyer of a half beef. The tongue just creepeth me outeth.

The older I get and the more I look at the patterns the closer I get to the belief that this isn’t a human struggle at all, but that we’re only part of something far larger that you can only sense but never fully understand.

While it’s true we can never fully understand it on this side of the Veil, we CAN understand it more completely than we presently do on this side of it. We simply choose not to. The implications are horrifying to the vast majority. It torpedoes their sense of self determination and self worth. It requires a realignment of the mind that some would call “warping” (forget those people) that requires a suspension of disbelief.

NtroP,

Me too on Admin…this is the only place I have hung on the internet…the pace of the information is amazing and the free speech comments are past powerful and into defiant fearlessness.

You said: “I forward it to only friends who already get it; the ones that aren’t awake just don’t understand”.

There is some serious truth there buddy!

I have been so out spoken so long on the FED, so many FF’s, the lying deceptive history and the Truman’s World reality most don’t see, the truthful documented history of the Death Cult, yada, yada, yada, I knew many around me (not all) considered me past a tin foil hat and into a tall thick aluminum body suit wearer.

However, I have had positive awareness from what I presented to some (especially the books I recommended but mostly the same books I just sent them for free to read) leading to the TRUTH and practical a Prepper influence (especially spiritually) on more than a few…so there is that satisfaction…cuz we are just about at the time Prepping (in all ways especially Spiritually) is about to pay dividends.

Here is my latest recommendation and I will be sending it to many I love:

Are you an open-minded atheist or agnostic interested in studying the Bible for a greater understanding of history? Are you a Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim, or new-age practitioner who would like a peek into the Bible to compare beliefs? Are you a Bible-believing Christian whose pastor refuses to go deeper on obscure, confusing, or generally misunderstood matters? Or maybe you hold a different worldview and would like the truth about the man known as Jesus?

If you have an open mind and the capacity to think critically, this book will cut through the gimmicks and falsities of the Bible. We will decode the Bible’s doctrines in an unfiltered, stimulating, and sometimes shocking way as we escape denominational teachings that distort the Biblical authors’ original messages. Prepare to be enlightened as we walk through complex parts of the Bible to gain a refreshing perspective on matters of salvation, healing, fear, death, the afterlife, creation, cosmology, fallen angels, giants, demons, unseen principalities, the coming apocalypse, Judgment, and much more!

If you have not read its precursor (I know many here have) here it is:

A scriptural review of Cosmology and Deception unlike anything you’ve ever read. Do you struggle with the complexity of a Most-High Creator, Angels, Demons, Earth and Space? This book will be an eye-opener by enhancing your worldview regarding our true Cosmology and the things that are intentionally hidden from us today. We will rebuild the Cosmos as described from all Biblical references describing the Creation of the Universe, and reveal a new understanding of how it all comes to an end. A great book for the curious and anyone interested in learning the misunderstood aspects of the Bible and other ancient texts!

Vietnam was still an open wound in the mindset of Americans, after the deaths of 58,000 U.S. boys, over 150,000 wounded in action

This is why I think they never brought back the draft. As long as the cannon fodder was voluntary they could get away with their illegal wars.

I have a slightly different take.

TPTB learned from the Vietnam domestic public opinion disaster, that they need to control the “free press.”
Russia/Ukraine shows they succeeded in that, wholesale.

They could tomorrows re-introduce the draft, and even if some serious, enduring protests would come out of it, it would be completely ignored/covered up by the MSM, and therefore the majority of the population would not think them [protests] to be large and real.
See yellow vests in France, for reference.

I have a couple extra new pumps (plus a few of the old ones for parts / repair. the one that is on it now is only a couple years old), and several ways to generate power (and there certainly is the option to power the pump with an engine running on NG from the gas well if all else fails). Not that I don’t have backup options, as well an old school cement or sandstone walled (not sure which, have as yet to get down in it to look that close) cistern with a hand pump.
Of course, I would have to still be alive, as there is not many around that have the know how to get er done, but that might surprise me too.

Albert Pike carried the famous letter to Mazzini in 1871 that outlined the plan for three world wars. Two down and one to go EXACTLY as outlined in the letter. Each WW description in detail carried out to the letter by moron puppet actors in WWI and WWII. The current cast of puppets don’t even hide the jooish/satanic side of the operation. Mazzini was what you might call the founder of modern day mafia. Today, I can’t think of a country that is not controlled by a criminal cartel/mafia.

He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly.

I’m grateful for the fine writing, Admin, as well as the quotes from Tuchman. I too have read her Stillwell (Vinegar Joe) account and am pleased to know of her other works to add to my collection. Perhaps seek out her, ” Bible and Sword: England and Palestine from the Bronze Age to Balfour”

Pennsylvanians near East Palestine say they’ve been forgotten across state lines
90.5 WESA | By Oliver Morrison
Published February 20, 2023

“Nobody in Pennsylvania seems to be cooperating with us people. We hear all kinds of stuff going on with attorneys and people in Ohio, getting information,” he said. “But here, I’m right here and don’t hear nothin’. Nobody comes to see me or anything.”

