The thing with tribunals is that those come after the reckoning. The system does not cure itself. Tribunals and such are more of a post-production theatre to formalize what has already turned.
And by nature of formalizing, quell the lingering bitterness and resentment and other blood feuds that are likely to be set loose in the aftermath once the worm turns. Sometimes the catharsis of the theatrics is effective, often not.

If someone were to make a test that detects rhinoviruses (a wide variety of viruses that cause symptoms that range from nothing to a cold, to flu-like illnesses or, in the elderly, death), then force every employee and every schoolchild and every traveler to get tested, regardless of symptoms, you would see the same exact thing as what happened with the Covid tests. So, for all intents and purposes, why would anything think that this IS anything but a test for rhinoviruses? And without any tests, nothing out of the ordinary would have happened, because most if not all of the deaths were results of the “treatments” and social measures.

I Just lost my mother who was admittedly old and physically frail at 85 and now it looks like my mother in law, same age isn’t far behind her . The story broke wide open three days ago when several things happened all on the same day. First, the New Zealand Herald ran an intriguing story headlined, “Te Whatu Ora launches probe, minister briefed after health worker spreads Covid misinformation.”
Misinformation! The twenty-first century crime! The Herald’s article, and virtually every other article about the leak, stressed that the unnamed employee “had no clinical background or expert vaccine knowledge.” He’s no expert!
Well, as far as I know, Young has never claimed to be a clinician or have expert vaccine knowledge. But don’t let that fact stand in the way of the official narrative.
Around the same time the “probe” story broke, Steve Kirsch published a Substack and a fusillade of tweets, in which he claimed to have insider whistleblower data from New Zealand that conclusively established causation for the mRNA shots:
