America’s second-largest radio broadcaster could soon emerge from bankruptcy with a new shareholder: Soros Fund Management.

According to Bloomberg, the investment firm founded by the Trump-hating billionaire George Soros has acquired $400 million of Audacy’s highest-ranking debt.

“The decision by our existing and new debtholders to become equity holders in Audacy represents a significant vote of confidence in our company and the future of the radio and audio business,” Audacy wrote in a statement.

Audacy owns 235 radio stations in 48 media markets across the US and is the second-largest broadcaster behind iHeartMedia.

Soros Tops The List Of Midterm Election Mega-Donors

George Soros, the Hungarian Holocaust surviver and philanthropist, is by far the biggest donor in the United States midterm elections, according to data by the Federal Election Commission.

As Statista’s Anna Fleck reports, to date, he has offered up a hefty $128.5M to the Democratic party. Other big spenders include Elizabeth & Richard Uihlein, the founders of a shipping and packaging company, who spent a combined $70.2M on the Republican party campaign, and hedge fund manager Kenneth Griffin, who spent $65.9M, also on the Republican side. While Soros has spent far and away the most of any individual – at least double the next in line – as Statista’s chart shows, most of this year’s top 8 mega donors are Republicans. The following chart shows a roundup of the top mega donors in the U.S., based on FEC data researched by The Washington Post.

In a 17-page report compiled by the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund, a decade of spending has put Soros prosecutors in enough big cities that they represent 1 in 5 people, or about 72 million. That includes about half of America’s 50 most populous cities and counties where 40% of U.S. homicides occur.

“Civilization May Not Survive” – George Soros Tells Davos Crowd, Defeat Putin (And Xi) Or Else

In his first appearance in person at Davos since Slamming Trump as a “conman, narcissist” and claiming Mark Zuckerberg was conspiring to get him re-elected in March 2020 (and warned that “the overheated US economy can’t be kept boiling for too long”), billionaire George Soros unveiled his traditionally anticipated annual address, taking aim squarely at China (nothing new there) but adding Russia to his hit list.

The 90-year-old puppet-master is certainly not getting any younger (looking older than 98-year-old Henry Kissinger who made headlines earlier in the day), warned that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has rattled Europe and could be the start of another world war.

“Other issues that concern all of humanity — fighting pandemics and climate change, avoiding nuclear war, maintaining global institutions — have had to take a back seat to that struggle,” Soros said,

“That’s why I say our civilization may not survive.”

Secretive Soros-funded group works behind the scenes with Biden admin on policy, documents show

A secretive group backed by millions of dollars from liberal billionaire George Soros is working behind the scenes with President Biden’s administration to shape policy, documents reviewed by Fox News show.

Governing for Impact (GFI), the veiled group, boasts in internal memos of implementing more than 20 of its regulatory agenda items as it works to reverse Trump-era deregulations by zeroing in on education, environmental, health care, housing and labor issues.

“Open Society is proud to support Governing for Impact’s efforts to protect American workers, consumers, patients, students and the environment through policy reform,” Tom Perriello, executive director of Soros’ Open Society Foundations, told Fox News Digital.

War Is Over If You Want It

On February 24 2022, after either 30+ years, or 8 years, or 6 months, take your pick, of increasingly ominous and deadly provocation, Russian troops entered Ukraine territory. The very next day, February 25, the Russian forces were largely in position. The broader Ukrainian army had been bogged down in pockets, largely in the east, where military action had likely been planned vs the Donbass, and the Azov battalion that was their most aggressive part, was being squeezed into an even tighter spot.

That’s the story so far, really; not much has changed since then.

It’s also perhaps jut a starting point. Not for Ukraine, mind you, that goes back a very long time, during which it very rarely if ever was a “nation”, but the starting point for the Russian Special Military Operation – or war, or invasion, take your pick. That’s all. And I’m sorry I’ve been silent for most of it, other than through the daily Debt Rattle news aggregators, but that is not a coincidence.

All the time, I see every paper and TV channel trying to decide my opinion for me, and I don’t want to fall into that same trap. I want people to make up their own minds. Back in October 2020, the Democrats were introducing a Constitutional Amendment to create a body that will recommend the removal of a president because of his inability to fulfill the office. Nancy Pelosi clearly stated that this has nothing to do with President Trump. Indeed, an Amendment to the Constitution requires state ratification. There is no way this could be passed in such a short order to have impacted Trump. But the fix for the election was already set in motion. Even the CIA asked Trump for a postponement to release the Kennedy documents until AFTER the election because they knew he would not be allowed to win.

The Real Politics Behind Ukraine & Taiwan

We face a clear and present danger from various heads of state who are seeking to promote the cancel-culture to suppress any opposition to alter our future and that of our posterity. Schwab with his admiration for Lenin and his Young Global Leaders is pushing his communist ideas upon the world and that includes Trudeau. This means that the democratic principles and division of power of the 20th century have been completely undermined and replaced by the economic theories of Schwab for which he is openly very proud.

Schwab is proud that he not only controls Canada, but also New Zealand in addition to Europe. Both heads of those countries are also graduates of Schwab Young Global Leaders. Schwab brags about this accomplishment. He is not allowing the people to vote on his dream, he is indoctrinating heads of state to impose his agenda by sheer authoritarian force.