“Nobody from Pennsylvania, as far as the government or anything, has come out here that I know of,” Hostetter said. “We’re in a different world out here. They’re leaving us out. And this is serious. We want to know how bad it really is.”

If you undeniable proof that NATO is losing the war, you simply need to look at their behavior in supplying arms and ammunition’s. All NATO members including the US have admitted that they have overextended themselves and are now low on both equipment and ammunition, and yet they are dipping deeper and deeper into their stockpiles to support Ukraine.

This behavior is often seen among losing gamblers and is referred to as “doubling down”.

Doubling down is never done when winning, it is a act of desperation employed when losing, in an irresponsible attempt to turn a loss into a gain.. If you want to know the truth, never listen to what they say, only watch what it is they do……

I have been suggesting for a couple decades now that a good part of it is going into space and dumbs. Black projects for sure, and no doubt much going into deep pockets. Why repair infrastructure on the surface when there will be little need of it?

I offer no apologies for bringing our Father into this discussion. What is the goal of satan? What is the goal of the WEF, NWO, George Soros, Bill Gates & the rest of the puppeteers behind the curtain? Answer to both: destruction of God’s creation, ie-humankind. Name me one action not of this genre by the aforementioned. From Vietnam to Covid to Palestine, Ohio to Marberg to H5N1 to lusting for nuclear war with both Russia & China we indeed have a death wish and it’s coming to a head very soon.

No apologies needed…I agree…and all the West’s power (obviously the West’s power centers have been taken completely over and are run by TLPTB – L=Luciferian) have come through their demonic fiat currency…and that will soon be dealt with.

God is going to use the bad guy BRICKS to destroy that demonic fiat power base (sound familiar – see below…different story same ending coming).

Looks to me like London, DC, and the Vatican are in for a shock when their over reach and hubris is dealt with and they are put back onto God’s prophetic timetable.

Yea, they are doubling down on their double downs…so what…remember this arrogance…nothing new under the sun.

MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.

This is the interpretation:

MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it.

TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.

PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.

Good pic. Those people were totally freaked out by the hand writing on the wall.

Daniel 5 says Belshazzar abused the items taken from the Temple in Jerusalem resulting in a message from God appearing on a wall.

This and the talking donkey in Numbers 22:28 always give me a chuckle. Since only God is great, these accounts are great.

So the whole world is in the same sinking debt boat. This begs the question, if all the countries (governments)
in the world have nothing but debt, who , really is the debt owed to? Since the actual currencies extant don’t remotely approach this number to whom does all the interest, given value by the services and labor of the masses
go to?

My thoughts more or less. Wise and well-meaning rulers and governments can sometimes be hijacked or blackmailed by extremely evil individuals or groups of individuals (e.g. bankers) who either care about nothing else besides wealth and power or have been brought up on twisted religious narratives which teach them it is given to them to exploit the rest of humanity, and who seek to exploit the said rulers or governments for their own nefarious ends. Contemporary author and analyst Ron Unz has argued that this could very well be what happened to America.

It’s a sad world we live in.

I finally carved out enough uninterrupted time to read this superb article and to fully appreciate it and give it the attention it deserves. Even after that, I shall read it again some time because, surely, I have missed some aspects.

As I have written before, I print selected articles and keep them in multiple binders for posterity. Maybe somebody will find them in our abandoned house some day, if they survive the fires and bombs that will sweep the world.

I have come to believe that they would make a great backbone of our homeschool curriculum, spanning history (as this one), finance, philosophy and ethics. In fact, if our children will never read anything other than the 4 binders I have, they will be better educated than most.

Bravo!

The American empire will fall because of the weak character of it’s citizens. TPTB have been testing you to see how much shit you will eat and you all failed. If you will tolerate them putting a dress on your sons, Normalization of PEDO shit, spraying you like insects and jabbing poison darts in you then you’ll tolerate anything.

In contrast the Afghan cave dwellers fought off TWO super powers. Let that marinate in your brain.

Zelensky certainly doesn’t seem to eager to cuddle with joe right then. He’s probably thinking “I told him to shit that out before we left the flat.”

Reminds me of a time me, mom and the daughters went to the gas station to get ice-cream or pop or something. Just something we did while they were in high school.
So we are parked on the side of the building and can pretty much see the whole lot with people coming and going and pumping gas etc, while we are eating our ice cream, and this car pulls up next to the pumps right in front of the entrance and the driver gets out comes around the car and goes inside and as he does the passenger door opens, some gal leans out and vomits and then shuts the door and the driver comes out and they take off (no gas, must have went in for cigs or something). Probably weren’t there for 2 or 3 minutes at tops.
So I’m thinking that was already worth the price of admission for the day, when this younger guy pulls in on the furthest side from the station door and heads for the station and I say watch this, this dude is going to step right in that puddle of puke.
Sure enough, not a care in the world or any situational awareness he steps right in it and keeps right on going, never even knowing he stepped in it and tracks it all the way into the station. So we are rolling.
So I says, now watch he is going to step in it when he comes back, and we a howling so hard we are shaking the van as he comes out, and sure enough he steps in it again, turns and looks at us laughing, looks down and finally figures out why.
Yep, the ice cream paid for itself that day.
