Alleged Terrorist With Machete In London Subway Slashes Man’s Throat Screaming “This Is For Syria”

Tyler Durden's picture

Less than a week after the San Bernardino shooting, the ghost of ISIS terrorism has finally landed in London, where moments ago news broke that a man wileding a machete screamed “this is for Syria” before slashing a person’s throat at London’s Leytonstone subway station, and attacking up to three people.

The following video of the incident was released on Twitter hours ago, and shows a large pool of blood spattered across the ticket hall before the alleged knifeman is Tasered by a Met Police officer.

The Express released the following pictures of what it has dubbed the “Syria revenge” stabbing:

As the Telegraph reports, police were called to Leytonstone station after reports of a stabbing in the ticket hall on Saturday at around 7pm. The alleged assailant was promptly tasered by police at the scene.

Terrified passengers, some with children, can be seen running across the east London Tube station away from the scene.

As recounted by the Guardian, one person, who claims to have witnessed the attack, took to social media to reveal details of the horror.Laurynas Godvisa said: “So as I was going to Leytonstone station was dressed to go to Christmas dinner with people from work.

“As I walked down I just saw a lot of people running but I ignored it and kept walking to get my train, but suddenly what I saw I couldn’t believe my eyes and what I saw was a guy with a knife and a dead guy on the floor.

“I was so scared I ran for my life. After good 10-15 police came and got the guy and arrested him.

“And as he was coming out this is what he said: ‘This is what happens when you f*** with mother Syria all of your blood will be spilled’.”

A Met Police spokesman confirmed the incident saying that “Police were called at 19:06hrs on Saturday, 5 December, to reports of a stabbing at Leytonstone underground station. The male suspect was reportedly threatening other people with a knife.

“Met officers attended the scene. A man was arrested at 19:14hrs and taken to an east London police station where he remains in custody. A Taser was discharged by one of the Met officers.”

“Officers from British Transport Police are now dealing with the incident at the scene. We are aware of one man having sustained serious stab injuries. We await details of any other injuries.”

So far there is little news on the condition of the victim of the attack: one victim is in a serious condition with multiple stab wounds and it is believed up to two others may also have been injured.A spokeswoman from London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 7:09pm to reports of an assault at Leytonstone underground station We sent a number of resources to the including our joint response unit, an incident response officer, an ambulance crew and London’s Air Ambulance to the scene. We treated a man for stab wounds. He was taken as a priority to hospital escorted by the doctor from London’s Air Ambulance.”

And while it is only a matter of time before a “terrorist” link is found in this latest attack meant to put another western country on edge and to justify the UK’s recent launch of air strikes against ISIS, we wonder if there will be a front page op-ed in a leading liberal UK newspaper tomorrow demanding that all machetes be henceforth banned even as local TV crews stream live from the home of the alleged terrorist.

* * *

Update: as expected, the “terrorist” link was just been revealed with Sky News reported that the subway incident is already being treated as an act of terrorism.

Ban Guns, Machetes, Hammers, Knives, Chainsaws, etc.

Wait…why not Ban all Muzzies; send them all back to the sand pits where Neanderthals thrive in their Utopian Paradise.

1. In the US you don’t stand in the line of fire of cops.
2. When you film a video using your phone, hold it while imagining it’s a tiny big screen TV (lengthwise down) and then when you replay your video on YouTube or the nightly news, the video doesn’t look like shit and you don’t look like a moron.

I say leave the murder to professionals. These idiots who have a death wish and are suicidal ought to go ahead and kill themselves before killing others.

What is the point of killing somebody if you are planning to die immediately after? Is there any satisfaction after the fact? And if satisfaction before the deed is possible, why go through with it?

Anyway, you can get more sympathy for your cause if you don’t hurt anybody but set yourself on fire as a sign of protest.

Are all the special snowflake college chirrens in this country still upset that the MSM is not focused on them?

