Conquered California

Last month, a prominent figure on the right asked me point-blank, “Why don’t you move?” He was referring to California, and my stubborn refusal to leave this high-tax, low-IQ, far-left, illegal-alien-riddled state.

I certainly could move if I wanted to. If I can afford a four-bedroom house in Beverly Hills, I can afford a mansion in Dickweed, Montana.

But I ain’t moving. I was born here. I love this state. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I’ve never found a place as geographically and climatically perfect as Cali (sorry, Texans, you may have low taxes and such, but I’ve driven the length of your state twice, and it’s suicide-inducingly dull).

But the No. 1 reason I refuse to leave California is that I’d rather die here than give leftists the satisfaction of driving me out.

In the course of my Holocaust research, I spent a good deal of my youth in Germany. I got to know many Germans, usually in the context of “Hi, I’m a Holocaust Jew from America! Let’s be pals.” And in 1995 I toured Japan as part of an extended lecture gig sponsored by a professor at Tokyo’s Waseda University.

I was always curious what it’s like to grow up in a “loser” country, one that surrendered unconditionally only to be occupied and remade by its victorious foes. Because what did I know of defeat and humiliation? My house sits on land formerly occupied by wigwams and pueblos, the occupants of which got their butts royally kicked ages ago, and now the soil is mine. From the Civil War to the two World Wars, my family has always been on the winning side of everything. So I was keen to understand how the Germans and Japanese handled growing up knowing how badly they were pantsed and castrated after WWII.

The overwhelming majority of Germans I met dealt with the humiliation by apologizing, bowing, and prostrating themselves. It got to the point where I stopped mentioning revisionism to them, not because they’d chew me out (they couldn’t…I’m Jewish), but because they’d literally start crying like children. “We’re a bad people! We did bad things! We deserve the scorn, we deserve the punishment. We owe the world an eternity of apologies.”

Christ, I was embarrassed for them.

The Japs, on the other hand, handled their lot with greater dignity (no surprise there, due to the Japanese fetish for honor and the fact that postwar Japan was not subjected to the grotesque mindfuck the U.S. and Soviets inflicted on postwar Germany). The most common attitude I found among my Japanese friends was “We took one for the team.” That “team” being humanity. “We were manipulated into a war with the U.S., and, as the only people to endure the horrors of large-scale nuclear bombing, through our misery, the world saw firsthand the terrors of such things, and that’s why it never happened again. Our dead did not die in vain.”

Fair enough. At least none of the little yella bastards ever wept in front of me.

The bottom line of my fascination was, what are the psychological effects of living in a nation where a foreign force came in and told you “everything you were was bad. Everything you stood for was bad. And now we’re going to remake you into a good people and a good country, whether you like it or not. You were foul, you were vile, you were monsters. But now, we’ll try to make you into decent humans…not that you have any say in the matter.”

“Thirty years ago, I looked at defeated peoples as curiosities to be studied. I never thought one day I’d join their ranks.”

That was the question on my mind during every one of my extended stays in the former Axis nations. And if I’ve come off as a little callous toward the citizens of those countries, you can take some comfort in knowing that the joke is now firmly on me.

Because all of a sudden I’m in their place.

Governor Gavin Newsom’s June 22 Facebook and Twitter address to the people of California should have been a big story in the conservative media-sphere. It wasn’t, because the right dismisses California as too far gone. And yes, we are, but that doesn’t mean what’s happening here isn’t instructive, not with fleeing Californians resettling in red states and swing states, making them bluer. Not with anti-American immigrants settling in the heartland and taking over entire congressional districts. So, sure, mock us in Cali. But don’t ignore what’s happening here, because there are plenty of people who want the same thing to happen to you.

Pay attention to California as a cautionary tale.

“Stalin” Newsom’s social media address was the speech of an occupier to a conquered people. The gist of his lecture was essentially, “Everything this state was was bad. You Californians who were here in the 1990s were monsters. But we’ve vanquished you; you’re desolated, done. Your opinions no longer matter, your accomplishments are being dismantled, and better people are replacing you.”

