Numerous companies plan to fire unvaccinated employees once the vaccine mandate goes into effect. Thousands of people have already lost their livelihoods right before the holiday season. Those who choose their personal health over tyranny will become unemployed, and the impact on America’s workforce will be significant. Payrolls in the US increased by 210,000 in November, but the markets were anticipating a growth rate between 546,000 and 573,000. This policy will not help matters.

We take a companies stance seriously and honestly prefer they stay out of politics all together, but will also support Conservative companies as well. Once we find a company is woke from mob pressure..gone!

The company I work for is making a list of vaxed and unvaxed right now. Unvaxed have to be tested once per week starting Jan,04,2022

Mine is doing the same. But the testing may backfire as it is only required if we go into the office. I and some others have made it clear we won’t be going into the office. I refuse to be tested and I definitely refuse to have to pay for it out of my own pocket.

Some states have already ruled that refusing the vax is a “voluntary” separation and does not meet the qualifications for unemployment. I’ll be it will not take much for them to include worker’s comp.

I know of a young nurse that excelled in her career path after a struggle in college (she worked her ass off) graduated and literally walked into a job with a world known hospital network .
In 2 years she was up for charge nurse on her unit BUT : must get the jab or eventually be terminated . Out of fear that her entire life’s work would be destroyed she got the jabs !
No issues yet about 5 months out so in March 2022 booster time !
I would never want her and many I meet working in the medical field with me in a battle but hope and pray they would be there when that battle was over !
It seems to me these young are the very future of our nation and the system is attempting to destroy them as the need for them increases .

A friend works in the office of an educational’outpost’ that receives government money (of course). Last week they announced vaxxxx mandates. She showed them (factually) she is not included in this and wouldn’t do it anyway. Furthermore if they ever bring it up again she’s out that second and will sue their ass. Oh glorious.
She has the advantage of being needed in an employee shortage, however does need the job. Also our state is not very covidian at this point. They are back pedaling, and are a bunch of chestless researchers.
My sister and commented awhile back we are tired of megalomaniac, rich, basically shop keepers and salespeople.

There are a few Fortune 500 companies missing from that list, including the one I work for. Since none of this is in the current contract the union engaged in bargaining and sought testing. The company countered that to comply with Brandon’s EO, not OSHA, testing is not an option and declared an impasse. So, on 2/1 I will be placed on unpaid leave for 60 days before being terminated.
If I file and and approved for an exemption -which is exceedingly difficult per management people that went through the process and said you need a lawyer to complete their checklist- I will not be granted a testing option. Instead I will be placed on indefinite leave because Brandon says testing is not an option.
Yesterday they tried to call me into work and they expect me to work a few Saturdays between now and 2/1. I have a giant FU for a company that has told me that they want to fire me if I don’t jump through the hoops they have erected.
Go to work on a Saturday and fucking Gummed the system up. If they want hate and discontent, give them hate and discontent and then some.

SIL has been informed by his 2 largest customers that vax passport will be required for all vendors beginning at the first of the year. He is a specialized service technician and his nearest competitor is Nashville, 200+ miles away & St Louis, 300 miles. He does not think the customers will spend the travel time/mileage and wait time for a tech to travel in for the repair, plus the return trip if there is a part needed that is not available.
He is taking the stand that he will shut down the business rather than be forced into the injection. He has had convid and feels he is better protected than those who are vaxxed.
Tell him to incorporate and become an independent contractor. Then deal with customers on his own and no company headaches.
It is his company, is a corporation and they are independent contractors for their corporate customers. He is guessing when they need service on a critical piece of equipment and find out they have to get someone from 200 miles away, he will be allowed a special exemption. He is prepared to shut down the company, if forced to get jabbed. This is his hill and the daughter supports him 100%.
I recently heard our agri company (out of state) who our association sells most of our produce through, will be mandating. If this is true I predict most will say nothing but just not comply (as in all the other stuff). However I’ve decided that if this does come down I’m going to not stay quiet but push them to make a choice. There are other things I will push like if the migrant worker health stand pushes vaxxxxes (our state has a law no employee can be mandated) plus they should have signage. There’s about 50 signs we’re supposed to have.
Plus add it’s disgusting to experiment on children.
My reason is next are health passes the end of freedom. It’s time to make a stand, and pick a side. There’s already been some snitching going on and I’ll mention that. Snitches are despicable.
