There’s a story today in a British newspaper, The Telegraph, about a white swan. Supposedly, it is only attacking minority students. Actual picture below.

Following are quotes from students;
“These swans are very annoying, and the students feel as though they’re being bullied. I’m from India, and they attack me especially, they focus straight on me.”
“I think they don’t like too many Indians in England – maybe the swans here are a little bit racist.”
“The swan is a true right winger that’s for sure – they certainly seem to be racially motivated incidents.”
It’s weirdly satisfying to know that Brits are dumber than Americans.

I had a Samoyed husky that hated blacks, no idea why.

Card, my giant hates them, too. Oddly enough, they’re terrified of her… have you ever noticed blacks don’t own black dogs?

Dogs aren’t stupid. They know and sense evil when they see it. German Shepherds go ape-shit around blacks. And the affirmative action dog (the pit bull) is the only one who won’t tear their faces off.

Stucky – Geese and Swans are a) very territorial (as are all larger birds), and b) much smarter than most people think. It is very likely that the swan’s carer / “owner” (Ho, Ho.!!) is white, so the swan immediately identifies “non-white” as “foreign”, and therefore a threat. Put simply, that’s how things work in the avian mind.
My Grandparents kept geese. They were temperamentally OK with all of the family, mostly OK with the immediate neighbours, definitely NOT OK with the Family of the Indian Surgeon who lived down the road.
So, the comments are factually accurate – swans (and geese) CAN be “racist”, simply because they CAN differentiate “flock members” (i.e. “us”) from “non-members” (i.e. “them”!).
So, remind me again, who’s the dumber Nation???

You know, I like bb, his dialogue sounds like Homer Simpson. I was cracking up at his boneheaded comments one morning this week. It made the day go easier to recall his idiotic comments to PJ. Hey, bb, if your ever in the AV, we can go to a redneck titty bar in Rosamond, the girls there still have half their teeth.
