PAYING THEM NOT TO KILL US

I bet you didn’t know the Department of Homeland Security takes millions of your tax dollars and hands it over to Muslim organizations in America so they can try and convince their minions not to conduct a jihad against us. Isn’t that precious. I guess if they are turning down the money because of Trump, that means they will encourage their junior jihadists to violently oppose our society.

Fourth Muslim group rejects federal grant to fight extremism

A California Islamic school wanted to keep an open mind before Donald Trump took office. But less than a month into Trump’s presidency, the school rejected $800,000 in federal funds aimed at combatting violent extremism.

The decision made late Friday night by the Bayan Claremont graduate school’s board to turn down the money — an amount that would cover more than half its yearly budget — capped weeks of sleepless nights and debate. Many there felt Trump’s rhetoric singling out Islamic extremism and his travel ban affecting predominantly Muslim countries had gone too far.

It also made the school the fourth organization nationwide under the Trump administration to reject the money for a program created under President Barack Obama known as countering violent extremism, or CVE, which officials say aims to thwart extremist groups’ abilities to recruit would-be terrorists.

Bayan Claremont had received the second-largest grant, among the first 31 federal grants for CVE awarded to organizations, schools and municipalities in the dwindling days of the Obama administration. The school had hoped to use the money to help create a new generation of Muslim community leaders, with $250,000 earmarked for more than a dozen local nonprofits doing social justice work.

But the fledgling school’s founding president, Jihad Turk, said officials ultimately felt accepting the money would do more harm than good.

It’s “a heck of a lot of money, (but) our mission and our vision is to serve the community and to bring our community to a position of excellence,” Turk said. “And if we’re compromised, even if only by perception in terms of our standing in the community, we ultimately can’t achieve that goal,” he said, adding that accepting the funds would be short-sighted.

The school’s internal debate is also emblematic of handwringing among grassroots and nonprofit organizations involved in the program in the last couple weeks.

At Unity Productions Foundation of Potomac Falls, Virginia, officials said they would decline a grant of $396,585 to produce educational films challenging narratives supporting extremist ideologies and violent extremism “due to the changes brought by the new administration,” according to a private message to donors reviewed by The Associated Press.

And in Dearborn, Michigan, Leaders Advancing and Helping Communities said last week it was turning down $500,000 for youth-development and public-health programs because of the “current political climate.” Ka Joog, a leading Somali nonprofit organization in Minneapolis, also turned down $500,000 for its youth programs.

The Homeland Security Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment Friday.

A U.S. official said the Trump administration has been discussing changing the Obama administration program’s name, established as a presidential strategy in 2011, to an iteration of “countering Islamic extremism.” The official, who has knowledge of the discussions, was not authorized to speak publicly about the proposal and spoke on condition of anonymity.

All told, more than 20 percent of the roughly $10 million awarded by the Homeland Security Department has been rejected. And other groups have signaled they may follow suit, should the name change.

Turk said school officials already had reservations about the CVE strategy under Obama because they felt there’s no clear or proven pathway to violence for someone with a particular extreme ideology. The group went ahead, despite worries by some activists that the program equated to a government surveillance program, because it believed the previous administration wasn’t hostile to their faith.

But amid what Turk called Trump’s “fixation on the American Muslim community,” it became clear that the president’s actions were more than campaign-trail rhetoric, he said.

“It was becoming more and more apparent,” Turk said of Trump, “that he’s actually looking to carry out all the scary stuff he said.”

Terrorism and murder and rape are core islamic values.

They need to go back. There is no place in the West for these people.

They are at least ten millennia distant from anything resembling civilized conduct. Pretending otherwise is suicidal insanity.

I suggest you take a look at the end of WWII in Germany. An excellent reference is Thomas Goodrich’s “Hellstorm”. You might find yourself a little less inclined to cast the first stone.
And I do believe it worth considering that muzzie cultures might just have a better handle on dealing with their womenfolk than we do. We give them their “freedom”, and the main thing they seem to want to do with it is murder their children.

BTW, I don’t recall too many banks, largely run by a certain non-muzzie ethnic-religious group, turning down .gov money in 2008-2009. It’s almost like these guys have, I dunno, honor or something?

