The answer is obvious to many of us on TBP. The problem however is there is a majority of people who believe that equality and safety can be legislated.

“They who can give up essential Liberty to obtain a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.” Ben Franklin

“We the People” no longer deserve “The United States of America”, and that’s a fact.

Presuming the signs will be read & warning observed … more likely a few graphic & MSM news reports will be required to impart meaning to the sign: pic = a thousand words, you know.

Democrats will try to keep Public Schools as children kill zones until they (the communist) can get their gun confiscation laws. Trump needs to kick some more leftist asses into a garbage dump.

I think this extremely cynical approach has been the Dem strategy for a while, but by now I think most of the Dems realize they aren’t getting legislative gun bans at the federal level, ever, and the minority who don’t are viewed, by the rest of the Dems, as dangerous to the overall party’s survival.

Unfortunately the Dems pretty much set this cycle in motion and aren’t able or willing to do a damn thing to stop it. Armed guards would be one measure, banning or severely restricting SSRI drugs would be another, and perhaps most important of all. SSRI drugs factor into the vast majority of these shootings. But big pharma is an enormously rich and powerful lobby, to which most of Congress is beholden.

Saw a picture of teachers in Israel fully armed. Well trained, I’m sure. Many Jews in America oppose our Second Amendment. They oppose training and arming OUR teachers. Why? If it’s good for Israel ( which it is) why isn’t it good for us? I’m waiting for an answer.

You might ask these people, they see to be concerned about the gun issue and they are Jews.

Important to note how they’re also teaching children about these situations, and what to do “until help can get there.”

Cue eyeball roll.

In Texas we decided to let the teachers concealed carry in all public schools. Private schools can still ban then. No mass school shootings in Texas.

In fact, since the advent of concealed carry in 1995, Texas has had a drop in car jackings, home invasions and murder even as our population has increased.

I like the Israeli approach:

“When terrorists attacked a school in Maalot in 1974, Israel did not declare every school a gun-free zone. It passed a law mandating armed security in schools, provided weapons training to teachers and today runs frequent active shooter drills. There have been only two school shootings since then, and both have ended with teachers killing the terrorists.”

Gun Free Zones Kill People.

Hope, what’s your take on SSRI drugs? Obviously a lot of us non-physicians believe they are a major driver of these incidents, but you actually have medical training and some cool initials. What do you think?

Batches? We don’t need no stinkin’ batches.

Look to Utah for an example.
For more than 10 years Utah has allowed ANYONE with a Utah CCW to carry in any public school, K through College.
Staff, administrators, teachers, parents, friends, or neighbors… anyone.
They have a nice peaceful, well armed school system.

And yet, seems they will try and get mittens into senate.Amazing the two sides of many states.I remember seeing Vt. as a granola/progressive state in many ways but for years had the least amount of “gun laws”,i.e. was constitutional carry without any legislative action.Yes,I know many in Vt. are freedom loving/leave me alone kind of people but hey, they ran bernie ect.
