I know I constantly bad mouth the Philadelphia School District and their awful schools. And it is well deserved. But it seems even the most distinguished high schools in the best school districts with the most money, are also a warped, dangerous, sadistic place to send your children. Conestoga High School is 79% white, 15% Asian, and 4% black. It has an average SAT score in the top 5 of the state. Of the graduating class of 2015, 99% enrolled in college. It has been ranked as one of the top high schools in the country by Newsweek and the Washington Post. And its football teams has been a powerhouse for years.
One small problem. The culture of the school is demented and sick. The football team hazing has been going on for decades and is known by all students, teachers, and administrators. Last week three seniors held down a 160 pound freshman in the locker room and raped him with broomstick. No coaches, other players, teachers or administrators were there to save him. In high school, students are never to be left unsupervised. It was well known at the school to stay away from the football locker room on Thursdays. Just some harmless fun where older students would put their genitals on younger boys.
This house of horrors high school of white privileged trophy generation frat boys who have been raised by helicopter parents and have never been told no needs to be severely punished for this horrific crime. But the white establishment is circling the wagons. The DA decided this wasn’t a sex crime. Sticking a broom handle up the ass of young boy on NO GAY THURSDAY, isn’t a fucking sex crime???? How much do you want to bet these three boy fuckers have powerful parents with status in the community? The DA should be forced by public outrage to throw the book at these kids.
The fucking school hasn’t even fired the coach of 15 years who has been responsible for this atmosphere of intimidation and lawlessness. He needs to be fired today. The principal should also be fired for his complete lack of control in that school. If every kid in that school knew this shit was happening year after year, then the principal knew. These arrogant pricks plan on playing the football season as if nothing happened. The football season should be canceled for at least one year and possibly disbanded all together. The punishment should fit the crime.
This is what happens at the elite high schools in this country. Handing your children over to any government run state school is a complete crap shoot today. I hope home schooling continues to grow in response to this and thousands of other reasons.
Conestoga Responds To Allegations Of Horrid ‘No Gay Thursday’ Hazing
TREDYFFRIN, PA — Later in the day after Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan released the findings of an investigation into a brutal hazing incident at Conestoga High School, the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District issued a response.
“We feel strongly that all athletes must be able to participate in team activities in an environment free from hazing,” said Richard Gusick, Tredyffrin/Easttown Superintendent of Schools, in a letter to parents and the school community. “In light of the information shared by the police about the football program, we will conduct a thorough school-based investigation.”
Three seniors have been charged with assault and other counts after the October 15, 2015 incident.
Hogan said Friday morning that a 14-year-old freshman on the football team, who weighed 160 pounds, refused to participate in the hazing ritual of cleaning the locker room in his underwear. He attempted to leave but was caught by the three upperclassmen, all significantly larger than him.
One of the seniors, who apparently had some measure of authority, then allegedly ordered the others to “stick a broom up his ass.”
Two students then held the victim down and stripped off his underwear while the third prodded the broom until it penetrated his anus, the DA said.
No coaches were present in the locker room at the time of the incident.
Hogan said that it was a case of a “shocking” absence of supervision.
“The Head Football Coach has been suspended from all coaching responsibilities, pending the outcome of the school investigation,” Gusick said.
Gusick added that Conestoga will begin “enhanced communications” on Monday as the spring season begins, and would have additional measures in place for the football season next fall.
“The process (of the investigation) will be designed to determine whether or not code of conduct violations occurred, the awareness and level of supervision provided by the coaching staff, and what further measures can promote inclusive and respectful behavior,” Gusick said.
The Tredyffrin-Easttown School District was named the best school district in American in 2016 by Niche.com.

Seriously, starting about in middle school, schools are nothing more than roving gangs of out of control kids with no one to guide or control them. Some parents too: “my kid would NEVER do such a thing!” How many other times did these football stars terrorize some other kid? How many other times did someone turn a blind eye to their crappy behavior? And then it escalates to something like this.
I took my son out of school in middle school because of non-stop bullying of my son and other kids (my son was the short, fat kid) and no one doing anything about it despite reporting it repeatedly. Best decision I ever made. Incidentally, the ringleader beat the hell out of my son’s best friend the following semester, and the useless principal FINALLY had to address the issue.
Ban God and God’s morality from the public schools for a couple of generations and this is what you end up with.

This is not a single mother issue at this school. Tredyffrin Twshp has 56% of households being married couples, with only 6% single mother households. The median household income is $120,000. It’s 83% white.

1. At many times in our history, boys were going off to war at 17-18. They became men quickly, and contributed to society the way real men should, if/when they got back.
2. Today’s PC culture will continue to numb down the creation of real men.
3. There is now a minority of men-in-the-making that will not behave the way the current PC culture wants them too. It used to be called hazing. There was good and bad hazing. Now it has been removed completely, but see first sentence.
4. Men need to be taught how to be moral and just men. Most schools are not allowed to teach this anymore. A sports coach that used to teach men, not allowed. A teacher that taught men, not allowed.
5. Our boys are left to figure all this on their own, with PC teachings, what right and wrong is. It will not end well, and isn’t, unless their mentors know how to navigate this treacherous new world.
6. Right or wrong, fail or succeed. Have to go through it all to become a good, decent human being.
This applies to making a moral and just woman too, just different.
If you are a father, it is your duty, to mentor your boy (or girl) to fight back.
Simple example: A boy says ‘retarded’ to a friend in class, mocking him on purpose. Teacher says ‘I’m sending you to the principle” Boy: ‘go ahead, retarded means that their brain is not on par with their age, and exactly what I meant to say to my friend. And by-the-way, I have a retarded cousin, so don’t tell me what it means or that it hurts’. He did not go to the principle, but he could care less if he did.