The speech is only a minute twenty-five. Amazingly, not a single site on the ’net has bothered to transcribe it, so I’ll do it myself (Newsom’s words are in italics), with heckling where appropriate.

In California, I want folks to know you have rights. Know your rights, learn more about your rights, your legal protection.

Uh, who’s he talking to here?

Know that you should continue to send your kids to camp, summer school, know that you should feel confident going to work. We have your back.

Ah, he’s talking to illegals. Even though in this speech he uses the words “us,” “we,” and “Californians,” it’s clear that he’s speaking to only one type of Californian—illegal immigrants.

You know, we’ve been through this before, we lived through this same political theater in the 1990s.

According to the governor of California, what the people of California voted for in overwhelming numbers in the 1990s was merely “political theater.”

Prop. 187…

Nineteen ninety-four’s Proposition 187, also known as the Save Our State (SOS) initiative, was a ballot measure that established “a state-run citizenship screening system and prohibited illegal immigrants from using non-emergency health care, public education, and other services in the State of California.” Prop. 187 passed in a landslide: 59 percent to 41 percent. Sixty-five percent of white voters supported it. A majority of black and Asian voters supported it. Sixty-two percent of independents supported it. But apparently it was only “political theater.”

…three strikes you’re out, the fear of the other…

Cali voters passed the “three strikes” law in 1994 by a whopping 72 percent to 28 percent margin. All we were asking of our criminals was that they not commit three felonies, yet Newsom thinks we were being very unreasonable indeed. To him, three strikes represents “fear of the other”…the “other” being murderers, thieves, and rapists. And who could possibly fear them? And by the way, it’s a well-known fact that in ’94, policies like three strikes had the widespread support of black leaders looking to reduce crime in their communities. So who exactly were the “others” they feared?

…we had people talking down to people, talking past people…

Is he saying we were “talking down” to three-time felons by telling them, “You should have stopped after your second one”?

And now, back to Newsom “talking down” to us:

We’re better than that. We’re resilient. We came out stronger than ever on the other side. That’s the spirit of our state, and spirit defines this moment.

Who’s we? We passed Prop. 187. We passed three strikes. We voted to end affirmative action in universities. We voted to end bilingual education. We voted to ban gay marriage (2008!). Not all Californians who were here in the ’90s have fled. Many of us remain. But we’ve been neutered by demographic change and partisan redistricting, to the extent that “we” no longer matter…to the extent that Newsom spends the rest of his speech addressing those who are not “we”:

I just want to say to folks that are anxious about a knock on the door, when we talk about knowing your rights, no abras la puerta [don’t open the door]. Without a warrant, you don’t have to open the door. Without a warrant, you do not have to open the door. You have the right to due process, you have the right to legal representation. We’re going to make sure you know more about that. We’re going to make sure that our judicial system sends that message out, our educational system, our health-care system will send out the same message. We’re Californians; it’s a special place. The spirit of this state is a spirit of reconciling all our interesting differences…

…unless those differences include being right-of-center…

…uniting, as we like to say, around our common humanity. We’re better than this moment in the United States of America, and know we’re gonna get through it stronger than ever.

This isn’t a governor addressing his constituents; it’s Henry Morgenthau ostensibly addressing the conquered Germans, but in fact only speaking to the Jews and communists. “Hitler’s dead. His day is over. His supporters will be hunted to extinction and beaten down by denazification laws. You are Germany now. No one else’s voice matters. In fact, no German has the right to even knock on your door.”

To Newsom, the commonsense reforms of the ’90s were Hitlerian, and people like me are vanquished Nazis.

There’s something unique about Newsom’s speech. He’s not only badmouthing the people of his own state, he’s celebrating population replacement. “The Californians who used to live here were evil. Thankfully, we’ve silenced them or driven them out.” Maybe I’m wrong, but I can’t recall a previous example of a U.S. governor saying, “This state used to suck because bad people lived here. Now it’s finally getting to be an okay place!”