Dog… Do you mean “Hellstorm” ISBN 978-0-9713852-2-1 published by Aberdeen? I own, have read the book, & fail to see your point. War is hell, we used to fight to win, we won, it wasn’t pretty, it wasn’t fair, & a lot of bad stuff was covered up that would be war crimes if the other side had won. There are still classified files from 75 years ago. Another case of the winner writes the history. Who really caused/started WW2? Occam’s razor… follow the (((money))).

You’re comparing apples to oranges with the Muslim thing. Or maybe they are just the newest tools to stir the proverbial shit so plenty more (((money))) can be made.

Somebody somewhere wrote something along the lines that when black people get pissed cities burn, when white people get pissed continents burn. I’ll shut up now.

There is NO place in this world for them. It is not so much of a religion as it is a military government, with a phony religious front, whose sole purpose, like Communism, is to dominate all Earth’s inhabitants. If all do not subject themselves, or become slaves, they are to be eliminated, simple as that. That’s fine maybe for many of those located near the top of the pyramid. For the rest of the world, it needs to be modified/tamed for coexistence or eliminated.

This. Its been centuries since christianity fought any holy wars. Catholics and protestants aren’t cutting each others heads off, nor do christians execute those who leave the faith. Its not even close. Muslims exist how christians did in the middle ages.

And i had no idea this program existed. Wow. Sure would be a lot cheaper to just keep them out of our country. I seem to remember the Romans, towards the end, essentially paying people not to kill and conquer them. How’d that work out for the Romans?

What I am not clear about is this:
Did these groups first request the grants and are now turning the funds down?
– or –
Were they just selected for government largess and now saying thanks but no thanks?
—–
Good grief….is there no end to the amount of cash that is thrown around out there by our government? There is no wonder why we are in such debt………(yet we never see a dime of it)

Jihad Turk-that can’t be his real name,he needs to be re vetted.
As 4 the $,since the Muslims won’t take it to reduce potential violence,Trump ought to either not spend it or reallocate it to self defense training groups such as the NRA.
That would gain support from his base while causing the left to go crazy.

Tampa I was thinking the same thing when I saw “Jihad Turk.” The question I have is why is the government giving money to any “religious” organization including the refugee ones :

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/11/29/unholy-alliance-christian-charities-profit-1-billion-fed-program-resettle-refugees-40-percent-muslim/

I am Catholic and it sickens me what the church has become, my deacon last week made a reference to Allah be with you. They have seen my last dollar. I understand that many here will laugh at me, but my faith has brought good things to many people, but they have so lost sight of what Islam means to the Christian faith. My children and I have volunteered many hours to help those in need in hopes that we were doing the right thing, and I hope it has instilled in them at least a decent moral compass. I look at this and can only walk away, not from the faith but the idiots who twist it.

Bob.

Please consider the Church of Christ. We are New Testament Christianity since we are in the Christian Age. Each church is an independent entity. We have no doctrine because our only book is the Bible. It is a wonderful place if your goal is to live by the strictures in the Bible and in no other book. Seek ye the narrow gate.

Obama was paying our enemies not as a sign of our weakness but as a sign of his devotion to Islam destroying our country. He wanted to nourish the budding flowers of extremism. We need to clip it in the bud.

Onward, Christian Soldiers
by Sabine Baring-Gould, 1834-1924 Music: Arthur S. Sullivan, 1842-1900
———————————————————–
Suppressed by effeminate, pedophilic, Judas Iscariots posing as “priests”
—————————————————————-
1. Onward, Christian soldiers, marching as to war,
with the cross of Jesus going on before.
Christ, the royal Master, leads against the foe;
forward into battle see his banners go!
Refrain:
Onward, Christian soldiers, marching as to war,
with the cross of Jesus going on before.

2. At the sign of triumph Satan’s host doth flee;
on then, Christian soldiers, on to victory!
Hell’s foundations quiver at the shout of praise;
brothers, lift your voices, loud your anthems raise.
(Refrain)

3. Like a mighty army moves the church of God;
brothers, we are treading where the saints have trod.
We are not divided, all one body we,
one in hope and doctrine, one in charity.
(Refrain)

4. Crowns and thrones may perish, kingdoms rise and wane,
but the church of Jesus constant will remain.
Gates of hell can never gainst that church prevail;
we have Christ’s own promise, and that cannot fail.
(Refrain)

5. Onward then, ye people, join our happy throng,
blend with ours your voices in the triumph song.
Glory, laud, and honor unto Christ the King,
this through countless ages men and angels sing.
(Refrain)

Fledgling school, sounds like a fledgling terrorist cell. Don’t pay these dickheads not to start wars, kick them the #$%& out. NOW. Why do sane people put up with this crap? I say we stop payments to all of them, and then simply say to them “We are watching you. IF you decide to wage Jihad, we will move the whole lot of you to a jail cell forever, or introduce you to those 70 virgins. BTW, are you here legally?”. Unbelievable.

