The FBI will be interviewing the aides in the latest episode of Hillarygate. What is most concerning to you about her actions, and, of course, will there be an indictment?

1. Her actions are symbolic of Gov’t and many in Gov’t

2. Sending her to jail would require that the U.S. Gov’t create an actual Dept. of Justice.

The concern is people that reach that level of government have no fear of the law because they control the law. Their world is not the same world we live in.

There will not be a indictment, unless she fails to deliver on a promise she made to somebody somewhere about something.

I was a contractor for NASA and the DoD.

We had very specific security training. If someone came in your office, and wasn’t working on the project, or didn’t have the clearance – you were supposed to close the documents you had open on your desk. When you left your desk, you put them in a locking filing cabinet.

We had security updates every couple months.

There were security monitors. More than two violations – you were out. And the facility itself was secure!

How can Hillary not be gulity?

Most concerning thing: She is a pod person.

Will she be indicted: No, the lizard people made the pod people and don’t want the story exposed. They will just update her software once they can get her away from the public eye for a few days.

I don’t think this makes a bit of difference to here supporters.

Unless she falls out of favor with the Establishment I doubt there will be an indictment or charges brought, everything will be delayed till after the election if it ever happens so it won’t look too political and excuse it as such.

Never underestimate a Clinton, a fatal mistake for some that have.

Dutchman,

Interestingly enough, that’s basically the same ethical standard Lawyer’s are expected to comply with. Protecting the privacy and privileged between them and their clients and cases from spying eyes as such.

But Hillary couldn’t be expected to know anything about being a Lawyer, now could she?

While we survived two terms with Bill, the most concerning thing about Hillary for me is the mysterious deaths of multiple people involved in some way with the Clintons. Vincent Foster is the most prominent, but there are others. The whole Mena airport story, and the financial dealings point to some sort of Arkansas organized political crime syndicate operating in the shadows. I don’t think America deserves to be saddled once again with the Clinton taint…

She is too evil to fail…and too addicted to theft to self regulate.

Hil indicted? Unlikely. She could take the whole system down,

if she outed her fellow “lawmakers.” Ponder “lawmakers”…

I would like to make a law!! Or two, or a hundred…to get the

thieves and kingmakers out of the picture. And so would any

thinking person.

She is a progressive leftist ideologue who is at best a pathological liar and criminal.Probably a Psychopath . Her actions are a reflection of who she really are. This is what’s wrong with her.

People are arrested and harrassed with less evidence for being suspcetes of much smaller things. She doesnt get the guillotine it will be even.more apparent to the unwashed masses that the govt does what they want, when they want and how they want.
No, she wont be beld accountable whether or not she is the the next POS POTUS or not.
Her not being held accountable is a sign of the times and we are nearing the end, my main concern is whether or not i have enuff ammo for the upcoming shiitocane brewing.

There is evidence she pushed back against security because she wanted to use her Blackberry in a scif area. My understanding is when you enter such a security zone you have to leave your smartphone outside. At the very least this proves her intent was to not follow security procedures, which of course should be obvious since she made the effort to set up a private server at one of her homes.

Then there’s the issue of following the FOIA and she supposedly deleted something on the order of 30,000 emails. Am I wrong in assuming each would be a separate count against her?

Bottom line, if she’s NOT indicted a whole lotta Fibbies are gonna be highly pissed and may leak some real good stuff our way. And THAT info might just take her down.

1) the fact that she received classified emails on a home computer are of most concern to me
2) she will not be indicted unless a Dem is not elected in Nov. If that happens, I expect ‘bama to issue her a blanket pardon before he leaves office. If in the extremely off chance she is indicted before the election, I expect the pardon will take place after the election, as to pardon her before the election would cause too great an uproar.

“2) she will not be indicted unless a Dem is not elected in Nov.”

I remember all the FReepers saying that kinda thing about Bubba (and Hitlery) while W was campaigning, or at least doing what passed for campaigning with his dumb ass.

Anyways, I digress all over the fuckin place, but once W got into the White House, the Dims were whining, “You ARE going to pardon poor ol Bubba, now. Aincha Dubs?”

When one of the press corps asked him about a pardon, W just said something like, “Well he ain’t charged with nuthin'”.

And then, lo and fuckin behold….Bubba didn’t get charged with so much as fartin in bed. The Clinton Dead Bodies List just kinda faded from view, Foster’s death never got an investigation worth a pound of piss and, in short, the Clinton co-presidency skated away, grinnin for a fat man’s ass.

‘Course, the FReepers got pissed off, some of them, anyway. Repubs decided that W didn’t really need to dredge up that ancient history of the past 8 years because it was TIME TO MOVE ON.