Thirty years ago, I looked at defeated peoples as curiosities to be studied. I never thought one day I’d join their ranks.

Reflect for a moment on how healthy Cali was in the ’90s. Now look at your own state. Are you confident it can never go ass-up like mine? Don’t be. It can happen to you. Because Newsom is hardly an anomaly among today’s Democrats. He just happens to be in a position where he can “let loose” a bit more than other Dem governors. He no longer has to pay lip service to that segment of the population that disgusts him.

So, yes, it’s too late to fight for Cali. But if you live in an unconquered state, fight for it. Fight against demographic change from outside the U.S. and from within.

And if there’s a home for sale on your block, and you see a car with Cali plates drive up to the open house, don’t immediately get hostile; it might be one of our “good” expats. Just calmly approach the new arrivals and ask them how many genders there are.

Based on the response, invite them in for pie…

…or get a rope and find a tree.

Please obtain and read “Germany Must Perish” by Theodore N. Kaufman to see the vile hatred that the “chosen” (still) have for Germany.

In this book, the author advocates not only marginalization, but total extermination of the German race, culture, art, music, history, and anything to do with Germany. The author (among others) advocated destroying every last vestige of Germany–everything–total extermination and erasure from history.

This book is not easy to find, but is still available. You may be sickened by reading it, but it is necessary.

Even General George Patton protested the way Germans were treated after the war, and paid for it with his life…
Please disseminate this as much as possible, as it exposes the mindset of the “chosen” to this very day…

You would think that jews would be happy that to know that “6 million jews” were not exterminated, but NO…that would destroy their whole “victimhood” racket and stem the flow of “reparations”.
Their latest scam, “holocaust transference syndrome” will keep the reparations racket going for eternity. Since only relatives and unrelated individual children, grandchildren and the such are susceptible to this malady, permanent, eternal “reparations” is in order.
Follow the shekels…

Yes–Texas is dull and populated mainly by dullards who think chowing down at the Ranchero buffet is high-living.

Yet, conservative people from California are fleeing there–for what I don’t know.

The climate sucks.
The job opportunities suck.
Landscape really blows as in nothing.
Okay–the Alamo tour is interesting.

Perhaps the one good thing about Texas is that Kennedy took a head shot there.

You are completely correct about California being “reconquered.”
This is what is going to shake out in the end.
Count upon that.

The main fighting in CWII will in fact be on the west coast stretching up from California to Washington state.

This will be the center of gravity in the up coming conflict.
It will not be in Texas, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming or such states.

You want to crush the leftists center of mass–crush it in the west coast population centers.
If you do so, the entire house of cards will fall for the leftists.

I don’t think the author is trying to insult Germans or Japanese or anyone else. He is using humor to give the background leading up to his main point, which is that California is basically lost, and he is trying to warn the red states not to let their states go the way of California. But I think his warning is too late. This country is going to go full tilt socialist after Trump leaves office (whether that is in 2021 or 2025, but probably 2021). See Brandon Smith’s article, also posted here today, “It’s Obvious Who Will Replace Trump After The Controlled Demolition Of The Economy”. Get ready for President Warren.

And with all due respect to Anonymous, California will not be reconquered (by the right). The right will be very lucky if it can even hang on to the states that are still red. If the red states don’t cut the left coast and New England loose, then they WON’T hang on to the states that are still red. Demographic changes (due mainly to immigration) and election fraud by the Democrats will ensure that we never have another Republican president after Trump. Anonymous is right that we will probably have a civil war (assuming we don’t manage a peaceful separation first), but that will be very ugly and messy, and the best outcome we can hope for is splitting the country between red and blue. But those borders probably won’t be very good, because they will probably be mostly along existing state borders that don’t do a very good job of separating red from blue.

