Are Climate Activists Displaying Patterns of Violence That Always Undermines Civilization?

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

The press helped them to push this agenda because all they are interested in has been catchy headlines to sell advertising. There is no more truth in newsrooms anymore — it’s just not profitable. Yes, NASA warned we were heading into a cooling period back in 2018. Despite all of that, I get emails claiming I am wrong and they should shut down this blog. These are evil people who have always been a danger to any free society, for they seek to oppress and eventually kill anyone who disagrees with them. It never matters what the subject might be. This pattern of behavior ALWAYS historically leads to violence be it religion, economics (Marxism), or now climate. They just hate people and that’s the bottom line.

The subject matter seems to be irrelevant. They display the same pattern that has led to millions of deaths throughout history. The hatred they display is eerily similar to the rise of Communism during first the Revolutions of 1848 and then the early 20th century. This will lead to major bloodshed by 2036. The bottom of that cycle was 2005, which marked three important events.

  1. The IRA announces end to armed conflict and gives up its weapons to independent weapons inspectors
  2. Israeli settlers are forced to leave settlements in the Gaza Strip as part of a peace settlement
  3. Syria withdraws the last of its 14,000 troop military garrison in Lebanon ending its twenty-nine-year military occupation

The peak of that cycle will be 31.4 years later — 2036.

I watched a video “Why Societies Collapse” which is a pedantic lecture given by a decent lecturer with the worst comb-over ever, which is worth a look-see.

However, he makes very good sense but he himself admits someone cut down that very last tree on Easter Island.

Basically, there are five causes which seem to correlate with collapse:

1.Environmental changes caused by sudden altered use of resources: Vikings settled Greenland around 1200 AD but their burning of forests to create charcoal to create iron led to soil erosion and eventually the death of every one of them.

2.Climate changes, which appear to happen.

3.Relationships with like-minded peoples in close proximity. (The Vikings were standoffish and the Eskimos and Innuits let them die. Maybe ate them.)

4.Relationships with Hostiles. (Vikings had bad reputations for being rather warlike anyway.)

5.Political and Cultural upheaval. (That seems to be everywhere.)

It has some very good points, if you can get past his hair.

You mentioned Vikings 3 times. Enamored or…?

Be careful, without the Viking, we wouldn’t have the navigational skills.

Odin…viking or not viking?

I think you’re enamored.

The lecturer mentions the Vikings, so there.

I like the Vikings, but they had terrible manners as arriving guests.

The settlement of Greenland interested me because it coincides with the decision of Norway’s king to declare Christianity as the official religion. When the “news” hit Iceland, they all voted to get baptized in the hot springs but I guess some of them decided to pledge loyalty to Odin and moved to Greenland! Then, they burned all the trees and died.

The Innuits and Eskimoes tried to tell the Vikings they shouldn’t cut down all the trees but the Vikings had big axes and swords to kill them, so they didn’t bother trying to tell them again.

The Vikings were amazing peoples. Still are, one suspects.

It’s always some ass wipe group that decides “we must make them do as we say or else”
That or else always leads to death and destruction then comes an era of half witted enlightenment .
As the memory of the death and destruction fade from society as those who survived die off the cycle starts again .
Perpetual wars , perpetual boom bust economic and societal turmoil !
And the beat goes on ….