Hubs and I both hated school. He hated it because he was an active, normal boy and got treated like useless vermin by feminazi teachers. I loathed it because I was a bookworm who got bullied mercilessly by my peers for being different and because I was bored silly with the teacher’s vacuous pablum because I was smart.
It is AMAZING to see our daughter. She’s never been put down for her interests or told that learning is for geeks. As a result, she is interested in just about everything, thinks reading, science and math are fun, and delights in tackling new subjects. She never gives up on a subject for being “too hard” (because we take it slow and just keep trying new methods until she has it mastered), she’s convinced that she can learn pretty much anything if she puts in enough effort. She’s comfortable around people of all ages and is not shy about sharing her ideas or thoughts with others (respectfully, of course).
In short, she hasn’t been cowed into submissiveness or had her zest for learning bludgeoned into resigned disinterest.
Pull your kids from the herd and let them shine. Schools are for miserable sheep and tyrannical bullies.

The factory school system was meant to produce useful and obedient factory workers. It’s 50 years obsolete and is in death-spiral mode. Avoid it at all cost.

In every example of groups of men (even woman) forming various forms of clubs, there has always been some form of hazing. Most good. The removal of all hazing is resulting in examples of what this article is about. Just my opinion.
And I disagree with the Wikipedia definition of hazing: ‘Hazing is the practice of rituals and other activities involving harassment, abuse or humiliation used as a way of initiating a person into a group.’
To me, hazing is a way to determine the mettle, character, etc… of an individual, to see if they fit your groups identity and purpose.
I never played organized football, joined the military, or joined a fraternity. I’ve never needed other boys or men to ratify my manliness through some rituals. I think I turned out alright. My three boys have also never joined an organization that required some hazing ritual to see if they fit in. My oldest son played on the high school hockey team for 4 years and they had no hazing. They won the championship in his senior year.
I personally think hazing is stupid and unnecessary as some sort of right of passage. It proves that older kids can abuse and embarrass younger kids and when taken to an extreme kill them or hurt them. That’s my two cents.

The very best college football coaches (Nick Saban at Alabama, et al) will not allow hazing of any kind. If you haze a Freshman in any way, shape or form, you are off the team. It has zero benefit.

Here is food for thought, especially for those who support “public education” and rally about the doctrine of “socialization” that they claim is lacking in “homeschooled” children.
Let’s look at what “public education” has to offer:
1. Cliques and rampant bullying, quite often the victim of bullying punished more harshly for fighting back. Many times, bullies are part of a “protected” class–racial minorities, jocks, etc. Strong official disapproval of students making friends outside their grade level. “Peer pressure” used to push conformity.
2. Teachers that don’t teach reading writing and arithmetic. Pushing communist principles such as rabid environmentalism, blaming humanity for conditions beyond our control as well as pushing “communitarianism” (“it takes a village”)–actually communism. This also ties in with teacher-recommended feminizing and drugging (mostly boys) to make them “less fidgety” and more compliant–all for the “benefit” of the teacher.
3. Non-existent moral guidance…the communist concept of “values clarification”, allowing each student to set his own moral standard with no discussion permitted as to guidelines. A student dare not mention God or the Bible in “public school”–not permitted…discussing Islam is OK…even field trips to mosques are encouraged.
4. Sex education that normalizes homosexuality and other deviant practices, actually encouraging deviant behavior and downplaying heterosexuality and abstinence.
5. Insane zero tolerance practices, punishing students for pop-tarts shaped like guns or a student having an “unauthorized aspirin” or plastic butter knife. Of course, abortions and birth control are available without parental notification.
6. Lockdowns and backpack/locker searches by police utilizing “drug dogs”, getting the upcoming generation used to random unconstitutional searches. Quite often, students “roughed up” by “school resource officers”…just because they can…Lockdowns should be reserved for prisons–not schools…
Since these “socialization” practices seem to be the norm in our “public education” systems, parents who send their children to these dysfunctional “indoctrination centers” are guilty of child abuse…
Children who are homeschooled actually do much better in life as they are comfortable with people of all ages. True socialization takes place outside the classroom.

Admin, hopefully we can agree to disagree. I have life experiences that some form of hazing can and does produce good results. And I’m sure that other forms have produced bad results, although I have not witnessed such. I played both individual and team sports, as have my kids. They have chosen their own path as did I. Yes, I was in a fraternity, very near your work, since kicked off campus because the school didn’t like us. It’s a shame in my opinion, as I believe that some very good men were created by this atmosphere. Frankly, I chose this path because it was the cheapest way to live, but I don’t regret being a part of this group as it taught me a lot about life. Many business owners, many corporate VIP’s, lawyers, and even an Astronaut while I was there. Although sadly, I do not see him mentioned in any of the schools propaganda, I’m guessing because he was part of that ‘bad’ group of men, but they do mention another Astronaut quite often. Of course there are always some that don’t do as well and can’t handle it. Just like those that don’t get involved in ‘groups of men’.
Even the glorified Blue Angles have a form of hazing that they must do in order to trust their lives with each other. They typically start at 20 applicants, and whittle it down to the 1 or 2 they need. I would beg to differ that even the Navy Seal selection is a form of hazing.
So, while our life experiences are different (although my son plays HS hockey too. It has changed his life for the better, gotta love hockey).
I think the bottom line is there is good and bad in everything. We simply make choices and decisions on how we proceed. Fair enough?