Living in California is a free choice. For an average white person, it means freely choosing to live in a place where the government has declared you to be a despised minority. Choosing to live in a place that history says will offer your children and grandchildren nothing but grief. All in trade for pretty countryside, beaches, and nostalgia….

Go for. Enjoy your grudge remaining in California. Pay your taxes, and wear your star. Don’t expect me to weep for you. Or to spend any time or money on your plight. The smart Jews left Europe early, the dumb ones burned.

“I’m not saying the author’s an idiot, I’m just sayin’-the author is an idiot.” – pretty funny. I like HUMOR.

One of the reasons I like this article is that I live in California, like the author. And like the author, I am not leaving, for various reasons. Some of those reasons are geographical and climate-related, but I also have numerous personal reasons. Also, the area I live in isn’t as bad as a lot of the rest of the state – yet. California is a very big state, in fact it should be divided into several smaller states.

But the main reason I am not leaving is because there is no place much better that I would even consider moving to. Possibly a small remote place like Iceland, but I couldn’t take the cold and darkness there. I certainly wouldn’t bother to move someplace else in the US, because even the red states are only slightly better off than California right now, and they are rapidly moving in the same direction as California. In fifteen years Texas will be as bad as California is right now. Every place else in the US still has the same federal government, the same congress ctitters like Nancy Pelosi and AOC, the same IRS, the same immigration policy, the same welfare/warfare mentality, the same MSM, etc. The individual states are essentially only administrative units of the federal government.

If the red states were a separate country that could and would protect its borders, and had a smaller federal government (similar to the original Articles of Confederation), then I would move to that country. There are several places I could enjoy living (for example, El Paso TX). If the red states would cut the left coast and New England loose, as I have advocated here numerous times in comments and posts, then I would have some place to move to. Actually, I probably wouldn’t have to move at all because I am in an area of California that is fairly red and would probably end up in the USA after a constructive separation.

But unfortunately the red states are so wrapped up in the American flag (including the former Confederate states, which never ceases to amaze me) that they can’t comprehend a country with different borders than the current borders. So they are going to allow the entire ship to sink.

His wife wouldn’t let him use a rifle so she got him a pea shooter to aim at the little rodents. Then he decided it was more humane to trap them and illegally transport them to a nearby park. So he took to transporting them in the middle of the night like Desperately Seeking Susan. I called him out on his hypocrisy and he fought back like a sissy claiming that I was actually Maggie in drag. He sucked up to HSF and attempts to kiss people’s ass for support since he lost all credibility on the Maggie is EC canard. At the moment, he claims I am a paid troll.

Well, David, our little beaner buddy is, of course, far too stupid to remember the whole exchange. The squirrel post, which you can find if you care to was satirizing the mindless dribble that spews out of maggies fingers. EC, who dearly wishes to have one passionate night with the lovely maggie, took the post seriously and won’t let it go. Being of diminished capacity, it is the only thing that he can cling to, except for his fawning devotion to his one true love.

Now, he likes to think of maggie as a lunatic old bat who is losing her marbles. I guess it massages his machismo, but who could possibly know. I don’t think that it is fair to impugn maggies good name and chose to assume that her insane ramblings are in fact intentionally disrupting the conversation on TBP. Something that ec does continuously. If he doesn’t get paid for this trolling then he is missing a pretty nice paycheck.

Of course, this is the interwebs. There is no way to know if maggie is a lunatic old bat, or if ec is in fact a beaner. They could both be Antifa, or communists living in Belarus. They could be who they claim to be, or they could be complete frauds. There is no way to know and so we are each free to come to our own conclusion. All I can say for sure is that maggie makes up a great deal of what she posts. Even the most cursory search on google makes it clear that much of what she claims to be her life story is most certainly fabricated. I admit that one could conclude that dementia could lead to those fabrications. But there is no way to know.

