According to this report, the Border Patrol was only “yards away” when the two crossed into America and didn’t do anything. That’s allegedly a Border Patrol vehicle in the top-left frame:

Well, what good is a wall if the Border Patrol is right there and doesn’t do anything?
Border Patrol spokesman Mark Landess said “it’s impossible to know why the agents didn’t respond“:
Rocha said she was stunned at how quickly they scaled the fence, which is over 20 feet high. The men were gone within seconds.
She was also struck by the fact that there were three U.S. Border Patrol trucks within yards of the incident. No agents approached the men.
Border Patrol spokesman Mark Landess said it’s not uncommon for smugglers to scale the steel fence, especially around Nogales, which is a busy drug smuggling corridor.
Landess said it’s impossible to know why the agents didn’t respond or whether they even saw the men.
“They might be waiting for something else to happen. There’s no way to make an educated comment on that,” Landess said.

Hahha, its impossible know why they didnt respond, could it be they were paid off to look the other way, they were told by their upper commanders to look the other way, they dont give a shit about their job or are simply incompetent?
Whats impossible to know or understand is why they wont be held accountable and fired, and instead “operating procedures” and “training” will be blamed…

Ed, I mentioned that some time ago.
1. There was a guy on the radio claiming he had been working as a smuggler like these two for several years and made good money at it. If he had been doing it for say, ten or fifteen years, the desert takes a toll. No fucking way a dude can hike in the desert on a regular basis with 100 or 200 pound weight. That’s why these guys are teens, they have the strength and agility with none of the middle-age weight.
2. You can speculate all you want and have a hissy fit or two over what you think you see. The camera crew may have just fucked up a criminal investigation in progress. All those cameras, shit, even the smuggler’s radio transmissions are monitored.
3. Did you see they hightailed it back to Nogales? Too much heat. These are dumb kids, the BP had them. The fucking camera crew fucked it up for them. Probably the camera crew pointed out the BP truck.
