This is well known to the people in charge. Back in 78 Nimoy did a show on the coming ice age. How to Survive the Coming Ice Age was a Time Magazine cover story in 77 And then they flipped the script to global warming . If you knew that there was going to be a new Ice Age you’d probably want to prepare for that, and not want the world’s population in on it. Because the survivable temperate zone would be too small for any thing but a fraction of the current world the population.
The elites would want that real esate for themselves.
Also much of that region is full of very disagreeable violent people.
So what steps would they take to best remedy that situation in their favor.
They’d go out of their way convincing people that a warming temperature was the problem, to totally discredit the cooling narrative.
Reduce the world’s population through a.pandemic and a “vaccine” that kills many people, and sterilized large swaths of the population.
They would want to do whatever they could to encore mass human migration away from places where people could best survive to places where they will end up as human popsicles. Give them a bunch of free shit to migrate to places like Scandinavia and North America away from the tropical world. And when all else’s fails a few wars and even genocide, in places like Gaza and South Sudan, which has the added benefit of selling weapons and arms and further enrichment of the power brokers.