I suspect that ec thinks that he is the class clown of TBP. Occasionally he will try to suggest that he is making a joke. But mostly he just spouts foul language at everyone and disrupts the conversation. He has expressed his own satisfaction with disrupting the conversation. Could he be a beaner with a rather unsophisticated sense of humor and access to a computer? I guess so. But he really works hard to make sure that nothing goes uncommented. He seems to be able to comment all day long so either he has a really easy job, or he doesn’t work. Either way, all he has ever contributed is his “comedy.” I am glad that you find humor in it and I am sure that ec is happy to know that somebody finds him funny.

Well, EC certainly gets my vote for class clown of TBP. I laugh out loud at many of his comments. And he frequently has links to good music videos too. But a lot of your comments are pretty funny also.

Is “55 Chevy” another one of your aliases for EC? I don’t recall ever seeing the name 55 Chevy on TBP until just a few days ago, but you sound like an old-timer here, and a lot of your comments sound exactly like something EC would say.

I have never owned a ’55 Chevy, but I owned two ’56 Chevys. I sold the second one about 18 years ago.

Especially places like Utah… this is a fucking police state where the Highway Patrol set you up for numerous crimes, where property taxes are sky high, where the entire Salt Lake Valley is completely despoiled by over-development by the Mormon Mafia in SLC. Talk about shite-holes!? SLC valley is one of them.

Most conservative people living in double-wide, manufactured homes, who work at the Piggly-Wiggly for minimum wage and who rage at “those dopes” still living in California really don’t understand the dynamics of what is really going on in the state.

What you have here is a very small geographic area (about 20%) of the state’s total landmass being densely populated by leftists who by sheer numbers completely control the rest of the state’s landmass (80%) which is inhabited by predominately conservative people. There are more conservatives total in California than the entire populations of Montana, Idaho, Wyoming and North Dakota total FYI.

The same thing is going on in Oregon–in that country which Portland lies. That one densely populated county controls the entire state of Oregon.

Same thing is developing in Montana–that area in which Missoula lies is being stacked with leftists from Washington State and soon it will completely dominate Montana’s legislature.

I have a Jesus-nut-job friend who bought a hunk-of-shit farm in Missouri some years ago and he keeps chiding me to come back to Missouri and pick up a farm for practically nothing and ‘get out of California.’ Yeah–right. I am going to pack up and leave and purchase a hunk of dirt which produces nothing and at best work at the Piggly-Wiggly for minimum wage. Not!

I own two homes here in California worth over a million dollars if sold off (both paid for). I own a home in Japan as well which will be my retirement house. Right now I am up for a high-six figure job with a media company which I have a good chance of landing–and I should move out of this state to stare at some shite-hole in North Dakota or Ida-hole?

Of course there are some nice cities out there–but there is a huge lack of opportunity for most people (other than oil well drilling) and this has been intentionally designed by both the Republican and Leftist-Democratic party over the last few decades with their policies of economic strip mining which have hollowed out the USA.

And this is why conservatives choose to stay in California, because there is money here.

But you double-wide dwelling dopes don’t realize that this unchecked immigration situation is now directly aimed at your states now. Should the Socialist-Democratic Party win all the houses and the White-House, the borders will be flung wide open and these unwashed masses from turd-world countries will be shuttled to your now seemingly safe and conservative states and they will be quickly transformed into even deeper depressed shite-holes.

Shinmen, I don’t agree with your entire comment, but you certainly hit the nail on the head with the following:

“this unchecked immigration situation is now directly aimed at your states now. Should the Socialist-Democratic Party win all the houses and the White-House, the borders will be flung wide open and these unwashed masses from turd-world countries will be shuttled to your now seemingly safe and conservative states and they will be quickly transformed”

The only thing I would change is:

The Socialist-Democratic Party WILL win all the houses and the White House before too long.

Even if the Socialist-Democratic Party didn’t win, the trend will still be the same, just slower.

Prove me wrong about the Piggly-Wiggly crack.