Couple days ago, poor Britain was left in the bombing dust. Its two major buddies, USA, and France were already illegally invading Syria’s airspace; therefore just as internationally illegally dropping bombs on/in the sovereign country of Syria. Poor Britain, poor Cameron-aching to get in on the fun, so the wise men and women voted to join the bombareeing festival., “to help protect British citizens from harm.”

Seems the attacker did not pay too much attention to the arguments of Cameron and his supporters.

Oh, well, lots more bombs where those came from. Bombs are cheap. So is all human blood. They make it every day.

It’s all a deception. These attacks will continue for the purpose of fomenting the hatred against muslims to get the sheep onboard for WWIII. Gotta give all the mommies and daddies out there a good reason to sacrifice their 18 yr old babies for the cause. WWIII conveniently draws attention away from TPTB and their financial crimes.

After a big kick-off in Europe, we’ll sit this one out until just the right atrocity comes along before riding to the rescue. Keep an eye out for the malcontents to interject with a civil war though.

Things are hottin’ up!

@IS: Good comment and unfortunately, most likely true In times of domestic crises, TPTB start a war to distract people and get them all moving the same direction while shoveling horse pucky over what they’ve done to mess it all up.

@Admin: How do we get rid of that irritating damn “Rating Widget” ???

15 cops to arrest one guy with a knife.

If anything big happens -like the current Muslim knife jihad in Israel- I doubt the Brits can handle it. Imagine the chaos there if this were to start happening multiple times a day.

The average Brit certainly isn’t capable of defending himself and his fellow man, they’ve had that instinct bred out of them over the past few centuries. (remember that public head chopper attack on the soldier that happened there while people just stood and watched?)

Harry, don’t laugh. I have to argue with guys that work for me that carry machetes, and are damn good with them. I am very, very careful in those circumstances

50 bullets would be a superior outcome, in this case. Google hsf’s carr brothers. It’s 15 years on, and we’re still paying their lawyers.

You lost me here, chief. My ideology (I thought) was a bullet in the forehead of a guy hacking up people with a machete would do just fine. I am blind here. What am I missing? Please explain

My cousins who live somewhat closeby (12 miles as the crow flies or by ATV, but 20 by country road) were raised similarly as I. They dropped by for a cold one or two yesterday and we chatted about ongoing events. The conversation led to the gun control debate and the consensus was pretty much in agreement with Nick and I. They are, of course, hunters and both husbands’ are Vietnam Vets who saw more than anybody should. However, I was HORRIFIED when one of their wives qualified her support for the 2nd amendment with “I just don’t see any reason for anyone to own assault rifles, though. I think they should be banned, because average people just don’t need them.”

Without missing a beat, I said, “Yes, average people do need them. The reason we need them is because they don’t want us to have them. Whatever they want to ban is what we need the most. That is what the 2nd Amendment says, if you can read between the lines.”

“The reason we need them is because they don’t want us to have them.”

Exactly, they just don’t want us to have them.

And not for the overt reasons they claim, for covert reasons that are entirely different.

Maybe we should constantly hound gun banners with the question “What are the gun control laws you want that Mexico doesn’t already have?”.

Ask that question of every anti gun speaker every time and everywhere you run across one, anywhere from a private conversation to an internet forum, and let them explain..

IN fact, demand they explain (since they usually try to avoid actually answering such questions).

@ Bea Lever….Didn’t they try/do that in the UK? I seem to recall that they came out with a kitchen safety knife for the serfs to use at home. I’m pretty sure a person can’t carry any knife in England, no matter what’s it’s size.

Those poor dumb Brits are soooo screwed. I was vacationing in the UK in ’87 and I recall a conversation I had with a bunch of thirty-somethings at a pub. I pointed out that it was a mistake for them to allow all those colored in because once they are in the Brits won’t be able to get rid of them.

The English fellows treated me gently and kindly as they rebuked my opinion, saying that those people were just ‘black blokes’ and will fit right in. They even called them ‘guests’, as if these animals were coming in to have tea and crumpets at High Tea. I heard the word ‘guests’ many times by locals. I wonder what those very same Brits call them now?
