Whatever happened to the saying:
Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law??
The burden of proof belies and rests with the accuser – beyond a reasonable doubt. The accused is presumed innocent until it can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime was committed?
Loss of an innocent parties job or status is then allowed to proceed to character defamation suits.
But I guess that’s all gone by the wayside now that PC is firmly entrenched in our society.

Yet POTUS Blow Job Bill got away with “it” in the Oval Office even when they had the “smoking gun” on Monica’s blue dress. Liberalism “is” their real privilege; a multi-headed hydra and the mother of all our problems; that is what needs beheading.