I toured the mid-west last summer for several weeks–and the rocking states that I witnessed were Utah, Wyoming and South Dakota… the cities that is. Outside of that it was doomsday. If you are going to immigrate to these places you either have to have been a government parasite of some sort (military, civil service, etc.) with a big pension–or you have to have a job waiting for your, or you have to have a pocket full of money to survive.

Outside of that–stay way or you’ll be working at the Dollar Tree or Piggly Wiggly. Trump is bringing up the economy–but still he has a long way to go. The entire heartland of this country has been economically strip mined.

And the people in the heartland are by and large a bunch of dummies–else how can you explain them allowing them being fucked up the ass all these years. Especially the christian evangelical community, who by and large are a bunch of lazy, dim-witted, knuckle heads more interested in the return of Jesus than the pot holes in front of their own homes. I consider these people completely worthless.

You are living in an “easy-cheap” place to live. It doesn’t take much education and ambition to live where your parked your double-wide. And being able to go out to the gun section at the Piggly-Wiggly and purchase an AR15 is hardly a reason to live in the butt-tocks of this country. A lot of conservatives in this country take the easy route, live the easy and cheap road.

So I realize that many of you only know California from your tv set or TBP, but really, it’s not as bad as you make it out to be. I just picked up a rental Escalade to drive up the coast for the weekend. Six people won’t fit into the Range Rover. We will be driving through Oxnard and Ventura, and while all of the really bad crime comes from Oxnard, there are still nice places there and in Ventura as well. We will pass through Santa Barbara. That place is heaven on earth. Then we start up on the 101 through little town after little town until we get to Paso Robles. That’s a lovely little town in the middle of one of the main growing areas of California. There are lots of vineyards although few manage to produce high quality wines. We will stop there for lunch and a nice glass of wine.

After lunch we will continue through miles and miles of farms growing cabbages and cauliflower and vineyards for food grapes that go on for miles. At Salinas we will turn west and eventually end up in Monterey for Saturday and Sunday night. We will go to the Aquarium and eat on the pier and not even once in that entire trip will we fear for our safety. All of the people that we meet, be they wasps, beaners, or japanese, or any of the many types of people who all live in California will be nasty, disrespectful, or physically dangerous. It has never happened before and it will never happen on this trip. It will all be lovely. And it is always lovely, in spite of the lunatics like Newsom and Swarzenegger that we elect to be governor.

The morons in our state are not dumber than the morons in your state. We just have more of them because we are closer to Mexico. But if you are smart enough to stay out of the bad areas where they congregate, you can live a perfectly lovely life here in California. You can have the stupid if you want to go looking for it, but why would you?

Dude, everybody knows California. You sound like a transplant, I doubt you are a Cali Native. Cali is the American Mecca. People make annual pilgrimages to Cali to visit a shrine to a cartoon mouse. They go to the wax museum to gawk at famous racists from long ago and they visit Knotts to get a taste of what fried chicken tasted like before Col Sanders.

Thanks for your privileged itinerary. You forgot to drop Butterfly Beach in Montecito and Ofra’s house in Malibu. You didn’t plan to stop at Hearst Castle? Who the fuck drives half a day to lunch at Snobbo’s in Paso Robles? Us po’ folks usually go south to Tijuana for tacos. Used to anyway before the traffic got so bad. Traffic south of Anaheim is madness. There’s nobody carrying Grey Poupon there.

So you are saying that you agree with me. CA is a fine place to live. You live here and you like it. I live here and I like it. But if you want to go to Tijuana to visit your family, don’t rag on me for choosing to drive away from the bad places. Try going to some good places. Then your sour disposition might improve a bit and you could stop ragging on the state that you invaded.

Washington state here, already got Californicated in the eighties and nineties. Look at our ‘homeless camps’ they easily rival L.A. and SanFransisco. Oh well, it’s been a good day in hell…

Leftism is cancer, it metastasizes. Clean people can’t escape because we don’t believe in quarantine… yet.