Why doesn’t it just occur to people to write off all religions as the bullshit they are and get along just being what nice people do every day??

I know, I know… Even our founding Fathers agreed that the new Democracy/Republic they were forming and the Constitution, Bill of Rights, et al, would fail without religion and I suppose it would. To many independent thinkers spoil the show.

The human animal is just that.. And a lot of them are nasty, brutish and crazy. No matter how hard some strive to smooth out the wrinkles and pustules, humans will always be crooked, mean spirited, killers and luckily, not of us are that way or we’d never get anything done past sharpening weapons of war.

Hmmmm.. Yet as “Nations” that is exactly what we continue to do.. What does that say about us as a race? Personally, I like individuals in general. I dislike groups and absolutely hate crowds and mobs. I think Nations tend to behave like mobs and that does not bring tidings of good will and peace.

Mr Tackett had a short movie on coercion. It was one of those neat school videos like the recidivist drug user who went back to using drugs after getting out of jail. This one had as its lesson, the evils of communism in basic language, actually, it was a silent movie. It showed a puppet being manipulated to do things it had no wish of doing. Looks like we’re having the same shit done to us here. So, yeah, I wouldn’t cal it freedom, more like a social contract, a new one, we pay the government to leave us alone. Really. Try not paying the vig one day.

Agree with TrickleUp that this was not so much Danegeld as it was a case of Obama financially aiding and abetting an enemy – an enemy that he swore for eight years did not exist.

“I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.” ~Barack Obama

Well, Mr. America-hating Obama, it was quite apparent that you had no intentions of standing with the Americans or the Christians – the latter which you virtually shut out of your immigration program despite the genocide being launched against them in the Middle East.

Unfortunately, we have not seen anywhere near the last of Obama as he is holed up in a walled-off (yuuuge wall) mansion just a few miles from the White House running his “Organizing For Action” tax exempt organization which has 32,525 volunteers and 40 million dollars to protect his legacy of failure and divisiveness via protesting and eventually, all-out violence.

Trump needs to go ahead and declare Obama’s best friends, the Muslim Brotherhood, as the terrorist organization that it is. All supporters (including Obama) of the MB should be routed out and sent to Gitmo for a military tribunal. Traitors must be dealt with quickly and harshly. I say start with Abid, Imran and Jamal Awan. If they warned the Houthis about the U.S. commando raid that the Houthis were obviously prepared for and expecting (the raid that saw Navy Seal William Ryan Owens killed), then they should pay with their lives.

No doubt, you will muzzle this comment and not let anything ruin your obvious hatred of all Muslims and the religion of Islam, but if you are willing to let another voice be heard I suggest you read this blog post; https://sentinelblog.com/2017/04/13/the-true-cost-of-israel/.

This is where every American tax dollar is going and it will never stop until religious superstition is obliterated from the planet. This is a crime against humanity in every respect and stunts our growth as sentient beings that should pay more attention to their common sense of reality than the ideological hatred spurred on by some ancient form of faith for which there is no tactile proof of existence.

Muslims are not the cause of every problem in the world but people who subscribe to your hateful belief certainly feel as you do. I think it’s called racism in this country if I am correct.

The three most powerful religious groups in the world have been the cause of more havoc and chaos throughout the ages then anything else in written history. Approximately, 500 years ago the Spanish Inquisition of Catholic Christians were killing more citizens than were in any war at that time for the most mundane things; such as having a birthmark, physical deformation, scientific belief, apathy, being an introvert, not attending mass, etc, etc,. And the charges went on and on an on for years, with the most famous and well known crime – the charge of being a witch or collusion with the devil or Satan. So, it was Christians at this time in our history that were killing innocent victims who were poor and illiterate with no possible way to defend themselves.

Every religion of faith is guilty of murder, rape and pillage more so than any one person. And given the means to procure financial support, plus faithful believers of thugs who carry out their hateful ideologies no one on this planet is safe and never will be until religions are reigned in and controlled preferably under a non-denomenational entity.
